Truck Drivers If Picking Up Here Be Ready To Take A 3 To 4 hour Wait,And To Back Into Dock Doors There Is Zero Lines To Follow Backing In.

Arrive only 1 hour before appointed time.Entrance is off Almeda Rd.Drive thru the covered check-in area and back to the wall directly in front of you. Then, walk back and check-in. They will walk to your truck to give paperwork and dock assignment.Then youll drive around to the docking area. Doors open, tandems back. Covered dock area, early morning sun can make it a little tough.Walk paperwork to stairs in between docks 5 & 6. Walk to the left, youll see a guy at a desk around dock 12. Give the paperwork and theyll let you know when youre done.

One of your drivers was attempting to cross 4 lanes of traffic as he was exiting a store at the intersection of 610 just before Kirby at 1:20 pm on the 27th of April - no signal just muscling his way by cutting everyone off. The license # was MYT 796. He was rude and dangerous!!! Since you have no phone number, I did not know any other way to contact your company.Eleanor Banda

Truck driver entrance is off Almeda St. Overall not bad the receiving dock area is busy , but its manageable. You can check in 1hr before appointment and park in staging area. Unloading times goes pretty quickly.

How can I get a hold of a supervisor to talk about employment? I’ve already done the application and have completed the video interview over the cell phone.

Avoid working here! Ever since it became Keurig Dr. Pepper, they have laid off employees that have been working for more than 15-20+ years. If your a seniority they will make it impossible for you. Either you quit or get fired. The lady in charge has said if I can fire or make a seniority quit thats a plus for the company. Im the boss! They dont care about drivers, employees nor their customers. Heads up guys it aint worth it.

Arrived 1 hour ahead of appointment , like every one tells u on here. Put into a dock door within .30 mins . But now, been here 3 hours , no one has even touched the inside of my trailer. Kra- Kra

Delivery appt at 8am. It is 13:30 and I have not been given a door. In this entire time, they have only unloaded 4 trucks. Avoid this place at all costs

Was there for a delivery . Set for 8 hours before getting on loaded . If I could give it a zero Stars I would never ever come back here again.

One of the worst places you can deliver to my appt was for 9 am i got there 8:45am and got unloaded at 5:45 pm waste of time avoid this place as much as you can.

Great experience while picking up today. Don’t arrive 2 hours before appointment because they will turn you around. Also tight dock space....got me in and out

For one I couldnt stand the favoritism and not knowing what Im in for when I come to work I like to know what I gotta do before I come to work and when Im gone get off or should I say set circumstances or routine like and working till the work is done was a big one for me cause you never knew what time you would get off and ig this is just night shift I dont know about day shift but to me it wasnt cool not at all they need to fix some things or people gone continue to quit on them and I had ideas but they wasnt gone compensate me for my ideas if they feel like they system gone work good luck to them and whoever work for them I salute you

Warehouse personnel it’s alright. Real quick. There’s always one in every place that think they are the owners like in this case the security or guard check . Whatever the name . No manners at all.

Absolutely horrible place to be... If you are considering delivering or picking up from here be aware that you may be over looked parking is a huge issue safety is as well...

I got here with about 40 min left on duty.They let me do my 10 hr break on their lot.One guy even gave me his lunch because I hadnt ate and there was no food in vending machines.Great staff.

Too slow the appointment time here does not work they will have you waiting parked for hours until they warn you to give you the door and then you will be other extra hours waiting to be charged ...
