One of the worst experience ever they wont help u out or even the employees always on bad mood they been telling me they dont pay enough bc they know what really goes on in the background

Fast receiving In and out within hour.

This is not enough room for semis at all. Why cant you move the box trucks in front of receiving? Or schedule less deliveries and close half your docks?

Not a good place appointment at 9 and the told me to park at the street. the are running far behind the will call me to let me know when i can come in side for deliver the load stay away from this place RNDC Houston one . Give me back my one star you dont even deserve.

These guys dont open the gate until 12 and if your appointment is for 12, they say youre late. So they use that to justify dragging their feet to unload you.Absolute clowns work here.

If you can avoid this place I would at all cost..they will not load/unload you early and you can not wait on the property..the employees are super rude, slow and lazy..the companies local delivery trucks are parked right across from the truck docks which makes it super tight and hard to back in or pull out from the dock area and no they will not move them for the truck drivers so dont even bother asking....if I could give a zero star review I would

Wish we could have explored the possibilities.Unfortunately, your policies wont permit any discussion until after permit is in hand.I will have made all my decisions by then.Oh well. When the sales reps come to me, I will send them back with my policy of not using Republic.

All my experience with RNDC has been pleasant. Sometimes you get the top notch rep like Natalie and sometimes you get a rep who lacks a personality. But theyre consistent and friendly with the orders. The drivers are professional and fast. Wish their merchandisers knew their own product though..

Delivery entrance is located on Guhn Rd. First gate to your left. Push button on key pad for entry. Driver check in is between dock door #1 and #2.

People here are nightmare for truck drivers !!!Never had so bad experience like this one, unloaders are rude and aggressive. Hold me almost 24h on delivery and after i got signed paperwork i was hold on ramp for another hour ! Avoid !

Arrived to find the customer at lunch (11am-12 noon). At noon I checked in and had to go across the street so there are 2 warehouses. I was unloaded and gone 1 hour of arrival including 30 minute wait time for them to come back from lunch.

For Delivery of 18 Wheel is by Appointment.They unloading me in One Hours and the People is very Nice.The Enter for Delivery is for Guhn Rd.

Amazing work place professional

Ryan Garich is a new rep for my establishment and I think he would be better suited for a completely different career. His lack of knowledge and depth in the wine business does not lend itself to build a relationship of trust. He has somewhat of an abrasive disposition and really lacks the people skills and experience needed to be a representative of many great Labels and Vintages.

Very clean outside. I only went here to drop off something to someone in the parking lot.

Management is a so two faced. They say they put family first and they dont. Takes a day off and docked vacation but then called in on the weekend to make up that day?? Thats so wrong!!

I have been asking for Capriccio Sangria since May 2018. The Wine Rep keeps telling me there is none in stock. However, a customer bought it from another small liquor store around the corner..Which they have several cases of it. I texted the Wine Rep to inquire. How is possible that store has it. Since there isnt anymore in stock. He says Republic not releasing anymore until they get another shipment. Well, they should have spread the shipment out so all stores could have receive a case. That is not fair to the stores who have been waiting for it as well. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

All you other guys are crazy. My rep is top notch, calls me if I forget to place an order, gives me order confirmation, and covers my ass when I drop the ball, which is frequently to be honest. Thanks for being awesome Republic.

I have only been using republic for 3 weeks now. We have only discussed and used single bottles, 1.5L and 750ml during orders. The next week i ordered close to same as previous, 200$ order. He driver brought me 1000$ worth of cases. When i turned them back and showed my order he got irrate and took all the cases leaving me with nothing.Lissandra, my rep, has not replied to text, email, or call since. Guess ill be using my other distribution Co with lesser wines. Sigh...such a disappointment !!!!!

I’m the manager of a restaurant,I got sick, my throat feel so bad today,make my voice is very hoarse.the sales,is a lady,who take my order,is so rude.Impatient person.She ask me to spell all the brand name to her,one wine she can’t find it,so she just told me they don’t have it.because I just ordered that kind wine couple weeks ago,I know they have.how ridiculous!!!

I own business and i get my wine delivery,was there customer for 12 years.last week the account receivable called and told me that i didnt paid my last invoice which i did because of all this they didnt sent me my wine delivery.after 2 weeks they finally find-out that they applied credit to other account.end of story i lost my business,account receivable was not helpful at all.i am planing to get new wine distributor.
