When shopping around for a Mititoyo 4-52 inside mics, they had the best price out of 4 other companies! Not much for customer service but who cares? The best place to go if you wanna save money though.

Worst experience ever. My father and I came looking for some taps and was disgusted by the customer service. The employees had attitudes for every time we asked a question or for alternative route. Even though we are in the area, I much rather drive to bass tool. Theyll even offer to deliver to us. You can guaranteed my father and I will never step foot in DXP or Cw rod tool.

Let me save you the trouble of disappointment, CW ROD no tools, if you really need great customer service go to bass tool. Its a bit of a drive but its worth the trouble.
