Needed a simple vinyl sticker replicated and altered ON THE FLY, simple task I assumed. A quick Google search of my area brought up a couple options. First drove over to FASTSINGS and they told me theres a 3 day wait, something about drafting a design blah blah blah, lost me at 3DAYS! NEXT on the list was SINGARAMA, I explained my situation and details of my alterations and Allens response was, sure give me 45 MINUTES! Not only did Allen impress me with the turnaround time, but the quality and detail to the replication on number font and box curvature were EXAT! The guy even took the time to clean the sign and apply new double sideded tape that I never requested, because I was planning on bolting the sign down. The fact he did it without me requesting shows a persons best intentions towards ones property! As a small business owner myself, I pay attention to the details and more than happy to contribute a genuine review on service one receives.

We are a small business, with modest 3D signage requirements. Our experience with this Signarama location was excellent from beginning to end. I entered a request for a quote on line. Within a couple of hours I was contacted by Frank. He came to our location in Katy at the appointed time and location. He surveyed the job, asked appropriate questions, and provided us with a very reasonable written quote on line within one to two days. Once we committed to use their services, Frank was always very quick with photo mock ups, making adjustments that exactly matched our requests. Our job required moving an existing sign from one location to another, and fabricating and installing an additional sign at the same new location. We specificly requested that all installations be conducted outside of business hours. This was no problem for them at all. The quality and timelines of all services could not have been better. When Hurricane Harvey interrupted our original schedule, Frank kept in touch with us throughout, and completed the job within days of it being safe to travel. I highly recommend this company.
