30 min minimum wait for printing services. Every time. They only have 1 person working the printing most of the time and all the other employees are busy not checking anyone out... because this place is empty apart from the printing counter. Its be faster to drive to the FEDEX on westheimer and print

I’ve been to Office Depot for all of my printing needs because they are normally really helpful and go above and beyond as far as customer service. This was not the case today and will more than likely not return anymore. I wanted to print 12 doubled sided in color on card stock for business cards and I was told to order it online because business card paper was only online and printing in color on card stock would have to be manual. I’ve done this before at an Office Depot and could tell that it wasn’t that it couldn’t be done, it’s that employee wouldn’t. Also, when I walked in I was ignored and not greeted by two employees, who were on their phone, because it was not their department and the lady printing was busy.This was the second store I had been to. The Office Depot( Westheimer and Voss) also did not acknowledge me. I waited a good bit only to be told they were not printing in color for the rest of the night due to a large order.Check out FedEx on Westheimer and Chimney Rock. They have EXCELLENT customer service! 🙌🏽🙌🏽
