Amazing supply store! I am a regular there for my baking needs.I’ve been to a lot of baking supply store and their prices are fair/comparable. You have to realized some of these items are well known branded product in the baking industry so they price them accordingly. A variety of Great selections!

They typically have just about everything you need. If your an independent business it can seem kind of high the prices. However they are pretty affordable compared to other places I have been. Plus it has more then most suppliers so you dont have to go to several different places. Saves time and money

I had read in the reviews to check the price that you are charged because they will charge you incorrectly, but didnt think to check at the time came. I bought something for $16.29 and was charged 18.99. They did have a great selection, but that is a very shady business practice. CHECK YOUR PRICES or you will pay more.

I have never had a bad experience. The staff is knowledgeable about the products that they sellas well as being up to date with the latest trends. The prices are comparable. A lot of times their prices are lower than Amazon or other wholesale distributors. Plus , I dont have to pay for shipping. Amazing cakes serves the baking community and treat makers community very well.

Used to be my go to place till I realized they Mark up the price on everything, y’all if you shop on amazon, everything is cheaper online than here. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

If you can avoid the Hispanic cashier please do. She tries to over charge saying that she put in the wrong code. I noticed my last visit was pretty pricey but I was in a hurry. I got her again today and only had a few items. Again my order was pricey...I asked her to repeat my total and she claimed to have put in the wrong codes my purchase was a twenty buck difference. I am not pleased with my service today. I will continue shopping here but will definitely avoid her. Were in a pandemic I need all of my money.

Theres a lady named Jennifer that has the WORST costumer service there. I assumed the first time she was rude maybe she was having a bad day (we all have bad days) but no. Everytime I have gone she has the same terrible attitude. The store is great but the staff (really just her) needs to fix her attitude or keep her away from the costumers since she has NO costumer service skills.

There are so many things to choose from. If you like baking sweets and whatnot, this is the place to go. Staff is great. Currently 5 customers at a time inside the store.

This place has all sorts of stuff for cakes but we were looking for items like teddy bear as a theme for the cake but couldnt find anything of such sort. At the moment they are letting 5 people limited in the store. Long drive for me but it was fine, sadly the day I went they didnt have what I needed in stock. But they do have a good variety of things, price range was moderate not a big difference from other stores Ive visited.

I drove an hour to get to this place to get supplies but I got stuck in traffic and I didn’t make it on time. I explain the lady that I came from far and she still didn’t let me in. I got there 2 minutes after 5pm. For me that’s not a good customer service.

I discovered this gem when my last cake place went out of business. Its a really cool little spot that bakers can get lost in. Ive bought several cake pans from them for my Gma and they really are of great quality. The personnel there are always friendly and willing to help. And the selection is amazing especially when it comes the cake flavoring section. It really is a good place to checkout and most of the stuff is reasonably priced.

Then this area all my life and never saw this place, they said its been there for 10 years. Just ordered a big supply of stuff offline and mad at myself cuz they have it all and then some. I found some cake pans I have been looking for and could not find. I love this place. The prices are so good. And their very reasonable, specially when you factor in the shipping when you order offline.

Love this shop but it is soooo expensive, great selection and dont think theres another shop like it in Houston but thoses prices on cakes boxes and drums kill me everytime I go. The counter ladies are very nice and I even went during quarantine and they helped speed up the process by offering to get my products for me and check out outside. Very organized and clean everytime I go.

I have been coming to this store for over five years. I have grown to love the great products. However, Sally the older white lady at the check out register is rude and racist. I have witness her treat black people or brown tone people like trash with little to no respect. Sally is more is kinder to white people and also more friendly, even laughs and more helpful. Yet, so differently with people of color . All money is the same color . Today, I came in your store she was rude and disrespectful yet again and I am tired of it. She didnt even give my receipt in my hand. She makes feel unwanted there. This location is in a multicultural community. She needs to respect everyone that walks through that door, no matter their color.

Great place for all sorts of dessert crafting supplies. We get all of our daughters cake toppers here (the selection is insane - way better than Arnies in unique factor), and Pastry Pride. Im not sure it can be gotten elsewhere on the west side.

Amazing Cake Supplies is the Toys-R-Us for the baker in everyone. Most people are amazed by the amount of product and supplies they carry, but what surprises me most is the knowledge of the staff. They are a wealth of information from the different types of tools, pans, molds, to how to color your icing ( gels, powders, etc.), and what techniques and timing is needed to achieve the perfect outcome. Ive read some reviews that state how rude they can be or hoe bad the customer service is, but I beg to differ. From day one they have always been extremely courteous and helpful. When you enter the store they great you and know you by name. Amazing Cake Supplies, Amazing Product, Amazing Staff!!!! Thanks for the V.I.P service.

Today was my first time visiting the store and I could not have been more impressed by the selection, customer service, and the prices! I would definitely recommend this store to my friends and family to help them create the perfect desserts for their events! The items for purchase in the store were great for any occasion and I have not seen such a large selection like that anywhere else. The employees were extremely helpful; anything I inquired about was answered and I was directed where exactly to look - I could not have asked for a better experience (and my bill was actually lower than I thought it would be). I visited Amazin’ Cake Supplies this afternoon and was impressed with their remarkable selection. The sales staff was extremely knowledgeable in every facet of cake decorating and was very kind in answering all of my questions. All of the merchandise was displayed in a very neat and orderly fashion and their customer service is extremely awesome!!

So many cookie cutters and cake/cupcake toppers and picks youre sure to find something for any and every theme! I like using cupcake picks to decorate bento boxes for my kids lunch, there are so many cute ones here. And these are affordable if they get lost. They also sell and create edible cake images, just bring a picture in and they can produce it in a matter of minutes. Ive purchased an edible image somewhere else, but the ones they sell here are very thin and melt into your cake much nicer and have no discernable taste or smell. You dont have to be a pro to shop here, but you can sure buy stuff to make something homemade look professional.

Fairly large store with many cake supplies, chocolate, flavors, fillings, etc. They are also very helpful on the phone. Call them up to check if they have what you want before you drive out. Ive been twice and left with what I was looking for on both occasions.

Deborah is so amazing!!! The customer service I received at Amazing Cake Supplies was beyond great! You are probably reading this thinking; Amazing Cake Supplies wrote their own review because it sounds too good to be true but that is not the case. This Saturday is my parents Surprise 30th Anniversary Party and I, like most, waited to the last minute to get the cake topper. I found the letter H at a local craft store and I needed the number 30 to match. I found the number 30 at Amazing Cake Supply but the finish didnt match the letter H that I had previously found. Deborah took it upon herself to find me a matching letter H. She called several places and finally found at Bed Bath & Beyond, the absolute last place I would have checked. Sally is always so rude to the other employees, I don’t know if she’s the manager but there are some things that are better handled without an audience, she is constantly talking to them like children in front of everyone. I needed to buy in bulk individual containers for cupcakes for an event that was in a few days. After perusing party supply stores that turned up low supply and high prices, I found myself frantically searching for a place to go, since I needed 120 cupcake boxes, stat. Luckily, I was able to find out about Amazing Cake Supplies, and called them ahead of my trip. They were very helpful and gave suggestions and prices during the call.Whenever my friend and I visited the store, we were amazed by the different supplies offered, ranging from containers for baked goods, baking supplies such as pans, cake decorations like cake frosting bags and tips. Wow! It seemed like restaurants sometimes come to the store to get baking supplies as well, since we saw a man in an apron rush in and rush out.I ended up buying clear, plastic, individual containers, and was very satisfied with the assistance from the store employees, both over the phone and in person.

They have a pretty large selection of supplies for our out of home cake business so theyre our go to. The only downside is its only one location that is a bit of a drive for us and some of their prices on some products are a bit high but theyre super helpful.

Nice cake supply shop that has most anything a baker needs. The only drawbacks are they dont accept credit cards on purchases under $10, they have an upcharge on any credit or debit card payments, and they close at 3 pm on Saturdays.

I have frequented this baking supplier for a few years now and Saturday, April 7th became my last visit due to poor customer service and unprofessionalism. I had just come from working out for 2 hrs and arrived in sweats, I barely walked in the door and Sally asks Can I help you. What appeared to be an attempt at Customer Service felt like I was being profiled due to my attire, but I brushed it off and began getting the items that I came in for. Once I was done, Im now at the register with Sally. Once she entered all of my items into their system, I tell her that I wanted to split the payments. She says to me, in front of customers, You dont have enough money to put this purchase on one card? I was livid!!! #1 That was extremely inappropriate & in front of customers. I said, Excuse Me? She goes on to tell me how their Excel system is set up to take payments. She became defensive, raised her tone and I asked her to bring her tone from down from a 10 to a 2. There are still customers observing this. At this point a friend of mine so happen to walk in and Im explaining to her what happened and some petite girl with short dark hair says to me that Im no longer welcomed there and I stated that I wasnt planning on returning. Thank goodness this is not the only baking supplier in Houston. I dont know who this young lady was, however, she was not present at the beginning of my transaction. Not once when she surfaced did she ask what happened? Or maam why are you upset?Thank you Amazing Cake Supplies for allowing me to take my business elsewhere and from looking at previous reviews I am not the only one who has encountered poor customer service.

Shelves are always fully stocked and the ladies working there are always willing to help. I go here every time I have a big cake project.

Extensive selection of just about everything you’d need for baking and confectionary, except individual packaging, and the “behind the counter” bags do not come with basic twist ties or a sealable option, fyi. -1. The other -1 is because when I walked in, one of the cashiers was talking very loud and condescendingly to another customer. It was jarring to walk into. She was not like that to me, however, but I definitely made sure not to ask her for assistance.
