What a gem of a shop - gorgeous homeware, beautiful gifts and cards, amazing selection of clothing scarves and jewellery and the majority is well priced and affordable. Clearly a lot of love and attention is put into this boutique as well as time and effort into selecting lovely items for a really beautiful array. Topped off by fantastic, welcoming and friendly customer service in a serene, relaxed (and gloriously scented) environment. Found you by chance online and been really pleased with everything we have bought so far. Always packaged lovely and well protected. Bought bags diffusers and clothing so far between me and my two daughters.We were planning a trip up then lockdown happened so not made it yet but we are really looking forward to visiting you soon!

Love having a browse in Itsy Bitsy, especially the home section and candles. Everyone who works in the shop is lovely and extremely helpful. Obviously the shop has had to close recently so I ordered some of my favourite candles online. They were hand delivered within two days, beautifully gift wrapped, thank you Itsy Bitsy 😃

I love this shop. Great choice of fashion for all shapes, beautiful designs and colours. Lovely variety of accessories from the Red Cuckoo bags and purses to scarves jewellery and footwear. Gorgeous scented candles too. Theres something for everyone here. With friendly helpful staff to boot whats not to like? Itsy Bitsy is right on trend.

Extortionate prices on candles.. They must think were all loaded... Its a candle!!! Old fashioned fuddy duddy clothes for old women... Get yourself to primark ladies.. Candles are cheaper too!

Outstanding customer service. My parcel got mixed up while with the courier and instead of a beautiful purse I ended up with a toilet roll dispenser 😂.They replaced the item with no questions asked and took complete ownership of the situation. How customer service should be!So impressiveIll be shopping on their website again

Had a great time at the 2 lovely itsy bitsy shops where I live in chapel en le frith. Bought a fantastic lovely electric smelling humidifier. Looks like smoke coming out of top. Smells amazing. Just add water and oils. Lights up and different settings. Love it. Got some great pressies for my work friends also. Well worth visiting.
