Im so glad I found this shop. Aadel and his team specialize in German engineered vehicles - specifically Volkswagen, Porsche, and Audi. I felt confident going to this shop with my new (used) 2015 modified Volkswagen GTI Autobahn. They were able to do my routine DSG flush - 40k normally or 30k for tuned vehicles - with no issue. I called and made an appointment very easily. They even offered a loaner, which was a huge selling point for me. The price of this service was extremely fair and I prefer supporting local mechanic shops as opposed to the dealerships. At E1 Motorsports, they make this choice a no brainer.If you want your German Automobile in good hands, this is your place. They do honest work and theres no BS. Highly recommend!

Aadel is a wealth of knowledge and ideas. I was looking to upgrade brakes on car I just bought for both street and track use, Aadel knew exactly what I needed. Parts came in quick. E1 also helped me with bleeding and changing brake fluid.

He took me for a ride in his RS3 that was built the same way I was thinking about doing to mine. 4 months of daily driving after getting my RS3 staged by them and its still running like a champ. The technicians talked me through the steps they took to install around my aftermarket intake and were great to work with. I couldnt be happier with the service here and have been pointing people in their direction.

I was not disappointed.Prior to installation, Aadel took time to listen to my install concerns and preference and they did exactly the way I preferred (staggered tips). I was in and out in less than an hour. I happily recommend E1 to friends and family if you are looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable Porsche/Audi/VW techs.

I ordered up some goodies for my Audi. Some snafu occurred where I ordered a discontinued product. Aadel called me within 5 min of placing my order - keep in mind, its probably 8pm pst on his end. Aadels first order of business was making sure we had the right vehicle details so he can track down the right part number. Unfortunately, the actual part# I needed was more expensive but being such a standup guy Aadel is, he didnt even fret and honored the price of the wrong item I ordered. Ive never seen such awesome service! He truly cares about his customers. He didnt have to do that but he did anyways. Hats off to E1 - Ill be coming back for more treats. I have been going to E1 Motorsports for upgrades and maintenance on my MK7 Golf R and these guys never disappoint. They are honest and efficient, and obviously passionate about their work. Some shops tend to seem ‘too busy’ to explain things or just carry a small conversation with clients. This is not the case with E1. They are extremely knowledgeable and do great work. Their shop is organized and clean. Typically you wouldn’t judge these types of businesses by their bathrooms, but it is impeccably clean. This is just another demonstration of their keen attention to detail - I was shocked to see the business owner cleaning it himself. If you are looking for a speed shop or simply a dealership replacement for maintenance, you will not go wrong with E1. I give my highest recommendation to this shop with no reservations at all.

I have been to this shop a number of times already to get work done on my vehicle. Jobs range from regular maintenance to installation of aftermarket parts.THE SHOP: It has grown and expanded since my first visit. They used to focus primarily on online sales with shop work only for very few customers. They have since been expanding to become a full service shop. The air-conditioned waiting area is nice with available drinks and big TV. From the waiting area you are able to see your vehicle being worked on.Parts used are high quality and they are trusted by a lot of VW and Audi owners in Houston.THE STAFF: The staff seem very knowledgeable with what they are doing and make you feel confident with the work they will perform. They are friendly but professional. Should any issues arise due to warranty work, they will assist you as best they can.PRICING: They are pricier than most shops but as can be seen with a lot of things, QUALITY comes at a cost.Tips:- It can be difficult to find if you are a fist time visitor so be sure to call and ask for directions.- It has gotten much busier so be sure to set-up an appointment beforehand.

Hard to find a shop that approaches your car with the same appreciation that you do as an owner. When I moved to Houston, I went through several shops who didn’t really understand the unique differences of certain performance cars but the guys at E1 are nothing less than knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend, easy to work with, friendly (not condescending like many other performance shops) and affordable.

Honestly had very high expectations considering it’s a very well known Audi/Vw shop, even than they still went above and beyond. Recently got a stage 1 tune from them and I’m loving it. The owner of the shop came in during closing hours to install the tune. There aren’t many places that will do that for you. Very knowledgeable about their products and services. 10/10

Had my brakes done here. They were priced very fairly and did a great job with the work. When I asked about mods, they took the time to walk me through everything and answer my questions even though they knew I wasnt ready to purchase. Ill def come back here for my maintenance and modification needs.

This is the place to go for Euro car modifications. These guys want to see your car make you happy. I first came here for coilovers which were done perfectly. I then racked these guys nerves with a custom brake job and they pulled it off! I highly recommend E1.

Brought my Mk7 Golf R here to have a full exhaust, intercooler, and dogbone insert installed. I also brought them all the parts and fluid to do a haldex flush. Post install they tell me they had a lot of fitment issues with my exhaust and hated the brand, yet upfront over messenger they had stated they didnt foresee any fitment issues. They also complained about the fitment of my Unitronic intercooler, a brand known for making quality parts. This made me nervous that they werent very patient with the install.About a month and a half later my haldex awd system went out. Unable to prove the cause of anything here, but extremely coincidental, and I think anyone other than this shop would agree.When my haldex system broke, I brought my car back to E1 and they helped me get everything back to stock, but the cost of labor ended up being more than what I paid to install all the parts originally. To add to this, they had given my stock parts away without letting me know - even though I had requested they keep them there. So I also had to purchase all the stock parts I needed, including a stock downpipe from E1. I could understand giving them away if they would have at least warned me, which they didnt do.I ended up getting my car fixed at the dealership, and further had problems with the downpipe E1 sold me becoming separated from the stock catback (purchased a stock catback from a local). These fitment issues were due to the downpipe not being made for a Mk7 Golf R. I didnt realize how bad the fitment was until another shop showed me. E1 had rigged a large clamp to fill an ~ 6 inch gap between where between where the downpipe ended and the catback began.I have to admit I really wanted to like this shop as it is seemingly known for being a good Volkswagen shop in Houston, but I have not had a good experience.

I originally used E1 because I wanted an APR tune for my Golf R, but now I dont take my car anywhere else. Ive since used them for everything from routine maintenance to further upgrades and highly recommend them! Mechanics are incredibly knowledgeable. I had all sorts of questions about how they approach maintenance on certain parts, and what upgrades to consider, and they always take the time to walk through alternatives. They know their stuff and are great about giving everything a good once over to make sure everything else on the car is up to spec.
