I recently took one of my wheels for repair after hitting a curve and scratching my wheel. I was going to buy a new wheel on eBay and found out that shop was locally here in Houston. Gave them a call Angela and Leslie answer the phone and explain me that my wheel could be repair and there was no need in buying a new wheel. took my wheel and I can believe this the same wheel I brought a day ago. Best part It’s they will fix mine in 24h. Below are the picture of the before and after. Will be bringing my wheels here from now on.

I am very pleased with the quality of service I received. All four rims restored in less than 24 hours exceeded my expectations.

First, because of carelessness on my part I needed two rims asap. I looked around on the web and quickly got frustrated. A close friend referred me here and it couldnt have worked out better. Leslie, the young lady at the front desk first assisted me when I called to confirm that the rims I needed were at her location. When I got there, she made sure that I matched the proper color and that everything was correct. The entire staff at the location was helpful and a pleasure to work with. The entire situation, which I wasnt happy to be in to begin with, for a few minutes, wasnt as grim and its because they, the staff at Wheels America, were professional, courteous and considerate. Thank you to everyone involved and I will 100% recommend anyone I come in contact with to this store in the future.

Had two cracked rim repairs here. The cost was reasonable (MUCH cheaper than what Discount Tire quoted for a reconditioned rim) and the service was good. I consider them my go-to place for anything wheel related in the future.

Ordered a set of 4 refinished wheels for our 2007 Silverado. When they arrived they looked brand new. Unfortunately, one rim had been dented in transit by the shipping company. Emailed Wheels America and they answered back after store hours were over. They were very helpful and a replacement wheel was shipped out immediately.The items purchased were exactly as advertised, looked even better than expected. The customer service was also excellent. Highly recommend the company.

I called to get my rim repaired thats was dented only seen the dent in the back i guess the front was not noticable and when i went to pick it up they told me is was also dented in the front and they just went ahead and fixed it the price was super fair and leslie was very helpful and they did a super job highly recommended

I brought my Jaguar F-Type in to have road rash removed on 2 wheels and then all 4 powder coated. The shop had tons of examples of powder coating options and brought them out to my car so I could make sure I was happy with my choice. I ended up going with something a little different than I initially expected and the result is fantastic. Paired with a lifetime warranty on the powder coating and I couldnt be happier.

Had to make a drive to get my rim replaced as they were the only ones who had it for a reasonable price. Spoke with Leslie prior to going to make sure they had it in stock and she confirmed they did. Went and process was seamless and easy. Thank you!

Absolutely the greatest experience I have ever gotten from a place wheel shop. They got me right in on the schedule and got my crack fixed on my Mini Cooper rim in no time! They let me know that it’s common for BMW vehicles to get the type of hairline crack my rim had, so they knew exactly what to do! I am very impressed with the job they did and am happy to be back on the road again. You guys have definitely received a new life long customer.

Great experience have a corroded wheel fixed here. Jennifer was great throughout the process and it was done within 24 hours. We were assured the cars are not left outside overnight. Looks brand new and price was very reasonable.

Finally got around to replacing one of the wheel on my pilot. Found it on eBay for a good price before realizing the seller had a store in Houston. Was able to get my wheel installed and was in and out quick. It was actually slightly cheaper in store than online too

Real honest people. Highly recommended.I had a vibration issue and asked them to take a look and see which rims where out of balance. They checked all four rims and found to be true. They even looked at the tires and showed me where one tire was not wearing properly. Efren was working on my wheels. Best part is they didn’t even charge me! Can’t believe we still have such good business around in this day and age.

It took me 2 months to find a rim for my wife’s Dodge Challenger. 3 companies failed to deliver, either shipped wrong finish on rim or wrong rim all together. I found Wheels America, I called and spoke with Jennifer. She told me they could take care of me and sure enough, 2 days later they had a rim for me! I brought in one of my rims that came with my car that was damaged by a nasty pot hole. This was my first time going somewhere that fixes rims vs. wheels therefore I didn’t know if they could savage or repair the rim to match the other 3. Leslie helped me by explaining the process. Wheels America also install your rim to your tire (I was using a generic rim I got at discount since the original was damaged) in house too.

These guys crushed it! I was a little worried at first with the 24hr turn-around Ill be honest, but they turned my silver, thrashed, beaten beyond recognition VMRs into what felt like a brand new set rims. As a quality inspector I have to say, the finish of their powder coating work is impeccable and theyre on their A-game with communication.

I ordered a wheel from this company and at first Jennifer Lopez assisted me. I asked for a copy of the receipt and had to request it 5 times before it was emailed to me and then the order was short. I called back as the wheel never arrived and spoke to Leslie who was the rudest person. Argumentative, unhelpful and disrespectful. I asked for the manager who was very nice but could hear Leslie in the back ground mouthing off. I buy a lot of wheels and can tell you I will never use this company again. Blackburns will be getting all my business from here on out.

I’ve been here multiple times and it’s always great service. They’ve got very well mannered and helpful employees. They do a great job with the restoration and I’ve never been disappointed. Repaired 4 OEM Porsche wheels. They were scuffed and one was bent in a way that you couldnt see where the bent was, but you could feel it going faster that 40 mph. The wheels look brand new and now I dont feel any vibration.

If I can give negative stars I would. When I called them that morning they told me my wheels was on the way. They did not mention they couldn’t fix it and it would be in pieces when they brought it to me. They had taken the tire apart then they couldn’t put the tire back together because they couldn’t find a sensor. Brought back the Wheel with the tire off and the sensor in his had telling me I had to take it somewhere and find my own parts and pay someone else to put it back together. super unprofessional! If my only options were to use this place to make a repair or walk I’d rather walk next time

Terrible. Found a wheel from wheels America on eBay. Picture, price and description implied a remanufactured wheel. $539 for a wheel and it showed up with break dust and scratches all over it. The wheel weights were still on the wheel. I could have gotten a junkyard wheel locally for half the price. They also lied about shipping date for my wheel as well. Very displeased. Look elsewhere for your wheel needs.

Excellent service! I brought my car in to have a couple of wheels refinished and another one repaired. I was told that the one wheel was cracked in too many places to be safely repaired. They could have easily made an easy buck by repairing it and sending me on my way. I ordered a replacement OEM wheel from my local dealership and had Wheels America mount and balance. They even repainted the wheel sent to me by the dealer since they sent me the wrong color. Now, all of the refinished wheels look great. Easily one of the best experiences I have ever had servicing my car! Highly recommended.

Despite the hesitation due to a far drive from where I live, I decided to give this place a shot. It was recommended to me by a great body shop so I figured why not. I needed a wheel fixed on my 15 CIVIC SI due to a dent. Now this place has a 24hr turn around. Meaning you will wait a day before receiving back your wheel. They do work Monday through Friday only. So if you turn it in on Friday you will have to wait till Monday to pick up the wheel. Choose your day accordingly. I was overall satisfied with my wheel after they worked on it. The price is fair plus there is a bonus that I will leave you to find out if you decide to take your wheel there. The staff is also great. Straight to the point. Highly recommend it.

I just want to give a big thank you to Wheels America Houston on my new wheels. They may not be much to some people but to me they are a big upgrade. I have a 2013 Camry SE and it came factory with the 17” wheels. I have always loved the sport 18” wheels and when i seen that WAH was selling genuine Toyota wheels that where remanufactured i wanted to check them out. I was definitely impressed with the quality and finish of the wheels! My tire installer said they are true and round and there are no vents in the wheels. My story starts with a hit and run early one morning. One of the wheels was sent to Wheels America for repair. It came back looking so good I had the other 3 done. Then later I damaged 1 of them. Couldnt stand to look at it. So I took the car back to Wheels America.. The price to have the one repaired was so good, I had them all done in the color of the car..They came out great!!! The one day I noticed that they were looking awfully dull and had scratches.. Actually the whole bottom side of the car was the same way.. Found that this was caused by the car wash wheel brushes... Had to take my car to the body shop to have the paint repaired and to Wheels America to do the wheels again.. Once again they did a great job taking care me..
