I had my vehicle towed to One Stop. The desk attendant and GM Rhodes told me that he would call as soon as my vehicle arrived. I knew the vehicle had an issue with the radiator as one could smell the coolant. After one day with no communication Rhodes called me to tell me that there was a leak in the radiator. I asked him if my vehicle had just arrived as I had not heard from him. He informed me that the vehicle had arrived the day before and brushed off the fact that he did not do what he said he was going to do. When I asked him where the leak was he said he didn’t know. Rhodes did say that I owe them $80 for the diagnosis. This place came highly recommended due to the owner, Tony. Tony, however, is no longer involved in the business as I was informed by Rhodes. I paid the $80 and had my vehicle towed elsewhere. I came back with a different vehicle for an alignment and, again, encountered Rhodes. I explained to Rhodes the situation; I reminded him of my past experience and explained that I did not appreciate the treatment nor being charge for what amounted to no work. I asked if Rhodes was willing to do anything to “make it right” and help with the bad taste in my mouth. Ten dollar discount, one-time, he said. I will not be supporting this business; any opportunity I get, I will steer people away from this business. It may have been great before, but I never knew that business as it would seem that the service left with Tony. Two very unfortunate experiences with Rhodes and One Stop Auto Services. I will not return.

I had many repairs conducted on my BMW and Camry. Tony is the best in managing operations at the shop. Not at all did I feel as if his prices were going to rob me being the female gender. Prices are very affordable. I send all my family and friends to this shop. Take a moment and visit. You will not be sorry.

Alignment was not conducted correctly, created bogus reasons for not having them aligned properly. At the end I waisted my money and time. They can talk a good talk but results were not satisfactory. Unfortunately I dont recommend this location for alignments, it did more harm than good.

It was good till the previous managers last week that dropped off my car for a new gasket cover. Then I start having issue with the battery. Turns out my alternator got grounded and got stuck to its mounting. Both battery and alternator are a year old. And this only happens after my last service was done. 🤷

I had to wait 2 hours for my truck to be aligned and the mechanic that took my truck to be serviced informed me the price and then changed the price before I was ready to leave. The mechanic told me truck alignment was finished but I noticed how weird my truck was driving. So I took a look at the work myself and discovered that the mechanic left loose parts and it was aligned first then they told me a part was bad. Then he let me leave the parking lot unsafe. Poor service overall...

I went there Saturday morning to get an alignment for my 2003 GMC Sierra. They told me all 4 of my tires needed replacing but theyve did the alignment anyway. Once I replaced all my tires 2 days later my truck drove perfectly straight. I had my doubts because of the 1 star reviews then 5 star reviews it seemed inconsistent so I had to see for myself and Im happy I did.

My dad turned me on to this place. They always do good work for me and with competitive pricing. My whole family has been going to this place for about 10yrs now.

I can express this place with one word EXCELLENT. I have always been treated with excellent service. Owner and employees are extra polite. I had a water pump replaced water pump on my Dodge 1994 pick up that no other dealer know or care to work on. They are reasonable and if not needed will inform.

Came here to get my bolt on exhaust put on. They did a fantastic job fitting me in on a weekend and getting the job done right. The price charged was absolutely fair and everything was done right. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

They did the alignment to my car. Their service was fast.

I went for a state inspection they claimed I wouldn’t pass because of my brakes. Checked with my family mechanic he Showed me my brakes were fine. They were trying to sell me something I didn’t need basically to make money off of me. These guys are crooks don’t go, don’t trust.

Bought new tires and took here for balance and alignment. Came back next day to tell them that the car shakes a lot going about 70 and they said that my rims might be messed up and I should have gotten a balance. I told him that I got them balance with them the day before and he try to tell me that I messed them up from the time I got it done(day before) until the next business day in the morning. They paid me my balance money back and told me to go elsewhere. Do not take here

Been going here for all my repairs since last year. Theyre like your neighborhood car repair shop. The prices are very reasonable compared to everywhere else and theyre super easy to work with. Its like getting a family friend to fix your car. I give them an A+!

My husband and I have been taking our vehicles a year for about 5 years they have great service and reasonable prices!

This mechanic shop basically robbed my husband and I of $700+ for work that my husband ultimately had to do. Had an oil leak and took it in for repair. After work was done, drove the car down the highway about a mile and it proceeds to shimmer as it never had ever done before. And the famous check engine light came on.Took it back next day and they tell me its the kind of oil we used. I told him that I had takened photos of my engine prior to ringing it in and things should be in the same place after under side repair work. Suddenly he decided not to charge for oil change. I took car home and due to illness was not able to concentrate on it again for a couple of months. Finally was in need of getting check engine light checked out. Readers indicated one sensor valve was disconnected or bad. Took to another shop and they proceeded to claim all four needed to be replaced. That was a lie, too. Immediately brought car home and after searching Internet was able to determine that one valve had been discreetly disconnected. Had to dig deep behind engine to find it. No more check engine light.This was not a problem prior to bringing my car to this shop. And the oil leak was never repaired until my husband was finally able to do it.So its best not to bring your vehicle here unless you plan to keep coming back. As a matter of fact, while I was in the office dealing with the issue of my car, several customers came in with a similar complaint. Got repair work done and then check engine light comes on.Total rip off ...

Took my Toyota to get the AC belts fixed. Tony gave me a price for fixing the whole thing. At the moment I was only available to afford the one belt that broke off. I came back to fix the other belt and gave me the price as if i was to get the whole thing at once. He seems pretty good at prices and knows his stuff.

I went for a simple alignment but before I took the car to them my mechanic told me everything was fine no damage parts just needed to be aligned when 1stop checked the car they wanted to charge me 250$ because they needed to change some parts! They will tell you 49$ for four wheel alignment but you will spend much more than that

This place is a total rip off! I went in to get an alignment! a guy who did not know any english attempted to give me a toe and go alignment! he said that I needed camber plates! guess what, I had already bought adjustable camber plates for this car... after telling him and showing him, these adjustable cambers, he decided to tell me that they were at the max adjustment! after informing him that I am a trained auto tech and showing him the right way to adjust the camber plates. he proceeded to send me to the manager! the manager stated that he trusted his man and would not let me show him how to adjust my camber... I guess they were mad that they could not squeeze more money out of me because I know how to do my own mechanic work! I just needed the computer alignment. I told him I was not going to pay for any work that was not done right and being that he would not take the time for me to show him how to adjust my cambers i should not pay! he then proceeded to kick me out and told me never to come back...OK I then went to auto trends on murphy road (at wilcrest) and they did my alignment without any problems! i was gone in 45 min as opposed to the hour and a half with these bozos! be careful of this place! you go in for a simple job and they will find issues that need to be fixed and attempt to charge you more for it. if you know your stuff they get mad and attempt to kick you out! please be aware

First time going to One Stop Auto Today Honest & Excellent Worker & Owner..Took my car in for a Wheel Alignment did a Great Job on my Vehicle 12-15-2017..I was outside in my other car with my Wife watching how the Employees work While they worked on my car..Here is the Story December 13,2017 I took my car to Brake Check for a Regular Lifetime Alignment nothing really was Wrong with the Alignment or Steering it was that time to get it checked..Brake Check told me Alot of parts needed to be changed on my Vehicle which I knew it was a Lie because I work on my own cars on Stuff I can do..All Brake Check Staff is Rude, Lazy & Crooks..As soon as I leave Break Check I noticed my Steering wheel was out of position & Car Drifting real Bad Not Safe I took my car This morning back to Brake Check to tell them whats going on, The Manager was Rude & told me he is Booked till Sunday plus he had a Open Alignment Bay, I wasnt going Endanger myself & Others waiting till Sunday Driving in that Condition.I walked out and told my Wife follow me to this place down the street I always see because I am tired of Brake Check & the Dishonesty.. Everytime it is Something with Brake Check plus no one Can tolerate Rude & Ghetto manner People.When my car was Done at One Stop Auto I was waiting to Pay & I heard a customer wanting Extra parts Changed on his car which the owner told him it doesnt need to be changed & save your money.From hearing that I told myself this is a Honest shop that is not after your money and what to fix what they see is Wrong..Shops like this is Hard to Find..All the Extra stuff Brake Check said I needed to change was a Lie from the Start, One Stop only Foundbe1 Problem that need to be Changed in Few months..Whiles paying I told the Owner I am bringing my other vehicles, Family Vehicles & Refer anyone else ask for a Shop to go to ONE STOP AUTO..For the Simple Fact HONESTY IS HARD TO FIND..Prices are Good.. You want a Good & Honest Shop..ONE STOP AUTO IS THE PLACE I GIVE THEM 2 THUMBS UP FOR THE EXPERIENCE I RECEIVED TODAY..

They did an alignment and broke my door handle. I showed them and they said I didnt do it. Ignored me and walked away saying not my problem, it just happened we are not responsible. No credit back, didnt offer to solve issue, I had to go home take panel apart and fix it myself.

If I could give them no stars I would. Lets start of by saying that if you want efficient and good work dont come to this shop. Idk how theyre rated so high when every time I was there everyone was complainig to Tony. So i went there to get my Spark plugs changed on saturday Tony said it was going to take 2-3 to do it on my car then he told me to leave the car with him because they would have it done by Monday before 12 and he even reassured me that it would be done. So i go on monday at 11 to see if my car is done and he tells me that he still needs 3 more hours to finish it like what? You need 6hrs to change plugs and wires?? Pathetic. I had to call in because he didnt get the car finish on time and he was really rude when I asked to see why is it taking 6hrs to change 8plugs. Makes no sense. Most likely he didnt start working on the car till I got there on monday. Dont come here unless youre planning to leave your car for a whole week when you got more complex things to fix than some spark plugs. He didnt even apoligize for the inconvenience he just said it is what it is. Completely rude Tony. Dont come here save your money find a good shop. Unlike this one who FAKES thier reviews

Dont come here. Tony rips you off. Waste of time

Took it in for an oil change back in Dec 2015 and I noticed I had to add about 1.5 to 2 quarts and thought it was just the oil I was using. Due for another OC and took it in today 07-02-16. Turns out, there was a slow leak from the oil filter and it was either the slick formula or it wasnt tight enough, cant prove it either way. For todays OC, I brought PP oil and a Mobil 1 oil filter this time to use as I BYOP or bring my own parts. Just glad we identified and got the problem solved and this would be 5 stars had the slow leak from filter not occurred. Lesson here is if you see or notice something different, always bring it back cause it could be a loose plug or spin-on filter. This time, the diagnosis was a SLOW LEAK protrusion from OIL FILTER/CANISTER!

The One Stop (9545 S Texas 6 B, Houston, TX) did a Very NEGLIGENT Catalytic Converter repair on my car. 1. When I was told to go Pick up the Car, they had NOT Closed the car Hood after repair. 2. They had forgotten a Repair tool in the Front (Engine area). 3. This tool caused Noisy damage to my Car. 4. The One Stop Refused to take Responsibility and instead REFERRED me to My Car Dealer or another Car repair for Diagnosis and Repair. 5. They RECANTED the 1 year WARRANTY (yet I had COMPLAINED about the Car the following day/week after the Bungled repair 6. At my Final Complaint within the 1 year Warrant the Manager was RUDE and INDIFFERENT. 7. I left Disgruntled; and Disappointed.
