I was in and out within an hour, which was a pleasant surprise (my dealership would take anywhere from 3 - 5 hours for oil change/ tire rotation/ balance). Competitive pricing too! I used this Christian Brothers to repair my clutch, and they gaslit me. I took my car in after I knew there was a problem and they told me it was just my floor mat getting in the way of the pedal. Which was not the case. They also told me I probably was not using my clutch correctly. I have been driving this car for 8 years, I know how to drive a manual, and misogynistic comments like that are completely UNPROFESSIONAL. Everyone at this store assumed because I am a woman I have no idea how to take care and drive my car. They gave my car back to me and two weeks later I was on my way to Christian Brothers (because the problem with my clutch was STILL HAPPENING BECAUSE THEY REFUSED TO CHECK AND FIX IT) and my car fully broke down in the middle of an intersection off of WESTHEIMER less than a mile from their store. I got rear ended, I had to get my car towed, and my car was fully non operational. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOME WHERE ELSE. AS A WOMAN THEY WILL TALK DOWN TO YOU, GASLIGHT, AND BELITTLE YOU.

Yes everyone there was very friendly and professional! I was also very Impressed with one of the employee going beyond his duties, patient, with explanation to a customer whom was challenged! I was waiting on my car while I over heard the entire conversation and offered the customer honest answers and direction! As a result I do plan to return to give them my business! Christian Brothers has always been very courteous & professional. I have had everything from a simple oil change to extensive work done on my vehicles throughout the years. They’re a honest & trustworthy group of people who have worked there for years. They provide you with a very detailed report on what needs to be addressed & what doesn’t. I took my car here to have the noise when I turn checked. They put my car through the ringer and confirmed there is nothing wrong. There was no noise, just Houston roads doing what they do. Furthermore, they didn’t even charge me for the analysis! I asked another customer who was there if she liked them. Turns out she’s taken her car here for years, and they have always been top notch. I’ll be taking me car here from now on, instead of driving 2 hours to my usual mechanic!

Amazing!!! From start to finish the staff (especially: Paul, John, and Don) at Christian Brothers West Galleria was outstanding! Id just purchased a used vehicle and brought it in for an inspection. They were able to walk me through their process, schedule the appointment, and see me, in a 24 hour period--during the holidays! I cant overstate how good these guys are. I plan to bring all my vehicles here for service from now on.

One of the best experiences Ive had with car repair guys and Ive been to about a dozen in the city. Theyre happy answering questions about your vehicle, I learned quite a bit more about my specific model and engine. Prices are fair, and I didnt feel like I was being upsold. Will go back!

They work with my insurance to get approve most of the cost of the car repairs and work with me with the rest of my repairs that my cars need I’m very satisfied with the service I will recommend 100% my next appointment is on April 1st no doubt they will continue work to help with my car repairs thanks

This is my third visit to Christian Brothers Automotive but it will not be my last . The first time I’ve visited them I thought I was in need of a brake job. They examined my brakes and told me there was nothing wrong with them and when I ask how much I owe them they said nothing. Honest people are hard to fine but I think I found some at Christian Brothers Automotive. My second visit, last week was just to have my oil changed and it was done quickly. I highly recommend this automotive place.

In Oklahoma, my friends and family have stopped coming to any of these franchises due to the bad rep they have. Many we know have been scammed or overcharged by a CB.I was in Houston and desperately needed a tire rotation to make it back home.After being turned away from three other national brands along my route, I stopped in here as a last resort. WOW, a great experience.Friendly staff helped me out very quickly.The place was clean and rocking good music.Within 30 minutes of being there they had me all taken care of and for a reasonable price. These guys changed my perspective of this brand and I will continue using them each time a need comes up in the area.Good job to the team at this location. Spread this culture up north!

Everyone here was incredibly kind and helpful. I thought my wheel bearing needed to be replaced, and they easily couldve taken advantage of that. Instead they realized my alignment was just messed up, which cost me $400-$500 less. They couldve made way more money off of me, but instead were honest. And they seemed as thrilled as I was that it would be less expensive. It made me feel like they really cared about me, instead of money.Finally, they got the repairs done quickly, so that I could go to my nieces birthday party, even though they were super busy and a little short-handed. They are honest, kind, and helpful. Im so glad to finally have a place I trust in Houston!

I love how my experience with CB (David Lowery, specifically) was straight-forward without any lies to try and get me to pay for repairs I did not need for my Infiniti G37x. David told me exactly what needed to be done- no more, no less. And he answered all of my many questions with extreme professionalism and courtesy. At CB, they take pictures of all of the work that needs to be done on your vehicle and they save it to your profile so you can view it any time after they review it with you in person. That is SO awesome, I love it. From the moment I walked in to the time I left, it was a pleasant experience. Even the guy who initially took down the general information about my vehicle when I first arrived was great.I will definitely be going back for all of my future vehicle needs.

Have been servicing my BMW for years. Treated very fairly and they stand behind their work. Difficult problems (nature of BMW’s) fixed first time. I also take my Suburban there and they’ve replaced AC with no problems. Friendly and great taxi service I trust them.

Overall very happy with my experience. Just a couple of minor annoyances. It took about 3 hours longer than I was originally quoted and they forgot to do the simple thing of checking the air in my tires. But it appears the actual work fine was very good.

I am very grateful for Christian Brothers Automotive for coming to my rescue. I was visiting Houston at MD Anderson when my car would not start, and had to be towed. I contacted the shop and explained my situation leting them know I was on my way. When I arrived the gentleman called me by name when he noticed my Honda and offered me a cold drink, I was automatically impressed. The service I received was outstanding all the gentleman were friendly, helpful, and very willing to assist me quickly. When I arrived they had already ordered the part and was waiting for me. After a test confirmed the starter was out they quickly started the repairs. The facility is beautiful, the waiting room has everything I needed and was super comfortable and welcoming. I waited about 2 hours for the service which I had expected too and was able to return home the same day. Thank you Christian Brothers Automotive for your quick, and friendly service. I highly recommend the auto shop to everyone, and I promise you will not be disappointed.

I liked that they communicated with me every step of the way. They took their time to explain the process, the diagnosis, the costs. They are very transparent, the work took about how long they said it would. You can see the work being done, meet the mechanic, etc. They met my expectations. Good people to work with!

This is my second time at this location for my vehicle inspection. Always a warm greeting, pleasant waiting room and fast service. They even offered me a cold bottle of water. Excellent service through and through. I will definitely allow them to work on my truck for any other needs when the time comes!

Excellent Service. Recently moved into this area so had to find a new auto repair shop. I have used. Christian Brothers in the past at 2 other locations. The service is excellent and consistent at all three locations. They also keep you well informed and drive you to and from work.

I had a wonderful experience here! They were efficient, friendly, and trustworthy. Their waiting area is lovely. My appointment did not take long at all, but if you have an appointment that will take a while, they have a free shuttle service. I will definitely return!

I took my truck in for a brake job. This place has beautiful facility with a waiting lounge more akin to a doctors office than a mechanic shop. The staff were warm and polite. I was shocked when they tried to get $1,300+ out of me to simply replace pads and front rotors. Ended up going elsewhere, paid $550 and got a lifetime warranty on them.

My emissions inspection was FAST, and the staff were informative and friendly. Also, though what I needed was simple, I saw the interaction they had with two other clients waiting for much more involved jobs. They communicated cost, expected time frame, and status several times to each of the people waiting - and I was only there for 25 minutes!

It has been a great expereince every time I have gone. The folks here have provided clear communication and not mechanic speak. When they say they will call they actually do. I never felt like they where just trying to sell service. I would definitely recommend these folks.

The pre-purchase inspection that was done was very thorough. It was a great resource in helping me to decide whether to purchase the vehicle. The only negative aspect was that it took over 3 hours before I got the report. This was longer than I experienced at other CBA locations.

Trust these guys a lot. They always treat me kindly and are very accurate with wait times. The only time they are not is when they finish FASTER than expected! They are great at explaining whats going on and what needs to be done, and they dont feel pushy for sales at all. My car always feels great when theyre done, and their work lasts! Ive been to other shops where they make me feel stupid or try to pull one on me because Im a woman, but I never felt that way here and have ALWAYS felt respected and have ALWAYS been treated kindly here. As always, Christian Brothers/Galleria did a great job on my car. They even did some fixes that I didnt ask for, but which the mechanic noticed while working on my other issues--and I wast charged fore them. Have been using them for years and am always pleased.

The lobby/waiting room is very comfortable and professionally maintained. The staff was courteous and attentive to my needs. The price for the services was competitive and the work was done well and in the time frame they promised. CB’s is a great place to get work done on your vehicle.

Great guys. I had my brakes worked on here just before driving across the country. They gave me a great report to show me some other things that need some work and they were an overall pleasure to work with. If I hadnt moved, Id have found my new go-to mechanics.

Emergency repair needed. They not only brought us right in, they also knew what the problem was before really looking in depth at it. They ordered the part straight away to minimize the length of our stay. We were in and our, not having to make our kids sit there for hours. And most significantly, they let us know the problem was covered under a manufacturer’s extended warranty, which we were not notified by the manufacturer about. That saved us thousands! Good guys who know there stuff.

Great service! I’m really impressed by the quick turn around. My 2004 Mini Cooper was diagnosed and fixed in just a couple of hours. I’ll be back for any future fixes.

After 2 Lexus dealerships and another Lexus Specialist - Christian Brother was able to diagnosis and fix the issue quickly.Two of the three places before told me the car could not be fixed and would need a new engine and should be traded. The other Lexus dealership said diagnostics would likely be 1000s of dollars to find issue and likely 1000s more for part to fixThe problem turned out to be a fuel rail sensor (inside engine), the bad sensor caused car internal computers to not respond to each other, giving a list of error codes. In addition to this main issue that would not let car start, they also gave me better price and warranty for radiator replacement that I had been putting off.I am very happy with the results, the car is running smoothlyChristian Brother automotive was my last (and 4th) try before giving up and purchasing a new car, they are now my only choice for car repair.

Absolutely love this place! My car had severe water damage from a recent flood and my husband chose to bring my car here since the ratings were so good on Google. And we were not disappointed. Joel was so wonderful and made sure to call almost daily to give us updates on the car and the repairs. Dave was also very nice and helpful when Joel was unavailable. We never felt like they were lying to us to try to get more money out of our pocket (even though insurance paid for all of it). They even pointed out other things we should consider fixing and showed us personally the damaged parts which made me feel very reassured. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants good honest work and wonderful customer service. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Paul and the team at Christian Brothers were very efficient, friendly, and communicative in dealing with my car issue. Their detailed diagnosis allows me to go to the manufacturer with more evidence for a warranty repair than I could ever justify myself.

I really like that we are able to see the report of necessary and recommended service online and in a way that is easy to understand. While at the store, the staff was very friendly and professional. The work done on our vehicle was excellent.

I was very satisfied with the service I received at Christian Brothers. They were very honest with me on what needed to be done immediately and recommendations for future maintenance.

They are not God-fearing mechanics this is just your basic money hungry mechanic shop. I wouldn’t recommend taking your vehicle to this establishment as they are very dishonest mechanics and are out just to get your money. I went in for a simple service which they stated was 130$. David Lowery lied to me and I ended up with 690$ bill instead which if I didn’t pay they would keep my car ransom even though the work was never approved.

I went just for a front light bulb change and they told me it would cost almost $300 because my bumper needed to come off to change the light and it was my special HD light that needed replaced, I decided to go to my dealer and they told me it’s my regular light it only cost me $40 to change.

Very friendly, honest, and helpful. Even made me coffee and served it to me on a silver platter. They brought me to work after I dropped my car off and picked me up when my car was ready. Thankful for CBA.

I have been taking my sedan and sports car to David and his crew at Christian Brothers for years. (For those of yall with very low sports cars, you will not have a problem entering or exiting their driveway, especially if you approach at an angle.) I am always treated respectfully and professionally. I am very particular about my cars and I trust them to do a great job every time. Wait times are usually very reasonable and I find they provide accurate estimates over the phone.
