I had an awesome experience. The manager Steven Muskiet was great. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also took time to find me the best price on parts. Their rate for labor is as good or better that any other shop that Ive spoken with. I was offered coffee and water, and waiting area was clean and neat. Plus there was a place to charge your phone! Im very happy with my experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Had to have my ac unit completely replaced on my 2006 dodge durango due to numerous leaks and the compressor locking up. After numerous issues and returns they were finally able to find the problems and never once gave me any excuses, just kept digging at no charge to me. Runs great now and I thank Steve for his dogged determination and professional attitude every time I brought it back in.

Ive had two different vehicles repaired here and both times they provided great service quickly and for a very fair price. Brought my SUV for break pad replacement and I’m happy with there customer service and prompt attention.

I went in for an oil change and 4 wheel alignment and they told me that they can’t do my alignment unless I replace my inner, lower tie rods and quoted me over 1400.00 I didn’t believe them at all since I’ve had them replaced several months ago along with my wheel bearings. So I took it elsewhere to get a second opinion and they told me that they’re all good just had a loose control arm bolt.

Do not take your car here!!!! Took our RUNNING van in to get fixed. The employee who worked on it was not even qualified to fix it and ended up doing more damage. After several weeks we came to pick up the van that they said was fixed when we turned it on it was not running properly. they told us the reason was due to a clogged catalytic converter so we towed it to the muffler shop who informed us that our catalytic converter and muffler was perfect and NOTHING WAS WORNG with it!!!!!

This place is fast and efficient!! I came in because my blinker had gone out. Every other place i called wanted to charge me upward of 65$ just to LOOK at my car. Even though i had a clear diagnosis and i already knew what the problem was.They quoted me (70$ cheaper then the other guys) and got to work on my car within the same hour.Unfortunately I’m back today because i had an issue with my starter! Once again got me in and out very quickly with no issues.I am a female and i came by myself. But i didn’t feel like they were trying to get over on me! Staff is nice and explained the issue to me very clearlyMy Go-to mechanics from now on!

I had never been here or known anyone that has - but they are close to me and I took a chance. I was immediately put at ease and they had the problem figured out very quickly. I brought my Mercedes Benz GL450 for an oil change on Saturday, 1/30/2021, and the following day, I was driving on the freeway when I noticed my SUV smoking really badly. I had it towed to the shop (it was closed) and on Monday, 2/1/2021, I went to give them the key, and have them look at the SUV. Apparently, the oil filler cap was not on tight, and the oil was spurting to the exhaust manifold, causing the smoke (my fault). Cannon, the manager, pointed out to me that there was something wrong with the grill (what has a grill got to do with an oil change?) and asked if I took the car to car wash tunnels, and explained to me that the brushes there caused the plastic parts of the car to become brittle, and he even showed me where the grill was apparently glued together at one point in time. I did not give his comment another thought, until I reached home and opened the hood, and found the grill broken, like when someone yanked hard at it, thinking that he was pressing on the hood lever. The following day, 2/2/2021, I returned to the shop and Cannon was not around, but all of his three mechanics were at the Counter, and I told them what I discovered, and one of them, the heavy set guy with an accent, admitted that Cannon yanked at the grill, and surprised both of them, when it broke ! So I told the 3 guys that I the shop should buy me a replacement grill, and I would replace it myself, not trusting them with anything to do with the car. I returned on 2/10/2021, and met Cannon, who told me that the owner was not going to replace the grill. I gave him a photocopy of a grill for said car, that I found on eBay for $285.00, and told him that his mechanic was a witness to his personally damaging the grill, and that I would return in 4 days to pick up the grill. Today, 2/12/2021, I got a call from the owner of the shop who said that they had previous experiences with bad plastic pieces from Mercedes Benz (who was he kidding) and that he was not replacing the grill, and for my lawyer to get hold of his lawyer, whom he had already consulted (supposedly).HOW CAN ANY OF US CUSTOMERS TRUST THIS SHOP TO DO ANY REPAIR WORK, WHEN THEY DO NOT EVEN KNOW HOW TO OPEN A CARS HOOD, WITHOUT DAMAGING IT - AND THEN, AFTER DOING SO, BLAME THE CAR MANUFACTURER (Mind you - Mercedes Benz) FOR USING CHEAP PLASTIC PARTS WHEN IN FACT, CAR WASH BRUSHES WERE NOT EVEN TOUCHING THE PART OF THE GRILL WHICH WAS SHIELDED BEHIND THE FRONT LIP OF THE HOOD !There are more than 20 auto repair shops within a 2-mile radius of this shop, some even with a listing with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). This shop is not even listed with the BBB, and has been rated C+ by them (terrible), with 2 Customer complaints that have not been addressed by the shop - CUSTOMERS BEWARE, BUT CHECK IT OUT YOURSELVES BEFORE ENTRUSTING YOUR CARS TO THIS SHOP !!!

I have been using 2 Quick since they first opened and have now taken 4 different vehicles there. All the guys are knowledgeable and friendly and my vehicle is usually in and out in a reasonable amount of time. They never try to upsell or push repairs not necessary. It is all around a great shop!

On the front end nice folks. They will charge you pretty steep, but I am hoping the work is quality. $1174 repair cost and $748 is labor smh.

I asked you to order a/c hoses because your place told me they were leaking. I called for three weeks constantly getting the run around. I was pasted to three different ppl. Nobody could tell me whether it was ordered or why you didnt want the job, so I took my money somewhere else. All the rest of the service I had there was good. It was bizarre!! My name is Ronda Hall, look it up. About a year or so ago. When you tell a customer you will order parts and you can fix, then follow through. If there is a problem cant get parts etc., be honest with the customer. I would come back for other service but I wont sit and wait a month begging someone to fix my A/C. I will take my money to someone that wants it and is honest about what can and cant be done at there shop.

If I could leave less than one star review, I definitely would. I was in a haste to get my oil change done before leaving out of town so I decided to go to 2Quick Auto. Everything seemed perfectly fine afterwards and it was not until about a week later that I noticed a HUGE oil spill underneath my car after work. I opened up the hood to check my oil and there was literally NOTHING left inside. Not. A. Single. Drop. Thank god my boss is mechanically-able as he laid down on the ground to get a feel for the opening. As soon as he touched the oil drain plug IT FELL OUT. It turns out that these IDIOTS did not fasten the plug correctly before handing us the car back. No mechanic shop should ever have this occur as it is plain laziness that can cause a huge monetary issue if the engine runs too long without any oil. Of course we called them and stopped by, not to get our money back, but to get proof and agreement that they did not complete the oil change correctly in case the engine was affected. The guy working there said he noted the issue on my profile but refused to print those notes out. Instead they offered us to come back so they can fix the issue. NO WAY will I ever be going back to such inexperienced mechanics. They do not care at all about customer service, they do not care about doing a good job, and they do not care to admit their mistake.Take my advice and DO NOT get your oil change at this place. They have forever lost a customer because their mechanics could not tighten a simple plug.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this shop! They are dependable and really stand by their name! Quick! Each time I’ve brought my car in they have given me quality service fitting to my specific needs. On a budget with an old car can be difficult and they make sure I get done what is needed to keep me on the road. They work with me and give me honest advice about possible future repairs. I called this place to do a price comparison for an oil leak as well as an oil change. When I tell you the customer service is exceptional along with pricing. I looked around at a few shops around me for a brake service needed on my 4Runner as I was tired of dealing with overpaying at the dealership. Read some good reviews for this place and decided to give them a shot at my business. I had bad warping on my brakes and I’m not mechanically inclined to do the work myself so I brought it to 2quick and had to drop off b/c I had to get back to work. They were pretty busy when I did the drop so I didn’t expect to hear back immediately but received a call within an hour with a diagnosis and an estimate of the work to be done. They give you a full breakdown of the price for labor and parts and when I looked up the pricing on parts, they were pretty spot on with auto parts stores around the area. I did find a part that was a little cheaper than what they quoted and they price matched so big kudos on them for that one. I’ll be back for sure.

These guys have awesome customer service and are very knowledgeable. They make sure you understand what exactly is the issue with your vehicle, why the issue came about, and how it can be fixed. The owner is a great guy and will go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience at his shop. They definitely are now my “go to” for any vehicle issues. I came to 2 Quick after a recommendation from Discount Tire for another try with someone else to find a fix to my truck’s alignment problem. The previous automotive company I had taken my truck to twice could not fix the problem.I expressed my concerns and weiriness of automotive companies given the track record of issues I’ve ended up having from other locations, but the 2 Quick personnel assured me they’d try to find the cause and hopefully find a solution.To my relief, I was contacted not long after dropping off my truck that they had found the problem to my front alignment issue but that the rear would take a bit more investigation. Ultimately although they could not 100% fix the rear alignment issue, they had an idea of what it could be and recommended me over to another shop who could help me further.In the end, I really appreciate the curtousey of these guys, their willingness to help their customers, and even as busy as they are, how responsive they are. On top of that, they empathize with the bad experiences customers may have had elsewhere and truly work to give their customers great, quality services to assure that not all automotive service companies are bad. Further more , their honesty is another great quality as was demonstrated with my experience. They didn’t try to sell me a service and hide that my issue wouldn’t have been 100% fixed just to make a quick buck, but instead they were open and honest on what they could or couldn’t do.To wrap up my very rare review as I usually don’t do these, I would highly recommend 2 Quick for your automotive service needs. So much so that I trusted them with my second vehicle that also was having issues, similar previous experiences where every time I picked it up from another automotive service facility, I left discovering new issues with my car.So far 2 for 2, the guys were able to find the problem and have worked with me on a commercially reasonable fix.For honest, quality, timely and reasonably priced services, you should consider 2 Quick Automotive for your vehicle needs. I have taken all 3 of my 4 cars for repair at the FM529 location and receive top notch service each time. A few months ago, I brought in my daughters car for new brakes before she went off to college out of town. They evaluated the car and told me the brakes were still good, but checked her battery and it was pretty low. I truly appreciated their honesty and I brought my other car there that week as well for a new battery.Went in today for check engine light on my Ford. Crystal and the staff explained everything in great detail and ordered the parts for the repair on Wednesday. Crystal even called the dealership to see if my part was still under warranty. It wasnt but I appreciated her checking for me! I am a customer for life and definitely recommend. Honest and fair prices.

Anyone else receive discrimination at location? I called ahead of time and let them know I had a Groupon and that I will be showing up for a oil change. Dirty looks given by staff. Leslie tried to charge extra on groupon before denying my business. Before my face was seen, my business was wanted. Soon as I showed, I felt unwanted by this business. Did not seen any minority staff members. Would strongly deter others from giving this business their hard earned money

This place was recommended to me by Discount Tire. I went in this morning for an alignment, they let me know that some other things needed to be replaced soon but didnt pressure me into doing it right away as it was a little pricey for me. I also had a brake light that needed to be fixed, they took care of it all and in a timely manner. All of the employees were very honest and friendly! I liked that even though I had no idea what they were talking about they still took the time to show me what they were talking about. I will definitely be back for the rest of the work and for work on our other vehicle!

I went here to have my truck aligned after previously going to another shop and being let down as the alignment wasnt done correctly. They did my alignment and it was done right the first time. Very nice people and would gladly do business with them again.

Ive been getting my oil changed on my 2018 F-150 since I purchased it in June of 2018 and never paid over $45 with the additional quart of synthetic oil and tire change. Now they want to charge me $119. Wow. Loved their service but some relationships run their course.Update: So, I head to other location with Groupon coupon to my oil changed. The owner said he no longer wanted me to come to his shops because I gave a bad review. I guess he was in his feelings. I didnt feel like engaging because he was no wearing a mask and I believe COVID-19 is REAL. The funny part is that without the Groupon I was only going to be charged $66 for an oil change and tire rotation.lol Rest assured, I will NEVER come back and he will not see my face unless I contract COVID or something happens to my truck from his shops service.

Wonderful customer service! The workers here were so kind and friendly, exactly the kind of people you need when something is wrong with your vehicle. Our car had overheated in a parking lot and this shop was the closest. A man at the front desk spoke with us. When he worked on our car he came in periodically and updated us. He explained everything and always kept us informed. Very kind, straightforward and generous. I wish this place was closer to my home it would definitely be my go to! This place is really great! I found this shop based off the recommendation of Discount Tire. I needed an alignment done after getting new tires and I was pointed in the direction of 2 Quick. Since then, I have become a regular customer bringing in multiple vehicles. I spend a lot of time on the road so oil changes ares frequent. I am always met with friendly staff and the service is quick. They are also reasonably priced and trustworthy. I have not received any advise that I would consider shady (I cannot say the same about other auto shops). If you are looking for a local shop, give them a shot.

Came in for an oil change and to have an oil pressure sending unit and oil filter housing gasket installed, which I had with me. I was immediately informed that they are short-handed and it might take some time. I told them I was perfectly fine with waiting. A few hours later I got a call that my car was ready and when I arrived I was the last vehicle out. Sam and his brother were waiting for me and told me that gasket I had asked to be changed was not leaking and did not have to be changed. What other shop is going to do that instead of changing the part and charging you the money? I said it before and Ill say it again, good mechanics are hard to come by. The BEST Customer care ever. I brought my car into 2 Quick Auto because my brake light was out. The mechanic went to change it out but ran into a snag, he got another mechanic and both men worked on it. They were able to replace it and when I asked how much, they would not accept payment. While I was there they also help two other customers and sent them on their way. One needed air in her tire and the other;s check engine light came on. The kind mechanic told her that she was still under warranty and sent her on her way. The HONESTY is AMAZING... Thank you

I have been going there for awhile and have always received great service but now this Mark fellow, twice just looked and told me what was needed without putting it in the shop to look. Now, told me to take it to a dealership because only the dealership could fix it and would probably cost more than my engine and should trade it in. Went to my old mechanic and wasnt that. It needed a few things and a bearing.Dont know what happened to Ferris, but he was always nice with a smile and would take it back and have it looked at. Sometimes it was nothing. But other times it was.No, you all did not have pending services needed on my vehicle.... this was a drive up last minute. And Mark did not do his job correctly. He did NOT see what the problem was.I do like Ferris and the brother. But as long as Mark is there....no go.

Incredible management and staff. Diagnosed the issue with my vehicle quick and made sure to give me options to keep me from breaking the bank on a rather complicated issue. Waiting room is comfortable and the staff try to make sure there is plenty of distractions in case of a longer than expected wait. Everyone I have seen here leaves satisfied.

My ac stopped working, turns out I needed a compressor. I usually go to Smith’s in Katy but they’re a lil far . So 2Quick was recommended on Next Door app and thank goodness I checked them out. These guys were very genuine, informative, quick and extremely nice! Great customer service !The best part , my ac works great!!!!Thanks!Debbie

I went in for an alignment and found out my tie rods, ball joints and control arms needed replaced. I dropped it off on 11/1 and picked it up on 11/2. After they did the repairs, the truck felt almost new. They do amazing work and actually care about your vehicle and safety. Will recommend to anyone that need repairs and will be taking my truck back for future problems.

Was referred here by Discount Tire after hitting a curb on a road trip from Austin. People here were super friendly and took time to explain the damage and detail costs. The accident happened on Thanksgiving week so parts were understandably hard to get. The repair bill was high but there was no pressure to do the fix with them, and they gave me the option to get competing quotes. In the end I left the car with them for a week and a half, and plan to drive over from Austin next week to pick up.Crystal and the rest of the people there were incredibly helpful and sympathetic to my situation. If I get into an accident in the Houston area again I wouldnt hesitate to get it fixed here.

So I went in to get an oil change and a few weeks later find oil dripping from underneath. Looked under the hood an see oil filter covered in oil. Took it back and asked them to check the filter. I was told the filter had a bad gasket,,, never heard of that myself but ok, they replaced it and topped off oil. Later down the road out of town I step out of my motel room to find oil dripping underneath. Took it to a friend who had a shop to get comfortably under the truck. Yep,, oil filter was loose and lost 1/2 qt. I’m probably done with 2quick.

All the staff are great and friendly. Fast service honest prices. Feras a cool guy and i enjoy bringing my car here and spending my money with them. Thanks guys. Keep on doing what your doing

RR clean fast work. However, every time I go the one on1960 it’s always something that’s NOT done and I always have to go back and advise. Today same thing happened my fluids were not topped off no windshield wiper fluid etc. Usually they correct but today all of a sudden he tells me that the oil change I received does not come with fluid top off. Which is obviously BS. But no worries I’ll just have to drive a little further for real customer service (sheesh)

The service here at 2 quick is amazing though. The people here are very friendly and help out to see what else is needed for the vehicle beyond what is necessary. Plus they have a great waiting room with some coffee , tv , water and feel the holiday spirit also.

Excellent and high integrity service! I took my SUV in thinking I need transmission and spark plug maintenance services ($500+ cost on my Infiniti suv)! I was worried and concerned about it but the service reps went the extra mile of pulling my cars specific maintenance schedule and recommended the proper maintenance even though they lose out. Service Integrity! Something thats super rare these days! The other service shops was super ready to charge me and not care! Saved $$$ plus they price matched service that theirs was higher!!!! I found new respect for this service shop! I will be coming here for my other services for sure!
