Do not take your vehicle here! It’ll never be repaired correctly and it’ll take forever! My 2 year old car was in a minor accident and still took forever to get fixed. Do not trust any tow person that recommends them because they get paid for every person or should I say victim they bring there. You’re better off taping your car up with duct tape... it’ll hold better than what they do !You’ve been warned ...

My car was here for few months they put cheap part, I had to return the car few times , they didnt put the right and It was sounding bad and I had to fix it myself, dont go there

I was in a car wreck and the tow truck driver referred me to Space City Collision. I am so glad they did. Every time I called they were professional and helpful. Not to mention very patient with my many calls for updates. The work they did was amazing and they went above and beyond by also washing and vacuuming my vehicle. Space City Collision also provided me with a lifetime warranty which in my opinion speaks volumes to their work. I would highly recommend Space City Collision for all your auto repairs.

Extremely over charged 800 for an ignition switch and a cover. After all they didnt even did the job right and didnt program the computer correctly now my dash looks like a Christmas tree. Still they want more money to do their job correctly

I took in a new car to be repaired and took it 4 times. Long story short I traded it in and got another one. On top of that one guy was very unprofessional with me that my son was ready to punch him. Truthfully I would not recommend this place and would never go back. I am a single parent and didn’t need to go thru all this.

Rude staff. They fixed my truck after a wreck now paint is fading off. They didnt put enough clear coat it. When I called they wanted to blame former management.

As I read all these terrible ratings at this place it is completely true. They still have my car and its been there since December 4th. They keep telling me its gonna be done the next day and that they would call me let me know whats going and I never get a call back. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I hope to never see this place again

I will give them a 2 star review for the gentleman that towed me. He was awesome! If the review was about him he would get 5 stars. But the service here seemed like it would be okay. I originally had my car towed to them and left it with the for 3 months, being that they didnt offer payment plans like larger repair shops. During this time I spend 3,500 just getting myself back and forth to work my 2 jobs and school. And on top of that I had to pay the 3,000 for the repair which wasnt bad but the issue is that when I got my car back several things that I paid to have fixed werent fixed and they damaged my foot rest and just left it in the front seat for me to find. I was told the issues they did not address would be fixed and it has been a month and still no one has fixed my car. Now I have to drive up there and act crazy to have something I paid for fixed. Just rediculous. You with held my car from me even when it was repaired because you wanted your money but didnt even do what I paid you to do. Its not worth your time, the low cost, or energy to get your car repaired here. Go to a reliable dealer or larger scale repair shop. NEVER AGAIN!!! I will however say the body work they did look really good! I also originally had half a tank and of gas when I dropped my car off and when I picked it up my car was empty.

I had a perfect experience at Space City Collision for my CLA 250 Orange Edition. Mr. Andrew exudes integrity and I highly recommend the use of this shop for all repairs. It took a little longer than I anticipated but it was well worth the wait. Thank you Space City!

Space City Collision Center has always been there for me when I need them. Throughout the years Ive had to have my Pontiac G6, 2004 Ford Lightning, and our 2015 F150 repaired here. They have never let me down. Our vehicles are always returned in perfect condition. Space City is a place we trust, and is our familys go-to for collision repairs.

Took it in for a free estimate on hail damage to my camaro, they repaired it. Looked brand new. So when my sister got rear ended I sent her there. They did a great job on hers. Unfortunately when we picked hers up we had to drop off my moms Tahoe. She got side swiped on 45 by a hit and run. They even helped her with her deductible.Great customer service!They kept us updated on our vehicles!Would strongly recommended them to all my friends and family!

Took them 6 months to get my car back. Horrible customer service and car still had issue when completed (airbag light on, car door sticks). Do not go here at all costs, it will take them 3x as long as everywhere else, and they will string you along the way saying it is almost done

I hit a car on the side at the grocery store near Space City Collision. I asked the man to take his car there to Space City and I would pay the bill. The man took the car and Space City repaired the damaged side of the car. I paid the bill and called and asked the man if he was happy with his car repair, he said yes and thanked me. I am glad I sent him there, thank you Space City.

Im not sure who I just spoke with, but they were very rude. I took my vehicle there on May 4th because I had gotten into an accident. They had my car for at least 2 weeks before I could actually get an estimate of the cost of repair. Everytime I called they said call back or so and so is doing the estimate or well call you this afternoon and no one ever called back. Once i finally got the estimate, I started trying to find ways to come up with at least half to get them started. During this time, I found a place that would be cheaper. I just called them about 5 minutes ago to see if I could come pick up my vehicle and the man on the phone asked what the problem was. I told him what was going on and he immediately started ranting about how my vehicle had been there and all of that. I asked him how much it would be to come pick up my vehicle, he said call back in 15 minutes. I asked him if someone could give me the price now because no one was good about calling me back any of the other times Ive called. He immediately started yelling CALL BACK IN 15 MINUTES. That is terrible customer service and I just want to pick my vehicle up so I never have to deal with this place again.

They did a great job and wonderful customer service. They were very patient and constantly were able to answer my questions when I had a question.

When I got in my accident, multiple tow truck drivers showed up at the scene. Im new to Houston, so when I told them that I was going to use my insurance to tow, and use my insurances preference on an auto repair shop, they were quick to tell me that its against the law. Apparently in Houston, (according to the men that claim to work at Space City), because insurance companies were taking away from the business of the drivers, it was required that I pick one of the drivers that were on scene instead of calling my insurance. After the officer on site confirmed their story, I let the gentleman take my car to their repair shop. Now, two months later, I still dont have my car. They wont pick up the phones, (and when they do, they arent returning calls), they never know whats going on with my car, and they arent willing to work with the deductible at all. As you may know, insurance only pays for the first month of your rental car, so now I am stuck with no car, no responses, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. Some of the rudest people Ive ever encountered that work there. They lie, they scam, and they dont care about the satisfaction of the owners of the vehicles in their shop. Ill never allow my car at this auto body repair shop again, and Ill never recommend them to anybody I know for as long as theyre in business.

I would give them ZERO rating if I can.The truck took 2 months to repair and it was not even repaired according to Insurance estimate. We called twice a week to check on status and every week they said next week. We called and they said its ready and when we got there (an hour drive each way) the truck was not even ready - missing rim and tire. When we followed up again they told us the truck is ready, got there to find out Alignment was not done and tire was flat on the ground. When it came to payment they refused to take company check or credit card even thought they have a list of accepted credit card accepted displayed on their window . Then when we argued to pay with credit card they wanted to charge us 3% . We elected to pay in cash, when we paid cash the cashier put the money in his pocket (????) and tried to get away from printing a cash receipt. But we insisted to get a receipt.This is the worst experience ever with a bodyshop. They are all about games and lies. Stay away from this shop .

Do NOT take your car here. I was in an accident on October 4th and just got my car back today, November 13th. Horrible customer service, everybody is extremely rude. Every time I called about my car, it was another excuse as to why it would take longer. No one ever calls you to give you an update or anything. I asked to speak with the manager eventually who barely cared enough to listen to me, kept cutting me off, and was noticeably very irritated with me. ALSO, there are still damages to my car. One in particular was them just trying to re-bend the part back to its original form and shoving it where it is supposed to go. Literally the worst experience Ive ever had.

They will keep your car for extremely long periods of time, not even do the correct work on your car, give it back to you unsafe to where it was nearly worse than when you brought it in & when you question them they dont ever have a straight answer and refuse to fix the problems. Horrible shop! Never trust these people with your vehicle! You will end up in an unsafe vehicle and ripped off. All they want is your money. They dont care about the actual vehicle along with not doing the correct fixing of it. They band aid it and give it back while causing other damages to try to get more money out of you claiming those damages were there when you brought it in. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOU VEHICLE HERE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE IT DONE CORRECTLY WHILE KNOWING YOUR SAFE ONCE GETTING IT BACK PLEASE GO TO A WELL KNOWN COMPANY WITH 5 STAR REVIEWS!!! Very stressful expierence. Andrew and his team along with Giecko got me rolling again. They were very thourough. My truck runs great and they assisted me with the deductable. This shop does very good work .

They take to long to fix your vehicle, my car had minor cosmetics damage and a broke left side mirror it shouldnt take you two weeks to fix they scam like every other shop. This place sucks

Tow trucks showed up after my accident. Guy told me theres a shop in the same building as the tow company. Dont fall for it. Took em 2 months to finish my car. Stole stuff from my car. Completly trashed the inside. When i went to inspect my car. Parts are held up by saftey wire. A.c. doesnt work, After they told me they fixed it. Garbage company.

This place is sooooo bad. Please save yourself the headache and dont go here! Supposedly my car was going to be here for 18 days and was almost in there for three months. I was hit on the passenger side and the door had to be replaced. I would call everyday and they would say it would it be out the next day. (This happened for like three weeks straight) When I got it back the door wouldnt shut, the window wouldnt go back up and the door handle didnt work from the outside. The tire they put on there went flat today and fender well keeps coming off and rubbing against my tire. This was my first accident so I was super uninformed as to where to go but this is not definitely not the place.Staff was pretty friendly though.

They hold your vehicle and then take things from it while under some fake police investigation to rack up charges for their benefit. Sad world.
