Little hard to find and did not have a Slingshot or literature for me to see. At $24k I’d expect much more. Apparently production is very limited but that concerns me. Also understand that there are destination spots to rent and ride but if they are classified as a “car” that is a very unusual sales program. I would have several. safety questions.

The service department did a great job getting me back on the road with routine maintenance. Friendly, quick, professional. And my Yamaha M/C came out cleaner than it went in.

I went in today to purchase a XSR900 with my husband. Alex was super helpful and him and the finance department worked some amazing magic! We had issues with the bank communicating properly but it was totally out of the dealerships control. The owner stepped in and assisted in making it right! I highly recommend this dealership and their team! We will definitely be returning for future purchases and all service needs!! They are amazing and we came home very happy customers!

THE WORST PLACE EVER! DO NOT COME HERE!!! The service department and customer service are a disgrace!! The manager James and his boss Geoff are the most unprofessional people i have met. I took my bike in running to get recalls fixed and the bike does not work at all anymore. They charged me for services they claimed to have fixed, but now my bike does not turn on and did not want to give me a refund! They messed up my bike and now I have to take it somewhere else to get fixed. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!

Took my bike there this morning and it has been purchased and worked on by Houston yamaha on fm 1960 . It has never been anywhere else for work . An i talk to james an to get it worked on an he said he would callto let me know how much an when i called him to get the price for the work or the tires i wanted he proceeds to give gruff about just getting it an not even getting the price for the tires an told me he refused to work on it an come back and pick it up i will speak with the manager in the morning as i pick up the bike

I went in to get my backrest mounted because screws didn’t come with it from the private seller I bought it from. Jacques Long was not only extra friendly, but he went above and beyond to find these hard to find screws. He got it fixed and wouldn’t take my money. I know that it may not have cost them much but it was the respect and professionalism I appreciate most. I will give him all my business and recommend him/Houston Motorsports to all my friends.

The worst customer service ever, I came to the parts department I kept getting asked is that it? I must of been bothering the guy. Im sure he wanted to hurry up and sit back in his chair to be on his phone. Youd think Id get good service since Im spending over $1000 on parts and accessories. Not the case, this place simply doesnt care. They never have anything you need in stock, they should just close down the parts department and continue struggling on making ATV sales. 1 star

Just purchased a TT-R110E from this dealership (Aug 2018). We went there with intent to fit our son for a bike and price shop only. They gave us a very good deal and we decided to buy same day.Juan was our salesman and he even had service install an hour meter for free for us. We bought the hour meter at the parts counter and it was installed immediately. Juan helped us load the bike in our truck and we were on our way home within 45 minutes of walking in the door.Great office staff, great customer service, very easy and pleasant buying experience. No hard sales. We were left alone and given time & space to make our own decisions without high pressure sales. Easiest buying experience.We have also purchased 2 other dirt bikes from Houston Motorsports: once in 2012, then in 2016, and now Aug 2018.10/10 would recommend and would buy from here again.

Not a big selection of dirt bikes, they had 4 , all different and nothing else in the back.

Brought my RZR XP4 1000 in for service. They mounted lights, finished mounting the wench, and replaced the clutch. We gave them our departure date and everything was finished in time for our ride. We have been shopping for wave runners for nearly 3 months and with near non-existent inventory available (we have been to 11 places from Montgomery, Conroe, Humble, Pearland, and all over Houston!!!!), we were about to consider our hunt an absolute lost cause. We returned to Houston Motorsports a total of four times, with us making a purchase on that 4th go-round.As a career sales person myself, I would say the hallmark of a GREAT salesperson is their ability to LISTEN, followed by the RESPECT they show you before/during/after the process, and the amount of PASSION they have for the product or service they are selling. Juan Garcia was the individual who helped me at Houston Motorsports. I cant say enough great things about him, but let me tell you about my experience:1) Every time I came, I had my small children (7 and 9 years old) in tow. He never disregarded them and he was always very interested in listening to all the different things my son researched and would say out loud.2) He took a lot of time to ask me about where I was using the water craft, how often, what I was looking for, budget and gave me some guidance on good/better/best options.3) Though he had NO INVENTORY available, he took my name and information and promised to call me as soon as one became available. Now heres the clincher - I have heard this before from others and they NEVER call me when new inventory comes in.4) When the one we eventually bought came in, he called us right away and we put down a deposit. I was hesitant to buy such a powerful performance wave runner, but Juan recognized it and went through the different safety features (low rev mode, safety kill, step, etc.). I felt very knowledgeable coming out of it and certainly more comfortable with the purchase.5) My son wanted a very specific accessory that he researched and knew was available. Juan took me to Parts and the gentleman in parts pulled it up right away and informed me it was on backorder. Neither of them were pushy about any upsells, which I can appreciate. I ended up buying several things from Houston Motorsports (Yamaha life jackets, the accessory kit, maintenance/care items) and I was happy to spend my money there.6) The purchase process was easy (I didnt finance, so perhaps thats why everything went so fast) and they have wonderful protective barriers. I appreciate theyre concerned about clients health and safety. The wire transfer cleared within thirty or so minutes and then I was given my temp tags, etc. and I was ready to go home.I am thankful to Houston Motorsports, especially to Juan, for the very pleasant buying experience. While this was a substantial purchase, I felt very confident in what I was buying, that I would be able to use and care for it properly to extend its life, and that if I needed something, I was in the very caring and capable hands of Juan.My extremely discerning son said, I give Juan 10 out 10 for customer service. He was great! Its true - Juan was attentive to my kids and I appreciate that. I will definitely buy from Juan again.
