Searched all over for a local go kart repair and I was pretty happy knowing this place was here. They did not have what I needed due to the part being in low to no production. But I enjoyed the convo and the knowledge of the two gentlemen combined. The old man knew his stuff and was a delight to deal with. The shop was stocked with at least 2 go karts I need and will be back for. Very clean and professional little shop.

Initially I was hesitant about purchasing a Go Kart but after visiting this business my thoughts changed. The thoroughness in explaining the safety features on their karts that can be added put me at ease. I would highly recommend this establishment if you are looking for a no pressure salesman. Very friendly shop. Couldn’t find a belt for our go kart anywhere but these guys saved the day. Owner was super friendly and took the time to make sure the other components on the go kart were okay. Definitely recommend this place!

Came here over the weekend on a Saturday midday.Known about this place for years and have been wanting to come here. Took to wife and kids over to check it out and had a great experience! Picked up one of the Batman 200s and it didnt disappoint! The price was good and the go kart is awesome! We had a great time with it and had no problems.He explained maintenance and how to take care of it as well.Highly recommend this business for your go cart needs!

Outstanding place and great service. Just had a problem with a battery on a new unit. Ben replaced the battery at no charge and provide a charger free of charge!Ben was also very helpful in any questions I had regarding maintenance of our new ATV. Took the grandson in to sit on dirt bikes and see how they are made. We bought an Apollo 125. Ben was very helpful and knowledgeable. The bike performs much better than I expected !! Tons of low end torque, really fun to ride ! Now, I am buying another one for the grandson, because I ride his all the time !! Dont buy on line. Pay a little more, get it all ready set up, and ready to ride.Great Service !! Had a manufacturers part failure. The part was available in 2 days, the bike was returned good as new ! The grandson got to ride again, the next weekend !! Thanks for really taking care of us !

Absolutely lovely experience. I have an ATV that not many people around the Houston area will even look at and the gentleman here rose above and helped me find a part that I could make work. I cant give enough thanks to him for helping me with a problem that no one else would help with.

Ben is very nice and knowledgeable - I have taken several go carts to him to fix over the years and also purchase two from him. He is fair and quick on repairs - I would absolutely recommend you keep him in mind when buying your next go cart

Guy tried to charge me $140.00 for a stock clutch and carburetor for a Predator 212cc engine!!!! Clutch should around $20.00, he charged $59.00. The stock carburetor should cost around $20.00, but he wanted to charge me $69.00! A brand new predator 212 motor cost $116.00 at Harbor freight! The guy is trying to take advantage of anybody he can. Don’t go to this shop if your looking for a fair price. I understand that you have to make a living, but WOW! 200% mark up? This is why people chose to order online. I know you don’t need my business,

Great experience, the owner is really cool and friendly, badass go carts, dune buggys, dirt bike four-wheelers etc, great shop, the guy knows his stuff, great parts. If you need something go there, that dude knows his stuff and Support his business. Just got a belt there and its super nice. Great place!

Went to a couple of places in the Houston area looking for a go Kart for our grandson. The places we went we were very dissatisfied with the service. My husband said get online and find the closest place. We came across Go Kart City. Gave them a call and they were quick to return our call. We drove straight there and the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. Drove out that day with the type of go kart we were looking for. Glad we did business with them.

Bought a kart from an individual on Facebook. It needed a lot of work, they explained what I needed and why I needed it. Told me where to go if they didn’t have it in stock. Went out of their way to help me out. I definitely recommend and I will definitely return!

Just was there. Charged way to freaking much, 90 dollars for one belt and a throdle cable. Came back home looked online for these two parts, and they were both online for only 30. Dont trust him. Plus he flirts. Ticked me off. People there are better places to get your parts.

THIS GUY HERE IS A STRAIGHT RIP OFF.When i went there for a repair for my go kart carburetor he said 185 for a brand new 1 plus 85 for service fee when i just ordered a carburetor for 50 bucks and put it on my self and everything works just fine now.I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE HE IS A TOTAL RIP OFF.I ADVISE ANYONE THAT READ THIS TO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPED OFF.

Gentleman who worked there was very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a 4 brake for my sons Go Kart. $34.99 I was driving all around Houston looking for this part. I couldve bought it online for $14.95 online.. the reason I purchased it here and paid well over 50% above cost was because I was impatient. so if your impatient like me and u want to get raped on parts. come here.

If i could give 0 stars i would. i drove like 35-40 min to see if they could help me get a caliper for my track racing kart and as soon as i went up to one guy that looked like he was willing to help, another guy screamed out from far “We don’t have it!” Literally wasn’t even there for one minute. I regret driving all the way from south houston. Don’t recommend it.

I recently stopped for a carburetor and a pull start coil for my go cart. He wanted 85 for a new carb. I found online for 14.99 free shipping. I understand overhead but i just dont need to get raped. I knew something was wrong when i started to walk away and he said if i took it today he would knock off 15 dollars so i said ok but taxes included. He then added he had to pay taxes so i had too as well. As soon as i got in my truck i looked on amazon for part number he had in glass display . i was amazed he was trying to hustle me. You will never succeed ripping people off. Honesty is always best. build bigger client base, in return you sell more. Your only making a couple bucks off each part but you make it affordable for customer. This way you get them off shelf. Sell quantity..then sell yourself as installer...its where real money is at. Stop trying to pay rent off of one part. Thats why you only have 1 customer a month. Your not the only place in town so dont feel invincible. You dont have to reply to this as you do all the rest...makes you look childish.j.s..

IM A LITTLE OVER WEIGHT I WENT IN TO GET A REPAIR ON MY GOAT CART.THE YOUNG MAN TOLD ME IF U LOST SOME WEIGHT IT WILL GO FASTER AN IT WOULDNT OF NEVER BROKE.HE ALSO SAID ITS GOING TO KEEP BRAKING BECAUSE IM TO FAT.I WENT HOME AN CRYED I DIDNT EVEN WANT TO GO PICK IT UP I SENT A FRIEND TO PICK UP FOR ME.I WAS SO HURT I DONT EVEN WANT TO RIDE IT NO MORE I JUST WATCH MY KIDS RIDE IT AN CRY BECAUSE I THINK ABOUT WHAT THAT YOUNG MAN SAID
