Sales person send floor damaged display to my house and charged full price for it. Took a week going back and forth to the store so they could fix my contract. Sales person said I agreed, but that was not true. I waited 2and a half week for delivery. On delivery day they told me that they didnt have those refrigerators no more. I didnt let them in my house with a damaged refrigerator. Other customers have had same issues. I didnt find out until I told people what happened. Make sure you check your merchandise before they unload from delivery truck.

Good afternoon my people, the people who plan to go to that store please think about it a million times, I went 3 weeks ago to buy a washing machine and dryer, despite the fact that friends said do not go, I went, MINE VERY BAD DECISION !!!, They told me that in a week they would deliver it to me for sure, that they called me, they never called me I called them after the week, they told me that in a few days they would take the merchandise to me, when they left to arrive they were late two hours, and to top it all they wanted to leave me the ones they had in the sample store, no thats not the deal I gave them. They take it away and I want them new, another week later, new ones finally arrive in boxes, but those who went to leave they didnt even know what they were doing, they couldnt handle the machines, pure complaint that they were heavy, they scratched the wall of the staircase, they knocked down 2 pictures that they broke, they connected the machines wrong, they threw water on the floor of the laundry, one of them got off and without asking permission went to my garage and I grabbed a mop and started to dry, it made it worse, and to top it off they left them unbalanced and moved when I put them to wash and the man told me that it was not his job and he left, I talked to the store and the managare said that they have to do but until now neither a call nor anything does not buy in Fansa del45n and Litlle York, the seller lowers the moon and the stars but nothing of what he says is not true, DO NOT BUY IN FAMSA NOOOO PESIMO SERVICIO, THATS WHY THEY DONT SELL TO LIE TO PEOPLE

Read your contracts in detail, they fail to explain the hidden fees and all types of insurance they charge and that will double your loan amount!

Worst customer service. Do not answer phones. Takes weeks to hear from them (services issues.) Seems to me that they don’t care about their own business. Disgusted.

So I was so satisfied with Famsa when we got our living room and dryer back in 10/ 2019 or so. Now Im upset as my dryer is not working..today the tech went out to check it again and states that the dryer is perfectly fine and that it is our light socket. So we actually had a electrician come out and stated that the socket is perfectly fine and that nothing is wrong with it and we had to pay for that while paying for the dryer that we cannot use! The customer service is horrible..spoke with 3 reps and the 3rd rep they were going to supposedly transfer me. To the Supervisor..LIE.. it was another rep! They dont want to fix the dryer or replace it. Worst experience..will definitely wont be sending anybody to them or purchasing anything either. I regret having my friends go there for a loan! HORRIBLE!

Famsa has a lot of great items but Elda is a great saler. Ask for her she Is really gold.

I visited the store when they were hosting an event for families in Houston who were victims of Hurricane Harvey. They gifted furniture and housewares to families who lost everything. Dont have much variety. At time of visit, didnt even have what I liked from displayed furnitures. Plus they dont offer a discount on available items for you to feel comfortable choosing something else...its bad!

The location easy to find. Sales people are excellent. Jerson Moran is a great Saleman I would recommend going to Famsa. If you need a great deal look for Jerson Moran.

If I could, I would give them a no star. Dont buy furniture from here unless you want it to be broken down the next week. The bedroom set I chose was $3,000 came with a 32 inch tv which was suppose to be a Samsung. They gave me a cheap brand which doesnt even work right. I was suppose to have everything delivered the next day, they ended up taking 6 days. Very frustrating and disappointing. I recommend buying your furniture at Gallery Furniture, they deliver everything the same day, have good prices and REAL furniture. That wont brake down.

Went there with my wife two weeks before Thanksgiving .We chose a couple of things and was told that it would take a couple of days before everything would come in from San Antonio. They called us a couple of days later saying that our furniture was on its way and should be here the next day BUT!!!,..There may be a scratch or dint on the furniture AND!! the furniture would not be in its original box because the BOX was DAMAGED but not to worry because they WRAPPED IT IN PLASTIC ..FAMSA, WHAT MAKES YOU THINK IF THE BOX IS DAMAGED THAT THE FURNITURE WONT BE....so I told the salesman that that was unexceptable. So he tells us to inspect the furniture when it gets here and if we are not happy with it we can send it back. Hellloooo why waste our time when its obvious that if you had to discard the box what does that tell you about the furniture. The salesman needs more training in my opinion. Thru the whole ordeal he kept addressing me as MAN ...OK MAN/WHATS UP MAN.

Their website is so outdated, to make payments online you have to fill up a form monthly because they havent added the option for automatic payments or an account to sign in with a simple email and password like most places do.

I bought a “skin” room when it started to peel off call customer service, they sent a “technician” and in the end even though it still has 2 years of “warranty They said they couldnt do anything ... I dont know what much show they are for if in the end they dont have any responsibility or attitude that the company supposedly represents.

That place is not good to buy I bought a sofa for $ 2,500 supposedly they are leather after 2 years of use it began to deteriorate call to report and they told me that they could not do anything And I had bought a guarantee for 5 years .. I do not recommend and If you buy make sure that you do not deceive them.

It has been the worst experience I have had in recent years. They are true experts in matters of informality, we agreed to deliver a living room and dining room set for the day before my birthday (thats what was promised), the delivery was never made, unfortunately my apt was as bare as when I came to this world Because of the informality of the winery, of the seller, in short of all of them that represent that fifth-grade furniture, I canceled the order and I dont know, but somehow they convinced me that they would make the delivery for the 5th, for some reason I do not understand they did not do it and they promised me that they would make an exception and the delivery would be made the next day, that day they made me another story, in short I lost my time, I changed my work schedule the two times that they would supposedly make the delivery and to do not tire those who are reading thisAn adviceRun away from them. Do not waste your valuable time shopping with them because they are true experts in lying, looking bad with the customer and irritating the customer is their goal.
