This is THE place for used, refurbished appliances. I bought an automatic dishwasher there several months ago, and it works like a charm. When I went in search of a set of stacking ovens, they didnt have any, so I told him I would be back in a week to check again. Fortunately, I had someone with me who could translate, because the man spoke NO English. That very poor sales tactic is why AW got 4 stars instead of 5!

Walked in, found what I needed at the price that I wanted immediately. I was done in 20 minutes or less. Delivery was a reasonable charge and before I got home from running the rest of my errands, my dryer was already delivered and hooked up. Easy and Kind!

Great Business & very professional! The first time I used them, I took my dryer to them and and had it fixed on the spot. Second time, they came out to my house to take a look at my fridge, ordered parts, and fixed it same day. They were very safe (wore mask) and professional during this pandemic. I highly recommend them! Thank you so much.

Terrible. They sold me a dryer that didnt work. It took a week before they refunded my money and removed the dryer. Absolutely no customer service at all.

Do not but appliances here! Purchased a washer/ dryer and a refrigerator. Lets start with the washer and dryer. They stated everything was tested cleaned and functional. Washer was not working from day 1. Immediately I felt concerned about the other appliances. They stated they would order a piece that needed 6o be replaced. The washer however smells like mold and retains water still!! Then the washer was moving so much it almost came out of the laundry room. The dryer has not caused alot of issues but initially would not dry the clothes completely they did something for that too! Washer still smells strongly like mold. The refrigerator is in horrible condition. When we opened the refrigerator was plugged in and cold. It had ab ice maker and Filter for water both not functioning. Worse of all it was dirty when it arrived. It had roach eggs and the rubbing for the water was sooo dirty. They said they would come fix it but till this day nothing has happened. The temperature control does not work and freezes the vegetables. Everything inside the drinks!! I am taking them to court because I spent 1700 cash for junk. Save your money and time this place is dishonest and sells junk!

BEWARE OF THESE GUYS!. My friends family trusted them with their fridge because it needed repairs. They returned it after one week with a big scratch that wasnt there when they picked it up and it stopped working two days later. They picked up the fridge a second time and its been almost two months. Over 2 months later and after paying $600 they have not yet returned the fridge with the same excuse each time they called telling them that they are waiting for a part to come in from Austin. A formal complaint will be filed.

Very disappointed with this company. I spent my whole Saturday waiting for the owner to come look/repair my oven. He was supposed to come at 3p.m. 4pm still hadnt arrived I called at 4:20 was told he was in my area. Get a call back at 4:30 saying he couldnt get to me today. He asked what about Monday I told him I wont be home until around 6 on Monday he then say well thats too late because we close at 5. Mind you I have waited on him all day Saturday to come out. Very poor customer service and even worse communication to customer. I wish I could rate this company a zero! Im MAD

Called at 8:30 they were here before 12 they diagnosed and gave bad news on time reasonable trip fee for. Fridge offered options very polite-recommended

Bought a set very nice washer and dryer awesome price going on a year and still works like brand new. Very nice people who work there and very knowlegable.
