Missy the sales manager is a great lady. Friendly and knowledgeable of her products. She talked me into taking the Scout for a ride because my daughter is interested in one. Glad she did! The Scout is a GREAT lil bike! It out handles the Sportster and out powers it BIG TIME! It is a great performing bike in the turns, accelerated quickly, breaks just as fast, and has plenty of torque to pull you if you forget to downshift. I intentionally started in 3rd gear at a red light and had no problem getting going at all, keep right up with her Softail. The dealership is well stocked and kept clean.

Was going to purchase a can am XT 4 wheeler with these guys. So I was asked to put a $500 deposit down to hold the bike. But I so happen find the bike I was looking for, which was a Can Am XMR. I called Chris to let him know that I found the bike I wanted and now he talking I can’t get my $500 back and I didn’t even sign any paperwork to purchase the bike. This the only dealer I know that does this. I can at least get a portion of my money back being that I never signed anything. I’m never doing business or sending anybody to these guys!!

If y’all are looking for a great salesman, holler at Bert! I was hunting for a particular 4 wheeler which I couldn’t find anywhere due to Covid slowing the supply chain down for CanAm. I’m in Florida and called every dealership from here to Louisiana looking for the one I wanted for my son. We never were able to find one and make a deal, but he worked really hard and communicated with me very well. He didn’t have to do all that for some random guy 300 miles away. Out of all the dealerships I called, he was the only one that even bothered hunting this bike down for me and I really appreciate it! 5 star customer service! I’ll be calling you guys for my next CanAm.

My Polaris Sportsman was having a no fire issue with no codes present. Brought the bike in and the Performance Powersports team worked through the issues, identified and fixed my issues within a great cost point and time frame. Super helpful staff. No pressure salesman. Answered all our questions. Was able to adapt the polaris side by side to our specifications. In and out last than 1 hour with new ride.

Went look at a Can Am on a Saturday was talking to a salesman he told me that he may have a spider for me that was a trade in that day and he would call me on Monday. Gave him all my information come Thursday I had never received a phone call. So I called and spoke with Tory and he promised to check into it and call me back. To this day have never received a phone call. Also checked on the website after my phone call to Tory and saw that the 2009 Spyder was SOLD. My stepson wants a bike now and saw one from here and I am advising him to go some place else because obviously the service sucks.

So far they have been very helpful. The staff has a very good knowledge of the Spyder Brand! If I didnt already own one I would feel very comfortable purchasing from them!

They have a great selection to look at but dont expect anyone to come help you. Had one sales person helping a customer and 4 in a back room. No one cared to come talk to me in the hour I was there browsing around. Ill take my business else where.

Excellent service. Batman is the man you want to speak to. He is extremely knowledgeable and will help you work through your problems. The rest of the staff is very helpful. Its just that Batman has that extra something that you cant put your finger on.

Terrible customer service. I came in to buy a helmet. They told me where they were and nobody ever came to hel0 me. They sat talking to each other. I went back to the Harley dealer where the lady was very helpful. By the way I own a 2017 Roadmaster.

I bought a 2012 Outlander 1000-XT back in 2011 from here and my dealing was pleasant. My sales person was George and after having issues with a dealership called St. Tammany Marine(new owners now as of 2015). I called him on the phone stated I was coming to buy this bike today, whether or not it was from his dealership was his choice. I told him around what I wanted to pay and he worked out a good deal for me. I got a price Out The Door and so I went purchased a utility trailer and left to go get my ATV. I was on my way with my bike.I had a pleasant dealing and would do business with them in the future, more so if Im that way since its over an hour drive for me.Just to add, there service department is great. They dont rip you off if you decide to bring it in for required service like other can am dealerships do. I brought my bike there for 9 am, hung around a few hours while they took care of me and I was on my way. Every other place wanted me to leave my bike there for a few days to a week.

The parts department couldnt have been nicer and were so helpful. Helped me choose my rjwc exhaust. I couldnt recommend enough.

Got a great deal on a 2016 can am spyder. Staff was friendly and took care of me. Actually went above and beyond in helping get some add ons done. Fair price and great service. Would definately do business there again. Bought a 2011 5 years ago and was treated the same way. I guess I am a repeat customer. Trust me, I shop around both times and landed with the best deal there.
