Well, went in to show sales rep what was wrong with my brand new Parker tubing benders and first thing he said to me was let me show you how to work the tool, of course I said no I have been using these benders and many other brands like this for 25 years; i will show you what is wrong with them. So after demonstrating how the benders are faulty he suggest that I just over bend my tubing. Well I just paid almost $300 for them and that is not acceptable to me. So he suggested that I go talk to the Connector shop in St. Rose from which I purchased them since he didnt want to deal with it and then told me better yet, go to Voorhies Supply they sell different manufacture benders over there. After this another gentleman listen to me on what was wrong and took the benders and told me he was going to look into it for me (he was very professional) unlike the first guy. This is the reason I rated like I did.
