Waited in electronic department for 20 mins asked 2 associates for assistance, finally a guy with long hair and 2 marks on his neck comes out scans a TV that has a display price of 399 and informs us they have 3 in stock but that it is no longer that price. When we asked for it to be honored he said yes. Comes from the back and now all of a sudden the 3 that showed up turned to 0 in stock. We asked to speak to a manager who was in the cash office and while waiting we were told this is a frequent issue saying thing are in stock. Personally I feel they just didnt want to honor the price. It would have been an 80 dollar savings. This store has gone down tremendously. Understaffed and the staff that is there is very poor in quality.

Does not enforce COVID guidelines and is not offering Pickup options since Hurricane IDA. Would like to know when will it return as I don’t want to be in a store full of people.

Can always find what I need @ a decent price & not crowded.

Target had everything we needed at unbelievable prices. We love our Target here in Houma, Louisiana. We found items priced cheaper than at all other stores we shop in town.

The service was quick. Even though the store was busy, I didnt have to wait long for someone to acknowledge me and get my order to me.

Store is always clean and associates are always polite. Great variety of quality items to choose from and is a pleasant shopping experience.

Didnt have any school uniforms for my child, the only good thing about this visit was getting starbucks on the way out...

Target is clean and organized. I only wish we had a super Target in our area. The one thing that I do not like is that you have to scan all items and separate the ones with the lower prices so you can receive the discount. If you are a member on the app, you should automatically get the best deal (especially with the use of your target card).

Everyone was super busy putting out all the fall items and I could not find the item I was looking for even though the app said it was in stock, Im assuming it was moved in the middle if the big reset. I went about my errands for the rest of the day and quickly pushed a couple buttons and ordered it online and by the time I was done with my next errand they had found my item and had it ready for pickup at the store!!! Extremely quick and easy despite the big store reset for fall I was very impressed and thankful!

I am really disappointed in the Houma, LA Target for a variety of reasons! Many times I have gone looking for an item that should be in stock and it is not. I use to love shopping at Target but now I find it extremely disappointing. Another HUGE reason is that the plus sizing section is getting smaller and smaller whereas American women are getting bigger and bigger especially in Southern Louisiana of all places. If you would rather me go on line--fine I can get all my stuff Amazon along with all the other items I would have gotten at Target too.

I told the cashiers today how everyone is so friendly and helpful and I feel that way. If Im just browsing one of your employees will ask if I need help in finding something. I did have to ask a couple of employees today where a certain item was located and they immediately checked, and one even walked with me to the department I needed to go to and showed me exactly where the item was located. I had coupons and had used the Cartwheel app, plus a gift card, and used my red card in checking out. I am not totally familiar with the Cartwheel app in checking out as I havent used it enough. They were most helpful in helping me with it. Also, your store is nice and clean. Basically, I can find most items I regularly use without any undue effort. Just some items that were moved to a different location and I wasnt sure of their whereabouts. Thank you. I am a Target customer and fan.

I appreciated that I had a few days to pick up my online order because I went to the store and forgot to get it! The customer service at this Target is always great, and the store is extremely well-organized and neat. They also have awesome sales outside of the $1 bins.

Target Drive Up is super quick! During this crazy time, this is very helpful so I do not have to get my kids out of the car.

Employees here are the best. Today Rain, a female, was Targets perfect employee. She helped me when a makeup bottle was already open when I grabbed it. She ran to my aid. I told her she was my hero for the day! Love Target 1,000 times better than Wal-Mart.

Who doesn’t love Target?!!! I love target. I can get groceries and anything else I’d like. I shop for clothes here while filling my scripts. I buy my bed sheets here & am always satisfied. My only complaints is that checking out is not as smooth as it could be but it has improved. Also I am tired of being asked to leave my hangers so they can be recycled. Like really?! I do not want your hangers and if you’d give me a minute you’d see I’m taking my clothes off of them as your loudly telling me to do so. It’s almost offensive.

Decent target, but needs to have a produce section and/or become a super target. The signs in some departments appear aged and need replacing. The staff are very helpful and the atmosphere is clean.

Extremely rude black woman watching the self checkout, a large person with long extensions. Well, she yelled at her friend across the store near my face, while I was waiting for an open register. This happened at the Houma Target on Martin Luther king road. I was not wearing a mask, and I really did not care to get her germs on my face. Wont be going back.

Customer service (except for electronics) is atrocious. The cashier didnt know how to check me out properly, then i was told i couldnt pay with cash and my credit card. So, i put it all on my target card, then waited 20 minutes at customer service to make a payment on my card with the cash i had. I watched one associate help people with pick ups while another at the desk just played on her phone. ON THE DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS.

Had what I wanted, cheaper than other stores. This is stores carries a bad rep of being expensive, however if you peruse for a sale you will find one.Update: Gained a star from my last visit due to amazing customer service from both Lindsey and Susan. Willing to take care of a customer by mailing things right at the expense of the store or ones own pocketbook is an exceedingly rare quality these days.

Clean and a variety of items I needed. Only one person in each check out stall, but I still prefer self-check out with a toddler who likes to touch everything!

OMG! I live in the Metairie/Kenner area, and when I went to the target in Houma it was like being in a totally different store. Such an amazing feeling knowing I can just walk around that store picking up everything I need and want. Everything so organized, and clean. Such I huge store almost like a mall. This will definitely be my go to store.

I fill my prescriptions here, also get a good bit of household items also

This is the most horrible Target ever! This is the 3rd time I shop here and I bring home an expired food item!, and I tell to the boss there and he says o people make mistakes like are u serious?? He should do something about it not continue to put up expired items!,,,, also there computer systems always have issues and I paid for my purchase...I was waiting for a receipt but yet manager comes over and tells me I didnt pay,,,,when the cashier lady said I did so obv. theres no communication between employees and the managers, and the manager says I believe u but u still didnt pay u need to pay im like wtf is this?? so I paid and next day in my bank account it shows I paid for it twice..so its like I was right the 1st time when I DID say I paid, so I dont understand why he tells me he believes me but than wants me to pay again?! and even when it comes to giving my money back he didnt want to do that ..he says well if target does give back your money through your bank do the right thing and give me the money back I gave u...like wtf hes insane...not only is this target unorganized items and food is always on the wrong shelves, they put expired food out, but there system is crooked how they operate and treat guests.
