I had called a number of garage door businesses around Hot Springs. All were glad to give me a estimate over the phone. All but Scott, he was the only one who said let me come by and measure and see exactly what you need. He came that afternoon, he had door and color samples, he had pamphlets showing all the different doors they sold. He explained everything I needed to know about a 18ft garage door. He left his color samples so my wife(boss) could pick out a color. I asked him to work out the prices on different doors and he contacted me the next morning with them. I told him which door and color we decided on. Lucky for us we had picked a door that was in stock and Scott went and picked it up. He did say he had to look at his schedule to see when they could install it. To my amazement he called the next day and said he and his partner would be out to install it. These two guys were amazing, working in a 100 degree garage. They tolerated my million questions and explained everything. Even after working in a hot garage, Scott was kind enough to walk over to my neighbors house and take a look at her garage door. They are professional, friendly and people you can totally depend on.

Without a doubt, On-Trac Doors in Hot Springs, AR is the WINNER 🏆 for the best sub-contractor who worked on our new house... and we had a lot of subs from foundation work to finish-out! We had a double garage door and two single garage doors installed with openers on two of them. Scott, Mike and the whole company did excellent work, without a long wait, professional approach to cleaning up after themselves, and at a reasonable price (that they stuck with from the time they gave us the quote until the day the job was done and we paid them!) They even went the extra mile to get us trim seal that we wanted, and knew how to get and install wireless wall openers when we neglected to get the wiring ran that we needed! Great guys! On Trac Doors, WOW! Extremely good customer service, friendly, on time and kept us posted as to approx. time for arrival. Couldnt get any one else to even answer their phone. Scott did a super job getting us up and running as our door completely stopped operating. He even said what needed to be done and quoted a price which was very reasonable. Very knowledgeable and completed job quickly. Would definitely recommend for new installation or repair.

Great service. Scott answered right away and was very dependable. We had a spring break and it messed up our door.. Guys showed up, give an estimate and then were patient and helpful when I was trying to decide on which style and color I wanted for my door. They were able to fix the door the next day. I went from an uninsulated door to insulated and the difference is amazing. Its such a quiet door. It looks great and works great!

When it came time to replace our garage door, we looked online and chose On-Trac Doors. Scott came out the next day and brought samples for us to see. A few weeks later, the installation was done! All went well, the crew were true professionals! A week later we called Scott and he came out that day to make adjustments, we thought it was making a strange noise. He was wonderful, he explained that our opener needed to be replaced. We have had a few bad experiences since moving to Hot Springs, but this was definitely positive! Highly, highly recommend! They did such a great job at explaining the issue and also only charged a fraction of the cost of what I was quoted elsewhere. They came out in the rain to help get the problem fixed, which of course they didn’t have to do. These guys are so knowledgeable, friendly, and so helpful.

WOW are we pleased. Waiting for the new Liftmaster garage door opener with camera was sure with the wait. Seamless integration with my iPhone... now I can open snd close the garage doors remotely to allow delivery or repair service. I can also check if the doors were left open ... Scott stayed in touch.., scheduled a time and arrived as scheduled. Scott and Michael took the time to make sure our cars, remotes snd phones were all working properly. Highly recommend them!

The product is incredibly cool. We had the old opener replaced with a new belt drive, and its sooo quite. The installation was quick and professional. The model we have even comes with a wifi connection and a phone app. If you are considering a cost effective upgrade that adds convenience and value to home ownership; Id get one. We use to be able to hear the old opener go up and down from the 2nd floor of our home, now if youre not in the garage you wont hear it at all! Mike, one of the owners did the install and gave us a deal that was perfect. The guys at On-Trac are great 👍

These guys do amazing work! Had them put all my my commercial doors in my shop and they knocked it out in 2 days and stayed late until the job was done! They did so good I had them put a new door and closer at my house! Would recommend for any of your overhead door needs!

On-Trac Door arrived in less than 30 minutes in the rain to reprogram our garage door openers. One of them was stolen from my husband’s truck the night before.
