Had a tire that went flat and off the rim. Called last week, made appointment for pickup today. He came by took tire off, went to shop and fixed tire. Now I am back ready to cut grass. Very nice and polite. Will be doing business with them again.

My mower has been in this shop since May so basically all summer. It was still under warranty but I was told because my tire choice they couldn’t warranty the work. That was fine I said let’s just get it fixed. Supposedly the part needed has been on back order for over 3 months. I called last Monday and he said it would be done mid week and ready to pick up. So I call today Thursday the following week to see if it’s ready and he says the part just came in! Anyone in this area that has any mechanical experience on lawn equipment should open a store. I’m sure I’m not the only customer this is happening to! I will never use this store for anything again! Oh ya I ordered a chainsaw exhaust cover and it’s been on back order for over a month as well!

Very friendly and easy to talk to, they just dont have the higher end zero turn mowers in store to look at in person or touch for comparison. I would love to give them 5 stars, but the simple truth is that people want to be able to compare things, especially things that cost as much as some zero turns cost. I think that if for instance ferris, want to sell mowers, they should put their products out there for people to be able to compare, and not at the expense of a small engine repair shop having to buy the equipment to display in their shop.

Awesome people who know what they are talking about when it comes to small engines ive never had any issues with them. easy to talk to will get you what you need Michael at the desk usually will definitely do his best and the shop owner has a huge wealth of knowledge they have help me rebuild 2 racing go karts and worked awesome deals with me and very friendly, if it involves small engines go karts lawn mower or chainsaw and even building a small GAS TURBINE ENGINE they know what they what they are talking about I would definitely recommend them to anyone

There work is great but it depends on who does the work. That’s why u should ask for jay to do the work because u get jay to do it then it’ll be done fast and properly

I recently purchased a lawn mower from Lowes and the associates told me it had been out for repair at this place. They claimed that s and h cleaned the carburetor however warned me that S&H has a tendency to say that and not actually fix it. Once I got it home, it would not crank. I took the carb off myself and sure enough it was FULL of old stale gas. S&H hadnt even bothered to clean it so I cleaned it myself. These people are crooks. I spoke with Lowes and they said this happens all the time. You shouldnt waste your time or your money here. They dont even deserve this one star rating.

This location fixes Fisher Price products.....they saved my grandkids Christmas today...they went way beyond the call of duty! We cant thank them enough!

This is a shady bunch of people! I bought new blades from them for my mower. Took the new blades home put them on the mower and it turned out not to be the problem. The crank shaft was actually the issue. I tried returning the unused blades that never cut one blade of grass but they refused to take them back. I will never do business with these people again. If they will screw you over a 40.00 part, I would hate to see what they would do with a more expensive job!

Moron behind the counter puts everyone on hold, shorts you parts, parts wont get delivered in the time frame given, and overall rude. Last place you wont to do bussiness

VERY POOR PLACE OF BUSINESS. True enough it was the end of the day but these jerks answered the phone,put me on hold and never came back. I was about to spend good money with these people due a referral. That wont happen. Thanks guys you just missed out on servicing all my lawn business equipment

The owner is awful. Just a crappy person all around. Chris Cordell originally owned the company on goodman road and was excellent!! He was a very kind, professional small engine mechanic that knew what he was doing. I wouldnt recommend S & H to anyone.

It takes close to two months for repairs and you lawnmower will be out in the weather uncovered the whole time. Brought older Craftsman Lawnmower and weedeater was close to 300.00 to repair and both or being repaired again.

It was very nice to have your equipment worked on in a very professional manner and it didnt cost me my arm or leg. Thanks S&H.

Well im new to the area and im into baseball so I stoped because I seen the batting cage......and im not saying they were just really rude...but it kindda seemed to me LIKE he felt like I waz wasting his time by stopping and asking... so I walked in the cages to hit a few and I dont kno if you need tokens or what but I put a dollar in and got nothing

These people are a joke. They came and picked up $15,000.00 worth of equipment from my dad and the driver tells my dad he need a 100.00 deposit. Then they call a week later saying they need another 900.00 and our equipment would be fixed and back in about 2 weeks. Thats been well over a month ago and we still do not have our equipment. And now when we call its the usual run around. This guy blames that guy and that guy blames someone else. I would give these crooks a negative rating if I could.

Went to pick my mower up on 7-26-17 after being there 4 months.It is in worse shape now then it was before I took it to them.
