They are good for the most part. But they stay running out of something and never keep stock. Staff can be friendly and they make good Fraps.

Good coffee most of the time. Just always have to wait awhile if you take the drive thru. Maybe understaffed. Best bet going inside.

I stopped in for a medicine ball for my ailing lady friend. There was a trainee on the register that was pleasant but had no idea what I was talking about. Her trainer quickly informed her of the actual name of the drink which I still dont remember and it was quickly made for me. Everyone was pleasant, service was swift, and I couldnt have been more pleased. In other words...a typical Starbucks experience. They should teach courses in customer service.

Wow!! The coffee and service were both amazing! I travel alot and so far this is the best location Ive seen. The cashier was so sweet but didnt catch her name. Really good experience!

I have held off on reviewing this store because I thought maybe it was just an off day or 2 ... but here we are 3 weeks later and the only decent service we’ve had was the day the new girl was at the drive through window (super happy and polite). My husband and I order the same thing everyday and everyday we get attitude or rudeness. We always ask for 10 sugars on the side because no one ever actually adds the sugar to the coffee. Today will be the last time we ever go to this location. Not good for y’all... that’s 15$ a day. As a business owner, I look for good service and for an almost 7$ coffee, we expect our coffee to be consistent AND we would like ALL of our sugar. Also, we would like for the people at the window/mic (the older lady with the short brown hair) not to spill their mood all over our morning.Update: We went to the one on Church Rd and they gave exceptional service AND we received all of our sugar.

You see this Starbucks keep driving ! First off DT line always long ! No complaints about that cause I couldve kept going ..but imagine waiting in line for 5 min .finally get to order then BOOM!! they are out of the drink ingredient you wanted so now u have a choice to get something you dont want or sit in the DT line another 5 min to drive out cause its closed in! So the last visit I decided to go in and ofcourse no greeting walking in and waited another 5 min to place an order..I was the only one in line.. then heartbreak again ..magic words we are out of...🤦🏽‍♀️..so my visits here are done! I will drive the extra mile up the street to the other one.. 🤷🏽‍♀️

For whatever this location cant get mobile orders correct. The sticker is actually correct and the drink is wrong. I sent my daughter to pick it up and she came home with the wrong drink. This is the third time in a week the drink has been wrong, stop playing so much in the store and pay attention to the drink youre making!!

Very clean, the displays are always very orderly and consistantly changing. The workers were busy but very polite. The ambient music was very neutral and fitting for the atmosphere. My drink was made quickly (caffe mocha) and i tried the dark chocolate espresso beans. The condiment area was very neat and tidy. Also i find it respectable to offer recycling options in your establishment.

This Starbucks is out of half of the menu items and is still the slowest Starbucks Ive ever been to. And offered no apologies on wait time. They need to step it up on customer service and speed. Glad we are just passing thru and dont have to go back

I work really close to this location so Im here a decent amount of the time, and Ive never had a bad experience here. Staff is always friendly and quick even when there is a drivethru line so long it leaves the parking lot entirely. Recommend.

I don’t usually have a problem with this location but today was so disappointing. I asked for a stopper for my coffee, there were none, which I was fine with… my egg bites were just in a bag, no tray…. and the top of my cup was crushed, causing my lid to pop off every time I picked up my cup to take a sip. ☹️

You never know what you’re going to get from this Starbucks. My husband and I order hot coffee on yesterday and the coffee wasn’t hot, we didn’t want to wait in the slow line we decided to warm the coffee at home. My husband and I decided not to return back to this location because the service is always up in the air, you order hot coffee you get cold coffee, you order fresh coffee you get the coffee that was made several hours ago after you have been waiting in the long slow line.

My drink was great and the barista was good but the cashier the big husky lady, that works in the morning, is a complete but hole. I hate when she is at work. I like the kind young lady that greets you with a smile, she is so upbeat. I wish I could pull off when I hear the mean lady voice.

Tea was good. Be sure the trash is picked up around the store and in the garbage cans. It was my first visit and that was the first thing I saw. They probably were short staffed today and there was a line.

Only Starbucks near me but the worst I have visited. Poor customer service, always low on ingredients, and management is horrible. I’ll just drive to another location. They use to be really good. Maybe just short staffed but it’s not good the drinks even taste bad!

The drive thru line was super long. Ok, no problem but it’s long AND moving extremely sloowwww! My pink drink was good but my daughter’s iced caramel macchiato was was more tart than sweet. She said she didn’t taste caramel it because it the bitterness from the coffee. We stopped at a store and added sugar that didn’t mix well because it was “iced” coffee of course. They were out of breakfast burritos so I ordered a sausage mc muffin instead. Too expensive for this slow service. Food was good

I like Starbucks. I do. This one is no disappointment either. Nice bubbly folks behind the counter and coffee ☕was on par. My partner is from Columbia and he too liked no, noted the grande Americano with 2 raw sugers and a good amount of half and half. 👍👌🤜🤛

I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru to find out that they ran out of lemonade so I ordered nothing and had to wait another 20 minutes to get out of the drive thru smh!!!!!!!#

The baristas here are disrespectful and rude . If you make the drink wrong I expect you to not be disrespectful and catch a attitude about it when I tell you it’s not right. These baristas do not belong in a place where they work with customers.

I love Starbucks but today was very slow service

I ordered online before arriving to the store, the drive thru was EMPTY when I pulled up, and they hadn’t even started on my order. I sat at the window waiting while the employees disappeared. I’m not sure what they were doing, but it wasn’t preparing drinks, because no one was in line inside the store and my drinks weren’t being made. One employee finally showed back up behind the counter and began working on my order. I ordered a Frappuccino with almond milk and no whipped cream and usually have no problem at other Starbucks locations, but this one seemed to be in a “hurry” and lacked not only customer service, but pride in their job as well. My drink was only 3/4 full. I watched the employee that poured it out of the blender into the cup ask the employee that poured the contents into the blender what to do, and they told her “that’s what they ordered just give it to them.” I could’ve made a scene, I could’ve refused the drink, I could’ve asked for the manager and show them exactly how their employees were performing in assigned tasks, but instead I was polite and took my drink. I just want other patrons to know and beware of the service and quality of items received at the Horn Lake Goodman rd location of Starbucks in Mississippi.

This has got to be the rudest and slowest Starbucks in the area. I realize we are in the middle of a pandemic, but when people put in mobile orders and the dining room is unexpectedly closed, they expect people to wait in a 20-minute drive-thru line to pick up their order. Further, I have had several mobile orders that I have paid for using their app, and they conveniently misplaced the order. I have had to call Starbucks corporate several times to get refunds. Management, take notice of this and improve your service

Absolutely awful visit!! So I thought because the mask mandate was lifted I could not wear one. Wrong! And this little barista YELLED across the place to inform me of this instead of coming towards me. They did supply a mask which was nice. Then at the end where you wait for pickup they have chairs which clearly said do not sit. WHICH I DID NOT!!! Just waiting for my drink. Same little barista berates me again!! I wasn’t sitting I was waiting for my drink. There is a way to inform people of things and she failed epically. Customer service and manners are dead everywhere you go.

June 30, 2020Awful service. First tried to go in (no customers were inside. We were Passing thru Memphis and jumped out to to go inside to use the restroom and order. Didn’t realize we didn’t grab our masks. In returning to the car we Decided to just go thru drive thru since restrooms are closed. Sit in line for 20 minutes. Two cars in front of us. First car had two drinks given to them and the car in front of us one!!! So I’m 20 min, with no lobby customers 3 drinks made and this was at 330pm. Could not leave because we were trapped in line. Need better service, training perhaps, and some employees held accountable.

Friendly staff, quick service. I ordered my drink online. When I got to the store it was waiting when I was arrived. The facility was clean and welcoming.

I am only able to give 4 stars as I have only used the drive through and not all the facilities. The staff was nice and the coffee was good. Maybe if I was more a coffee connoisseur I would rate it higher and use the indoor facilities.
