This is my store for sure!! On the home side its always stocked and has great prices! Always check out the clearance asile right past the beauty products and before the lawn and garden. You can almost always find some goodies marked down in there. Only reason for 4 stars, its hit or miss sometimes with deliveries on the grocery side, some days theyre fully stocked, some days you think the pandemic shopping days are back and asile are totally empty. Biggest reason for 4 stars, the parking lot stays disgusting!!!!

Wide variety but seemed like they needed to restock shelves. Many items out of stock. However every worker I came across asked if they could help me, were very friendly and made shopping at Walmart bearable. Being from out of town and not familiar with this store the customer service they provided was appreciated.

Prices are reasonable, weekly groceries wont be that high in price.After first or second visit, you will be able to find your way around different isles and find what you want easier, also, the shopping assistants are very kind and friendly, so dont be shy to ask whatever you are looking for. They have never let me down.Moreover, make sure you have a list of all your needs, or you will end up buying things you dont need.

They bought new riding chairs recently, very expensive, nice ones. They have notices posted that they are for inside use only. Unfortunately customers are taking them outside the stores and leaving them in the rain. They are not for children to play on throughout the stores. I know of 4 that no longer work. Please take care so people that cant walk around will still be able to shop.

This store has been a personal favorite for me since they opened. The first two years were peaceful and inviting 😌. Although the atmosphere is changing I am still pleased to shop here early Sunday mornings.

I was pushed for time. I couldnt find an item and the sales lady scan a tag I had of the item. She located it and the correct size and color. She was willing to help, had a pleasant attitude and thanked me for shopping with them.

There is a check out problem 20 +check out registers to work, only 4 open for checking out. This is an on going problem here at our Super Walmart Goodman and Hornlake. The self checkout line, there would be a curved line outside the clothes isle. They could do better. Associates are standing outside getting off or on break. Management is the issue here scheduling and training. Most items are in stock.

Horrible customer service skills!! $15 an hour for what? Rude people ONLY need to be escorted to the nearest factory line to work at $8 an hour. WE THE PEOPLE are sick and tired of dealing with disrespectful people on a DAILY that cant comprehend what CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS consist of. Who is hiring and maintaining this locations employees? Maybe just maybe cellphones shouldnt be allowed while on the clock, ESPECIALLY WHERE THE CAMERAS CANT SEE THEM👀👀!! THE Walmart CEO needs to get some SECRET SHOPPERS in this location ASAP! I would also advise whomever to take a closer look into the security company that LOOKS over this location also. IF THIS IS ALLOWED TO STAY ONLINE FOR THE BIG FOLKS TO SEE , YALL MAY WANT TO ONCE AGAIN TAKE A CLOSER PEEK INTO WHOM YOU CONTINUE TO HIRE TO MANAGE YOUR STORES!!

If I could give no stars I would!! That place is horrible!! Nothing on the shelves self checkout is card only except for 1 thats cash only. Its crazy and not worth going to!! ALL the employees have a nasty attitude and dont want to help you or even speak to you after you ask for help!! One employee literally rolled her eyes at me and acted like a child and had no intention of doing her job!! I will go to another store not Walmart from now on!! I bet Sam Walton is rolling over in his grave!!

Customer service representative was super friendly and very knowledgeable of her position. Quick question is the door greeter a bouncer or a greeter?

This was the 2nd one I went to trying to cash my paycheck. If Money Services is closed between normal business hours, it would be a much appreciated courtesy for them to post either when to come back or another place to go. The fact that 2 different stores had the same issue was not only inconvenient but frustrating. Horn Lake needs to step up their game.

Only scan idle and one other lane not self check. People waiting in both line at least 20 deep. People cutting in front of people. Just a mess. This was about 7:30 pm.

Wouldn’t let me return a 10 day old leaky carpet cleaner because it was dirty. It’s a vacuum! It leaked like a 90 yr old man and I’m out $200 because of “Customer abuse”. That’s what they call a faulty carpet cleaner with dirt on it. I used it one time and realized it was leaking out of the bottom nowhere near the tanks. Turned it off and it kept leaking until the tanks emptied. Took it back to swap it for another one and this customer service rep treated me like I had beat it with a baseball bat. 100% unsatisfactory service. Train your people like Chick-Fil-A trains their people. Common courtesy goes a long way.

My family and I visited Horn Lake over the weekend and stopped at this Wal Mart for some much needed necessities. They had everything we needed and the employees were friendly and helpful.

Grocery pick up order, easy as pie! Love being able to shop on line and know I will get good quality items and not have to go inside and deal with the crowds.

There drive through pharmacist is ready always tells you to have blessed day.

Everything is nice and properly place .But you cant get the assistant you need when needed. They need to up that area.I walked around for an 1/2 hour searching for someone .they come and go send you here and there. When you get to register they still cant help you.things you really need are all over the store you have to have them bring to a certain register and you only have one check to pay for everything. Why is it, moneyorders, stamps Im shopping for awhile you can help with this. Thanks

Best stocked Walmart in this area. Other than Ammo, it had everything we were looking to buy.

I prefer this walmart they have plenty of self checkouts to make my trip faster.

I like the Horn Lake Walmart because it is easy to get in and out of and there is always an associate nearby to help if needed even in the plants and seasonal area

Enjoyed my time there store was clean and well stocked, I found everything I went for and more as always!!

I went in to pick up my order and was informed that I will need to pick it up outside curbside. I was waiting for an hour just to get a laptop.

Very nice and clean store. It does need more registers open, especially on weekends. It is also hard to find someone in Photo/Electronics department.

If you are thinking about using the grocery pickup service DONT!! You can go grocery shopping faster than they bring your groceries even on a slow day. Save yourself some time and just go to Aldi.

Store was super clean. Lines flowed easily at self checkout. Very courteous employees.

This Walmart is terrible! Never have anything in stock, NEVER have baskets available when you arrive. The workers all have bad attitudes as if weve forced them to work there. The pick up area employees NEVER answer the phones! They move like they all have molasses in their behinds! ITS SAD!

A great place but very crowded needs more lines open

I dont know if we came on a bad night or what, but the shelves were very empty. The meat was questionable as we saw some that was opened and had clearly gone bad so it had to have been sitting there a while. We also needed milk, but it wasnt even cold so we passed and will find some elsewhere.

There are 23 checkout lines of which 3 are open. Turn the 20 closed lines into self checkout and quit wasting peoples time to increase efficiency. Ive stood in line longer than it took for me to shop.

It’s Walmart. Most of the employees don’t care about their jobs or the customer is the vibe I get the majority of the time I walk in there. It definitely isn’t the first place I try to stop at. I only stop there if my first option is out of stock of what I need at the moment.

Very impressed at the selection of items that they had stocked in the store. It had all of you every day average Wal Mart items and then a nice variety of items that you may find hidden in other Walmart’s... Very impressed at the appearance of the store, the isles were neatly stocked and it uplifted my spirits and it promoted positive vibes. I most definitely will return!

The young lady was on her phone 📞 in the self checkout area. I was trying to assist my sister with card to get certain items that. The yellow vest have to enter there codes. She finally came through.

Love until its time to check Out.The lines are the absolute worst. 10min trip turns into 45min. imagine standing in line 10-15 mins and then another register opens. You will think The WM staff will take the customers whose near Check out...No they just tell register 10 open and here comes a crowd rushing for a closer spot....No order what so ever 🤦🏽‍♀️

Typical big box store where it is near impossible to find anyone to help you locate anything. Stood around the photo department and each person I asked said they can’t help me. Eventually I just went and located my photos myself, put them in the envelope and then got my label from the other machine. I prefer the self checkout but now I guess this is the evolution and taking that idea to the next step.

This store is a joke! Needs new management like something serious! No baskets at front, boxes all in aisles blocking aisles, nothing stocked, pickup orders always getting messed up, or behind scheduled time of pickup…. And lines long backing up into merchandise! Absolutely ridiculous! I would re-evaluate my staff and store!

This is my favorite Walmart location. Always clean and well stocked.

I will NEVER place another order for pickup at this location! I only had two items to pickup & waited almost TWO HOURS before they were brought to me. The young men working were doing the best they could to get ahead of the orders, but they didnt have much to work with. Apparently the department was short-handed & they were operating without a manager. I ordered pickup for the convenience of it & the time I would save. The two hour wait was a lot longer than it would have taken me to go in the store to make the purchase. If I could give the experience a rating lower than one star Id rate it a negative five. On the other hand, I would give the polite & kind young men ten stars!

Traveling from Kentucky to Mississippi stopped in to pick up a steel cultivator. We needed some additional floral arrangements, because we were visiting my mother grave today. Asked one of the employees where the floral arrangements section is she said we dont sell flower, I told her, this is Walmart right, that suppose to sell everything. Needless to say I had to find the floral section myself. Dont know why I wasted time asking. 😠

The experience was great! Employees directed me to areas I needed to go to find items. CS was awesome in helping me with an item being returned!

They are were great selling us our storage. the only drawback is not being able tp go in to make a payment. I went 3 stops tp go in and make a payment and no one there. Doors locked. They are prone tp charge excessive fees when u cant catch em to make the payment. Fyi i just got the last month!!!

Great Wal-Mart found exactly what I was looking for.

Havent been to this super center ,because I go for light bulbs and come out with a load.They seem to have about anything you need,displayed in neat easy to find sections,hardware,tools etc .Prices are reasonable,service was good by the staffI recommend going here they have everything. !

They was out of a lot of stuff which it isnt usual. But it was like I went to the senatobia Walmart lol

One of the items was unavailable, and I feel like they did it in the few minutes I waited. Which would explain why one of the items was missing.. Everything else was there though.

I found everything I needed today from clothes for my 7 month old son to household and personal items for the entire family. Even hard to find items was stocked here so I didnt have to go to more than one place which is good when shopping with a baby.

Walked out in my Garage and noticed my tire on flat the next morning, so I had to Air my tire up and take it back to walmart.... Horrible!!!, Auto Part Department worker took my air valve stem out my valve and replaced it with a ruined valve stem on purpose, All because of my Character.. (Judging me of my Character)... Sitting outside waiting to get my vehicle Reserviced the next morning and notice the group of workers walked out together giving me the impression of intimidation.. Because my complaint about a tire that I purchased,,, Total!!!! disrespect and unprofessional.

Walmart Super Center customer service is one of the best depts. In the supercenter. If you need to make an exchange you will be refunded your money back to your debit card or it will be transferred to a Walmart gift card for you. You can choose to make another purchase of the same item and pay for it with a gift card or your debit card.Thanks for taking the time to stop and shop at Horn Lake, MS Walmart.

Love Walmart has everything I need and is affordable but I am tired of walking through the store and getting a contact high from the smell of Marijuana. I can even smell it coming from cars in the parking lot. Very sad that our world is coming to this as a norm

Bad management and employees! Had a incedent where the cashier put my gas on the wrong pump, and another person got my gas I paid for, and didn’t refund my money! Told management and there was nothing they could do but tell me it will take a while for my payment to be reimbursed, and couldn’t show me proof!I was and still is disappointed at the whole staff!

So happy to find everything I need from this Walmart location!!!🙂

Ordered 8 cases of dog food on the 9th of January. They are still processing the order. How hard is that. This is the first time Ive had a problem with this department. I called the store and was transferred 3 times and still did not get to talk to anyone about this. Ended up canceling the order. Hope this will be the only time..

I actually brought this today telling the cashier that the box looked like it was open. I get home , which is over an hour away to find the box is empty. I really believe he did it on purpose and I know that not gone refund me my $29.98 + tax. What a messed up day for me!!!

Slowly becoming ghetto...this store started off clean and nice but like most Memphis business it is slowly being plagued by ghetto piss poor customer service. Oh and forget about going after 10pm. The self checkout closes at 10pm so expect to stand at least 20 minutes in line. This is why I stopped shopping at the Elvis Presley location
