Never Will I Shop At This Store Again!!!! Unprofessional Manager Lee Gus!!! I Was In The Store On Yesterday Evening around 2:45p and While At The Counter Checking Out, The Manager Was Going Off On A Worker and Customer. He Talked Really Bad To That Young Lady!! No One Should Ever Be Talked To Or Mistreated in that way. The Young Lady(employee) was only saying Mr Lee You Shouldnt talk to your workers that way, he responded To her Youre not helping me one bit, and I can talk to you in whatever way I want!! He Also Said If You Dont Like It Go Home!!! Wow!! My opinion is this No One in Management or in High Positions Should never do that!! Especially using Profanity in front of Your Customers is very Unprofessional!!!

I have been going to this store since I moved out here last year and I have always noticed the distracted workers but it never mattered until today. Stop hiring people that just need a job because the quality will always suck. Went in there to spend my money but left empty handed because no one wanted to help me.

Unprofessional workers. You ask for help, its like youre asking them for money out their pocket. I wont be returning ever again. If you want to be treated like a customer, go elsewhere!

Compared to other beauty supply stores this store is over priced and the ladies at the counter are loud af.

They have the most stuff and selections. All they carry is so beautiful and good to use, never had any dried up or broken makeups, if you find one, they give you discounts for them. This is my place to go! Ive compared to so many different places and you wont find one as full and well serviced as this! I go out of my way to come here and they sure dont fail to have it all!

Ive been going here for years.. I havent had a problem with customer service or finding what I need especially when I ask for help but Im sure if you walk IN ANY STORE with a messed up attitude and speak to them with disrespect, youd probably catch a little attitude back. (To the horn lake ratchets) lol.

Truly poor customer service, Ive been into this store I cant count how many times and every time I have to wait for someone to ring me up even when they are already behind the register. And please dont ask for help because no one is ever around to help, they are either eating or doing their own make up

Y’all I went to this store a 6 minutes before closing and they laughed in my face as they locked the door. So unprofessional!! I been going for years. I’m done now though ! Bad business period. !

I have gone to this store on more than one occasion with them closing prior to the time they have advertised. Workers will be inside and just stand there looking at you 15 minutes prior to the store closing time and then tell you that they are closed. When I called and spoke with the owner he was extremely rude....indirectly called me a liar because their system apparently showed a transaction 2 minutes prior to closing...however, I stood at the door for almost 10 minutes and there were no customers inside at that time. He then stated that he can not make his employees stay and close at the correct time and that the next time I should come earlier. I was cut off multiple times and he ended the conversation with thank you for your opinion and have a nice day. I am a salon owner and frequent this store multiple times a week, spending hundreds of dollars...and I even refer my clients there. Apparently, these people could care less how much money you spend in their establishment or about creating relationships with their customers. It ultimately shows that they are willing to take our money, but have no respect for us at all. A simple I apologize maam or I will definitely look into that would have sufficed. I will no longer be going here and will tell everyone I know about my experience when asked.

I dont normally write reviews but this place is a scam. I took my daughter there to buy hair. I bought seven packs of hair with two packs as backup to avoid having to run to the store again. The cashier (receipt says name is KAE) assured me that I can bring back any unopened packs of hair ($20 a piece) for a refund with a receipt. I checked with the stocking lady and she reassured me. I took back two unopened packs of hair with a receipt only to be denied. I wouldn’t have bought the extra hair if I’ve known no refunds even with receipt. This business is dishonest. One star is to much.

The sign on the door says they close at 8 why I arrive at 7:40 and they got the door locked. The girl in there from New York almost got these hands for being rude as hell .. I spend wayyyy to much money in here for her to come to the door rolling her damn neck talking bout some “wE cLoSeD” but it’s cool cause I’m not going back 💯

Love them, theyre great for our community in giving back, they have my support for all my beauty needs.

I went by on New Years Eve and the staff was really kind so I came back New Years and purchased some items. Great staff!

The manager is horrible! I think her name is Tony.. with the new York accent. I was down here visiting family and her attitude itself made the store seem like a disgrace. She should not be apart of the staff, she brings the whole store down! I will not be visiting this store again and you can blame her for it !!

There is a sign on the door that states this business closes at 9, however I arrived at 8:47 on 2.3.18 the door was locked. There was an associate standing at the door I asked if they closed early and she gave me a blank stare and turned her back. This is very poor customer service and your business will lose customers and money if people continue to operate in this manner.

This C&C is terrible! I would guess it is a low paying job, but when you accept a position your expected to do your JOB! That includes speaking to the consumers and assisting them. Instead of playing loud music and walking by the customers and not acknowledging them. I thought one girl was a customer because she had on dirty purple shorts the looks like nasty underwear. I am not sure how this store stays open. They wont get anymore of my business.

For one the managers in the store are messy asf talking about employees. I see why they can not keep anybody. I’m tired of tripping over boxes that’s all through out the store. There is never prices on anything in there. Customer service is terrible. Both the girls with the New York accent needs to get fired because they attitude stank. Don’t get a job if you are not trying to service people. I will not be coming back at all.

Great prices, friendly cashiers, large selection, clean store.

They close way before the time listed and the open sign is usually still on. At least turn the sign off if youre going to close prematurely. The workers are so ghetto and unprofessional, standing there staring at you while they do nothing with the doors locked before its even time to close. This will be my last time considering supporting this business. Horrible experiences over and over.
