This time we actually had a good experience here the employees were friendly and knowledgeable and we had no issues. I needed to know where something was at and the young lady I asked knew where it was at thank You for Your kindness and knowledge.

To many workers standing around doing nothing! Im standing there asking can someone give me some assistance. They pass me off to a guy that was very nice. However he passed me off to another person. The lady that he passed me off to she was actually working! He was standing up front talking to other employees doing nothing! The lady was very nice and tried to help as much as she could. I felt bad she had to stop working to assist me. So I left to go to another store. I did let her know that appreciated her effort to help.

I boycotted Home Depot 25 years ago because of rude staff at this location. Its nice to see things havent changed. Theyre a bunch of the rudest a$$holes Ive ever seen, especially at the pro desk. Have a nice day 😀

The young man named Julian at store 2903 on Goodman Road is fantastic. He is always helpful. He made my 9ft umbrella fit in my acura after I thought it wouldnt. I appreciate his personality and positive energy.

I had the worst experience at this place today! I understand that places are short staff, but the staff thats working dont want to do there job. I asked a gentleman to assist me and he kept walking saying that wasnt his station. It was a struggle for me to get that rug and place it my basket. Things did get a little better as I fussed all the way to check out cause Chuck took over my basket and helped me to check out and waited till I purchased and carried the rug to my car.

I will never in life buy anything else from Home Depot that they have to deliver. My dryer went out about 2 weeks ago and I needed to purchase a new dryer. Being that I always go to Home Depot for appliances I figured they would get my dryer delivered on time. My husband and I both have back issues so going to the laundromat is a “NO” for us. We went to the Hope Depot in Horn Lake, MS on 5/22/2021 and paid $750 for a Samsung dryer and was told it would be delivered on 6/3/2021. Well the day of 6/3 came and know dryer. We called to see why they didn’t deliver the dryer and was told that they couldn’t deliver the dryer until 6/25/2021. Unacceptable….. Immediately I asked for a refund because they didn’t live up to their bargain. I went to the store for a refund and they told me it would be back on my card in 4 days. I checked my bank statement to see if they refunded my money and didn’t see a refund. I went to store again and they told me that they hadn’t scanned the package at the delivery site. At this time I’m getting very upset because I work hard for my money and I don’t have time for this. I went to Best Buy and purchased the same dryer and they guaranteed me it would be here on time. All I want is my refund. I will never go through this experience again. Home Depot need to step up to there game.

Nice friendly cashiers and they had more snake plants that are in good health

There packed with supplies of all types, All Appliances, to garden needs. Outdoor dining sets. Mulch. And they allow return . I left a experience item, drinking glass and the garden center had it when I returned two days later, at the counter.

The help is slow as molasses...they dont get in a hurry. .most contractors are in a hurry time is money ...the young cashiers act like theyre a hundred years old.. I guess just hard for them to think 🤔

Excellent customer service from Trish! Helped me find a screwdriver. Then went to that neat 2 story shed in the parkinglot, and camped over night in it! Super comfortable better than a Hilton hotel

The last couple of times I went there I either had to order online or they just didnt have it. You always have to hunt someone down to help you. When you do find someone they act like you are bothering them. Ill drive the extra mile or so and go to Lowes

Mrs. Michelle R. Was very warm, professional and friendly during my visit. The other associates were pleasant also, the store was busy, however it was clean and comfortable. Self checkout was quick, no line. I wait a little to get keys made, but the wait wasnt long enough to frustrate me. I know I was there way too long, like 2 hours, just to get 3 items. I enjoyed this visit!

The staff was knowledgeable and the place was fairly organized, but they advertize that the price match. Well that is sort of true. They will match the price of either Lowes or Walmart. So tools like Milwaukee, Lowes doesnt sell and Walmart sells limited tools, so in real life, they really dont price match. Then theres lumber, try to get them to price match lumber, it isnt the same brand, but it is a 2x4. Home Depot is a better 2x4, that is why theirs cost more, and so on. So, buyer beware!

Its a holiday that we celebrate when our Lord rose to save us all. We took the opportunity to shop for repairs needed around the house; and no crowds was a blessing, social distancing was not an issue today. HomeDepot had what we wanted/needed. Horrible. Pro desk was closed so we had to go to the customer service desk to do a sale call. How you gonna be an assistant manager Chuck and you don’t know how to do a phone sale. Horrible experience and staff is clueless and what’s going on at that store.

The store is clean, but theres minimal associates. For it being Milwaukee Tools number 1 distributor of Milwaukee products that dont have much. If youre looking for Milwaukee products probably easier to go onto HomeDepot.com

I am just leaving the Home Depot today when I had to come by and get some simple items for the house. I didn’t know wow leaving that I would be scammed because a person did not think I would double check after them! I paid half with cash in the other record once I realize I had the additional change portion I am form them that I did so that I would be able to have a smaller balance. This person not only took the additional change but they allowed me to use my debit and to put everything in the register like nothing had happened. I even looked at the receipt just to make sure my eyes were not paying a trick on me! If you spent less time paying attention to your phone and doing your job the way it was me you would not have a short drawer. No one likes to be scammed by anyone!!!!!

My bf and I checked out separately and botg had issues with the self check machines. The cashiers were prompt and courteous in getting our issues resolved.

I went on busy Memorial Day but knew what I needed in plumbing. In less than 2 minutes I heard Can I help you find something? I was good to go but impressed with friendly & prompt customer service! Self checkout meant 15 minutes in & OUT!

The Home Depot is a good place to shop for your normal household and building needs. Ive found recently that some of the aisles can be a maze due to temporary closures and merchandise blocking the aisle.

What you need, when you need it. Great quality at a good price.

Ms Lisa help me so much. She was waiting on another customer when I got to Home Depot. She told me if I could wait until she finished she would help me. She went a step further and told me everything she was doing to take care of her first customer. Then she came to me and started by saying can I help you please. I told her product that I want, again she want step by step on what she need to do for me to purchase what I want also who she was handling me off to. Came back to check on me. Thank you, thank you Ms. Lisa because of you I will return back to this Home Depot.

Got everything I needed and the check out was fast. My complaint comes from the customer service aspect. I stood in the middle of the doorway the leads from the main floor into the garden center, no less than 3 employees, 1 at a time, passed by me and I was very obviously needing help. None even bothered to pretend to ask if I needed assistance. None of them had anything in their hands, None of them had a customer in tow. In fact, I never was approached or asked if I needed assistance the entire time I was there. There was plenty of employees. They simply were not concerned with making sure if I found everything I needed. I then check myself out at the self-check and take my 300lbs worth of gravel and concrete out to my car and leave wondering what they even have employees for other than to stock the shelves and watch for thieves?

I found everything I needed..very covid-19 save..helpfully staff.No weight self checkout.. Thats a plus..

Found what I went in there for. Prices were comparable. Customer service was good.

Came looking for bottle water on Monday at this location but there was none. Manager Ms. O just ask if she could help me. I told her I was looking for bottle water. Ms. O said the store would have a shipment in on Tuesday she added my name and number to a list of customers to call when the water comes in. Just as her word she call me on Tuesday to say come get your water I think she is awesome. Ms. O went above and beyond to serve her customers...Thank You Ms. O

This place was way better a few years ago. I gave it 5 stars. Repeat then. If you order curb side. Well dont expect it to be anytime soon. Ordered something for the same day pickup. Well plain and simple. I showed up 5 hours later. To give them enough time to do the order. Sad they never touched it. They couldnt understand why anyone would be mad. Because they said they have orders from 5 days ago and they still are waiting. Its pretty bad when you can get 200 things from Walmart within an hour. Now thats sad. So you have employees who doesnt just get paid. They set on their rear ends with their whole hand up the rear end. Whoever is management needs to look a lot closer to the employees or retrained something. Wow

Do not order anything and have them deliver ordered 400 blocks and mortor and all they delivered was 232 blocks and never called and told me that they didnt have the rest of blocks week later go to start my job and realized they did not deliver all my order lesson learned

It was awesome, bought a new lawnmower on my way to work. Quick in and out as it should be.

I purchased 2 STYLEWELL CHAIRS and a protection plan to cover the chairs. One of the leg connectors broke on the chair. I filed a claim with the purchased protection plan. The claim was denied stating, “ACCIDENTAL OR PHYSICAL DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED BY THE PROTECTION PLAN”. WOW!!!!! Then what kind of damage is covered?!?!? The protection plan is a joke. Don’t waste your money.

Most time you can not find a person to help you within the department you are in have to go searching for ppl.most times its the women that HELP you.There is a little white lady that is so HELPFUL and FRIENDLY.she ask ppl. if they need any help men and women. SHE IS A JEWEL and SHE NEED A RISE SOUTHAVEN.

My go to store for all my house needs. Had the rocks for my garden. Had the air compressor that I wanted. I mean since I bought my house last year they have had everything I needed to make it ours. Also curb side service was great. Had to try it out just to see and other then a little wait it was a good experience. Staff is knowledgeable and if they dont know something they find out for you quick. 5 stars all day.

I have had a very horrific experience here and I am very disappointed. My Fiancé and I have been trying to purchase one of their per built fences . When on Thursday we were told the help desk is only open 9 til 2 and they would be the ones to order to the store for you. Went In to the help desk on Friday and the young man behind the counter told my fiancé well I am so over swamped I can’t help you right now but if you give me your email address I can email you the info later on. I don’t want the info I want to order a fence to the store and I was told I had to do that through the help desk . It doesn’t matter how swamped you are you stop and help the customer . Then I called the store wanting to speak with a manager and was placed on hold for a several several moments close 30 minutes and no one answered .

The staff was the only good thing about my trip honestly....Isle and walkways were cluttered with product or random stuff belonging to other departments. If it wasnt for one employee who was very nice and knew what I was asking for, this store would only have gotten a 1 star from me.

Big Herb uses this store for all his tool and supply needs! Great people and service here. Love it!!!

People that helped you in the aisles are real nice and helpful, different story when you get up to check out only one line open and 4 self-check lines open needed another basket to put my $1,500 plus dollars worth of tools in when I checked out ask the people that were around the self check lanes they were real rude especially the guy working on the a lawn mower right in front of the checkout. Theres just no such thing as customer service no more

Massive amount of stock. Suggest double checking your shopping list and sticking to it. Concerned that certain classes of product are devoid of variety. Thereby wrangling you into a specific price range. It appears that they are counting on the fact that your standing there, and will pay their price rather than walking out for a better price.

Did curbside pick up took awhile to bring the stuff out. But other then that great spot to shop

The customer service of the so-called prodesk is a MAJOR JOKE. These people should be trained on what and who does what. Thank God a Lowes was near. Until now Home Depot was my hardware store of choice but thanks to untrained joke for pros Ill only purchase things I dont need help with.

I came in to buy a washing machine and the customer service was terrible!! After waiting for 45 minutes. An associate shows up with no name tag, & very knocked up! She quickly let me know everything was out of stock & she was not interested in ordering it either. I told my father you dont see that every day....went around the corner and bought the same washer from Lowes

I made an online order. After submitting the order, I was given a delivery estimate of one month. That wasn’t soon enough for my project so I called customer care. After sitting on hold for 25 minutes I had to hang up to get back to work. I called back and waited for 40 minutes and finally got someone. I wanted to see if I could shift the order to pickup in store since the local store has mixed that paint for me in the past. The person on the phone couldn’t help and suggested I call the store. I called the store and that person couldn’t do anything and said I could cancel my order by calling customer care and come to the store to buy the paint. I called customer care and waited another 40 minutes. The person couldn’t cancel my order because it has to be in the “shipped” designation. My order changed to the shipped designation today so I called back. I waited 35 minutes and was disconnected. I called back and wait 36 minutes to talk to someone. That person told me they couldn’t cancel my order because it was shipped and I’d have to wait to receive the package before I could do a return. Once I received the package, I could call back and start the return process or take it to my local store. I informed her I would be doing neither of those things and asked what other options we had. She went to talk to her supervisor, which is code for she hung up on me. I will be canceling this charge with my credit card company. If I’m around when the package comes in, I’ll refuse it. If not, it will sit at my home until Home Depot decides they want to coordinate with me on how to pick it up. But, I will not waste another minute on their customer care line.

I placed a order this morning for a Christmas tree and while getting dressed to pick it up I got a call stating that the order was cancelled. I wasnt happy and I think he heard it in my tone after I got off the phone when he called back and told me that he had a tree that was available for the same price. Jeff is number one in my book!

I have always been a Lowes shopper but lately they havent had what I need so I switched to Home Depot. Less crowd. Nice employees. Better experience. Although I still shop Lowes for their deep discounted plants in the garden center, Home Depot is starting to outshine them.
