Had bad experience. They told me to call customer service..customer service on the phone and using t mobile.app. they told me to go to store. I go back to store with the app messages.. he says no usa acvount not pr account... none of the 3 cuspgmer service agents ( in person, phone or online made clarification of us vs pr systems till i come back after the online agent made a nevative feed back) then im in the store calling customer service so they can get their stories straight and he gets hostile. At third atgemp of saying im being un resonable i did storm off. I have been 4 hours trying to solve this simple number transfer that i use to make no problem in best buy..yes it was ga.. but i did pr to ga transfers all the time as one of the only 2 spanish agents that store had next to military base= we had high pr clients changing cause they were changing services yo local service providers...so im very well versed in. The process ... they need to gey their story syraigh so customers dont waste time like me 4 hours and still not resolved

If I could give this store a ZERO! I would, they dared to sell me a phone that was apparently used or at least opened by someone. At first glance it looked sealed but as I inspected the stickers that supposedly “seal” the device, I realized they had been tampered with. Not only that, but the bag which held the battery was OPEN! who does that? Horrible, don’t sell used items as new, that’s just thievery😡 lately trash mobiles services have gone down the toilet.

I went to pay my phone bill with 40 minutes to spare until closing time which is 7pm, no my surprise they were close at 6:30 with the workers inside doing nothing. I ask why it was closed they give me a cheap excuse of the system is down, that T-MOBILE store is the worse I have seen.

These guys rock! Very nice, courteous and friendly staff. They always take good care of me, and introduce me to new tech and services. Even the store manager, Rossana, is always around helping and sharing some TMO love. Kudos to her and her team!

The closing schedule for this store is supposed to be until 7 PM, not 6:30 PM, workers used that no tenemos systema excuse to closed early. I wouldnt even give 1 start. The Costumer comes 1st, if the network isnt working at least stay open to answer questions. But I forgot is PR so is w.e

After helping me on a social media account, an employee dumped me, another talking about other issues with a client, it took so long that my companion took me to another office in Maní.

Friends of mine told me this was the worst T-Mobile ever and they were right. Terrible the second time I go, they do not know anything about procedures or knowledge of plans. I work for T-Mobile in the United States and do not know about financing. I was waiting two hours in the car, there was no one, it was the only boy they had to deal with that went to lunch for an hour and a half and to top it off they had 5 employees in the store. There were no clients they told me I was next but they never called me so I went. I will NEVER come back.

The phone did not answer it took more than 40 minutes. It rings and rings but NO ONE responds.
