Parts department is second to none! They have been helping us over the phone so much, finally got the chance to come meet them and pick up a part. Very nice and professional. They also have a great selection of climbing gear. Definitely will be doing more business with this company.

What can I say when you need a part and need it fast the guys are outstanding and very knowledgeable . I have been using this location since 2016 and I have become friends with the parts department staff, always friendly and funny. I can send a picture of a part I need with a small description and I get a quote and “ how fast do you need it “ !!! Thanks for going above and beyond keep up the good work cheers!

Save your time and money. After having my chipper for over a month and hundreds of dollars later they chipper was returned to me still malfunction the way it was when I brought it to them. When I reached out to look for help i was told bringing it back to them wouldnt be worth the money I was better off bringing it to John Deere. F@$# Vermeer and their tech guys
