Using the mobile website could be more user friendly. I’ve had to log in several times just to look at my account. Then I downloaded the My Verizon app hoping it would make things easier and it helped but navigating was still a bit difficult.

We rely on our cell phones in normal times but during these unsettling times our dependence is even greater. My cell phone was dying. The stress it put on me was immense. I remembered seeing the “Open” sign at the Verizon Hopkinton store. Upon entering the store I was greeted by Hasan. He is fantastic. He knows his products and provided me with information on a phone that is exactly right for me. He took care of transferring all my data. He went the extra mile by offering me a direct contact number if there was a problem. He made me feel so comfortable and confident in this troubling time. I highly recommend Hasan for his knowledge, professionalism and his true customer care personality. Verizon is fortunate to have him on their team.

They were great and took the time to explain the phone and it’s set up.

I went in and asked for wired iPhone headphones. The associate showed me 3 pairs of wireless earbuds, until I accentuated the word “wired” and then she said they had none. They did offer to sell me an adapter that only cost slightly more than the actual headphones would have cost. If you want to spend $1500 on a phone they can help you, but if you need to replace an accessory that comes with the phone you’re out of luck.

I was in for a new iPhone on my existing plan and Lena, the representative understood and responded to my requests with complete attention. Rickie helped me the other night purchase my new iPhone. I was experiencing a lot of issues with my iPhone 7 and he was extraordinary kind and helpful. I was there for a few hours and he made sure I left with everything backed up and taken care of. This was the best experience I’ve had at a Verizon store.Additionally, I was there for a few hours and was able to see him interact with other customers. He was very curdious to everyone in the store and explained all of the options and packages very clearly.

Lynn was so awesome! Helped me get the phone and line I wanted and even stayed over an hour late so I could have my new phone today!

He (Jeffrey) was extremely friendly and helpful. Very patient and answered all questions with clarity. Made the process much easier with his positive attitude and seemed genuinely eager to help and make the process easier for us. I would rate him higher than a 10/10 if that was an option.

I stopped by the Verizon store in Hopkinton. I was in need of a new cell phone. Lana assisted me and was great. I ordered my phone and picked it up last Friday. There was an issue with activating the new phone due to technical issue on Verizon’s end. Lana was so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient and she got everything taken care of. Wow - I had been dreading walking into the store - afraid that Id walk out having spent way more than I needed to or end up confused about all products/services. After all, thats exactly what had happened any other time Id visited a Verizon store. However, this turned out to be a great experience. I went in with a broken phone, they went through all my options (go through insurance, replace the broken glass or find a way to upgrade to a new phone) and I did indeed walk out with a new, superior phone, but without spending an arm and leg. They were great!

I placed an online order with Verizon and picked up in NH store but somehow they swapped the simcard incorrectly in our all 4 lines. So, I went to this store for further assistance but got worst customer service, rude and NOT helpful at all by store manager “Hasan Nori” (raciest). He doesn’t wanna provide any help for online customers as he wanna sales the product from his store only and care for only those customers first and openly asked me to complain about himself to Verizon. So, clearly he has no interest about Verizon customers. Additionally, he asked me to pay $15 per simcard for each line while Verizon customer service asked me to go to nearby Verizon retail store to get it for free. Stay away from this place.

Amazing! I needed a new phone right before leaving town, and the model (Pixel 2) was not in stock. Sean and Sinkh (sp?) didnt want me traveling with my old, unreliable phone, so they worked tirelessly to get the right model in the store within 24 hours! Great service! Friendly staff! I went there this other day to switch over and get a new phone and verizon had a promotion going on, I got there and this guy helped me but he didn’t see to know how to treat a customer and kept telling me that the promotion wasn’t happening anymore, so I left snd went to verizon in westboro and they told me the complete opposite! I had a really bad experience with them.

I was having a problem with my Verizon iPhone and went to this store. Before I could even describe my problem completely, the people who worked there immediately began trying to convince me to just buy a new phone. I know that Verizon Wireless sales are down because of the newer pricing, but I only wanted help resetting my phone and dont need a new phone. I wont go back into this store, despite the fact that its the most local to me.

I’ve gone to this location twice and have had to wait for service. This location is under staffed. I feel there should be more than 1 person working in such a big store, especially on weekends. The location is very convenient but under staffed. I will look for another location with more staff next time. I don’t understand why have such a big store with 1 person working.

Yesterday was my 4th time using this store and each time has been flawless. Previously, I used the Franklin and Framingham stores where the waits were insanely long and the staff was not necessarily friendly. At this store, I wait little or not at all and the staff is extremely helpful. They suggest options but dont push. When there is a problem they cant address, they get someone else to help them solve it. Each time, Ive had a different person and all 4 were this way.

Since they’re a local store I decided to give them my business, BIG MISTAKE! This is only a retail store and they have limited items in stock. I’ve been there 3 times now and I’m never going back. Plan on extremely long waits, because the staff has very little training and at times incompetent. The staff along with costumer service was unable to fix the problems, they caused with my special order and Verizon account.
