Employees not friendly in Hope store.(1) My recent visit I was not greeted by white girl when I entered but noticed she spoke to the white customers who entered, yes I noticed that!!(2) I asked other white lady about product not on shelf, she was rude. Said she didnt know when it would be in, she didnt check the back.Now who wants to keep coming back and forth there for an item.

I was able to find what I was looking for and the stuff was in my wallet meaning I was able to buy the stuff

Well its a good store. They just need to have the shelves and merchandise more neatly.If they rebuild it may be better.

Avoid this place. They like to sell used Xbox cards and then refuse to work out a refund or store credit when you try to address it. Only lost $25 thankfully but it is the principle... Bad business in my opinion.

Not too good. Manager couldnt tell me why my items were ringing up more than what the sell paper stated and why the system took a $2 coupon off when I had a $3 coupon. Manager did not try and help resolve my issue.

The staff are always kind and very helpful.
