My old 76 CJ7 had carburetor issues over the years and really needed help. Well, we did one better. ACC installed the Holley Sniper EFI on it and WOW, what a difference it makes. The HP has increased, engine response time is unreal, and when you hit the gas it will put you back in your seat. Best thing I ever did and these guys made it happen.Oh, and we also fixed the emergency brake, replaced the radiator with a new aluminum one and changed the fluids.Bottom line, it was worth every penny. My 45 YO Jeep might just run another 45 years after this in credible service.

I just took my wife’s car in for service. The work was not only done Professionaly and in about 1/3 rd the time it would have taken at the Dealer but the price was better too. She’s happy with the work and when the Wife is Happy, I’m Happy.

Hit a curb on River Styx bridge and blew my tire. I pulled in to Advanced Auto to check. Sure enough big hole in side of tire. I put on my mask and went in for help. John pulled my car in immediately and put on my donut spare. I asked if he could replace my tire and he said he would have it that day. I could take my car and he would call me when he had new tire. Turned out I also needed a rim. John had everything finished up the next day! He made a bad situation so much easier!! Highly recommend his services!!

John and his mechanic both are very knowledgeable about cars. We have brought various cars over the years to John. He never lets us down . He has never once over sold us parts. He has done a few used car inspections and really goes in depth on everything. He tells you whats important and what needs to be done right away. I recommend advanced car care 100 percent. They back up there work and do it right the first time .

John and his crew are good people who always do a good job. My dad, me and my brother all go to him if we need anything to be fixed. My husband had to tow our car here for us to not get charged from insurance for towing. My husband told them that something was leaking and it might be coolant (explained how car stopped working). Mechanic told him that hell call after theyll check. They called and said radiator needs to be replaced. My husband said ok fine. Next day, Were waiting from them to hear if our cars ready, but no calls from them, so my husband called and now they said sorry they were busy and after they put radiator and ran test, gasket blown. They recomend to change engine which they had already looked. Our bill is going up $$$$$ Now at this point, were shocked that how could they not know about this big problem before???? When we asked that didnt you inspect car first according to symptoms of car which was heating and shaking and slowly stopped?? His replied was that my husband told him coolant was leaking so he fixed radiator first. Really!!!!!!! Their job as good mechanic is inspect the problem, explain to customer not fooling and scamming which was the case clearly.( they even offered that they can buy our car so we dont have to pay for radiator which they put, but we dont get any money if give title)They started with small problem and they told bigger problem to drown customers in. I told this incident to my friends and family. Never go there. We ended up getting our car fixed somewhere else with half the price and new mechanic told us how he screwed up and tried to rob us.

We started having our autos serviced by John about 8 or so years ago when he had his business in Dover, NJ. We were always more than satisfied with the quality, price, and promptness of his service. When he moved his business to Hopatcong, we decided to stay with John, TRUST is the most important quality when dealing with any business. So, we go out of our way to schedule maintenance and any unexpected concerns to call John and get in as early as he can fit us in to his work schedule.This happened today, when out daughter arrived here in NJ from VA with her family and told me she heard all kinds of noises in her car. I called John and he said to bring the auto in (on Saturday, Dec 27, 2014) so he could diagnose the problems. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service that i received by john Sanchez the owner of advanced car care.. I live quite a distance from this repair shop and my 2007 jeep grand cherokee was towed there as it was the closest repair facility that could handle such repairs while travelling in the Hopatcong area Saturday September 9th.. Suddenly without warning my normally trustworthy Jeep started grinding and crunching its gears from within the 4wd differential..I never experienced such a problem so i pulled off the road right by Maxim Dr in Hopatcong... I was all set to enjoy a beautiful Saturday afternoon but suddenly i was faced with an urgent debilitating problem with my main vehicle... So not being familiar with the area , i reached out to the closest repair facility that was equipped to deal with such an issue... Upon callling John who was extremely sympathetic to my plight he promptly dispatched a flat bed wrecker to pick up my almost undriveable vehicle upon arrival the very knowledgeable driver loaded my jeep upon the very professional looking flatbed truck and carted me as well as my Jeep down the road tothe advanced car care facility.. when we arrived john seemed to be waiting for me and took the Jeep promptly off the truck diagnosed the problem and went straight to work fixing the issue,,, now mind you I am completely at the whim of this gentleman and he could have stuck it up my ass so to speak...Buy at no time did I feel like I was getting that mechanic double talk... he spoke to me in laymens terms and explained that essentially the Jeep needed a new transmission.. it turns out that i had inadvertently been driving it for some time in 4wd high unbeknownst be me... now anyone that knows how smooth the newer grand cherokees are can understand how i made such an error... it turns out that 4wd high should only be engaged when snow ,mud, or sand is present and the top speed should not exceed 54mph.... well i had obviously gone well beyond those parameters for a prolonged period of time causing ultimately transmission overheating and obviously complete failure... ok so now i need a new transmission on a Saturday morning and no time to waste , so naturally there is no place with that part in stock on a Saturday morning ... but as luck would have it John Sanchez happened to have a 2007 jeep grand cherokee parts vehicle just laying around.. what are the chances? so he made no hesitation about pulling a perfectly good transmission from this very nice grand cherokee like a surgeon he precisely removed all the nuts and bolts and gears from this truck and made it look like childs play as he basically transferred this very vital component from one truck to the other.. he did this work single handedly in about 2and a half hours (unbelievable) quite frankly!! this was a massive undertaking and this superman of a mechanic managed to eat a burger during this whole procedure.. any way when he was done i was sure my butt would be hurting so I braced for impact ... The bill came to including a 6 mile tow and the swapping of transmissions on a Saturday morning $1510.64 !!! this was a $4000 job all day long and twice on sunday... my man John Sanchez is the man !!! not only did he not take advantage of me on a beautiful Saturday afternoon but he got me up and running within 3 hrs at a very respectable fair and honest rate of repair... i would tell anyone to visit advanced car care in Hopatcong for fast honest friendly and reliable service to their automobile

Absolute liars. They glued my exhaust and told me they welded it and the said they replaced my air filter but that was a farce. These guys care obout taking as much money from you as possible. Go somewhere else.

Once again John came through for me.....my wifes car broke down and had to get towed to the local Jeep dealer...next day they inform me that the radiator had to be replaced and a radiator flush...and the total would be almost 1200..I call John to let him know and he says..there is no way...so he took it upon himself to want to pick up the Jeep from the dealer and bring it back to his shop...turns out only thing wrong was a busted clamp and something else minor.....he saved me hundreds of dollars that would of been a waste....once again thank you for your expertise and proffesionlism.....
