I went in at 12:15 to drop my phone off for a 1:00 appointment to have the cracked screen replaced. I was fully expecting to come back in a couple hours to pick the phone up. The repair was done before I even got finished being checked in! Super fast, professional, and polite!! Nathan and Jake are the best!!

My customer service associates name was Aurthor in Hoover, Alabama. He was very nice and well informed. He was able to fix my phone in just a few hours. Only reason for 4 star and not 5 star is due to not receiving what we talked about at time of sale. I wanted to go back with black back panel, instead they installed a pink back panel. It would have been nice to get a courtesy call telling me the black one was not available. Other than that, all was great! Highly recommended!!

Scheduled a repair and it was done quickly and professionally; would recommend to anyone. Be prepared to spend, cause it aint cheap, but they do it 200% faster and cheaper than Apple. But what do you expect, pay for the repair, or go to Apple or Cell phone store and you walk away with a payment and Out of pocket way more than the repair would cost!

Loved it. I spent more money than I should have trying to go the cheap route. Was without my phone for a week and a half. But if I had taken it to CPT in the beginning I wouldve been without my phone for a couple of days, instead of spending $120.00 for the phone repair. I wouldnt have had to purchase a prepaid phone with an entire new number.

We came in to have a problem fixed concerning our speaker function on our IPhone. Carvin quickly identified the problem as basically a bunch of gunk that had accumulated over the microphone. He cleaned it, and got us on our way. No charge. Said to come back when we had a real problem. This is service of a bygone era. How refreshing! The young man that I first spoke with at the Hoover location was so very professional and courteous. I later spoke to Carvin who did the screen replacement on my iPad, again very professional and courteous. I would recommend anyone go here...dont even think about another repair shop. Was my first time today and my phone needed the screen to be changed. The customer service was great, over all service and the stuff was great.

It was a horrible experience, I went in with a cracked screen on a coral galaxy S10e and left with a black phone that the back was cracked on and it had 1 coral button. The manager told me they didnt carry coral and that they could order me another piece for the back but that I was responsible for paying them for the screen replacement work that they had done but it didnt matter that I did not receive my phone back in the same condition I had brought in. I was told when I dropped my phone off that it would $200 but when I went to pick it up they tried to charge me $250. They did drop it back down but this was the worst experience I have ever experienced in a business. The attached pictures of the back of the shell to my phone and what it looked like when they gave it back to me along with the broken back on the supposedly fixed phone. There were no cracks on the backside of my phone when I took it in, it was the screen that was cracked. Nobody even called me to let me know what was going on, they were supposed to call me when it was ready, I patiently waited until after the time they told me it would be ready before calling to check on it. When I called about it I was told it was working so you can imagine the shock I was in when they handed me a black cracked phone.

They replaced my phone screen in September. I’ve had to come back three more times after that because they only created more problems. This third time they refuse to help me because my phone “isn’t warrantied.” There was no manager there to speak with because they “usually show up around noon” even though the store opens at 10. Their customer service was terrible. Overall they just want to scam you and take your money without actually fixing your device. Don’t go here.Update: After multiple hours, I was able to speak with a manager who helped explain what he thought caused the issue. He explained also that it seemed I had been gipped with a bad screen which was a little frustrating to hear since I had the screen installed at this location. I was ready to take my business elsewhere, but Carvin, the regional manager, ended up replacing the screen at no cost for me and it really made my week. His customer service was really excellent and he was extremely knowledgable about the issues. This is not my favorite vendor to do business with, but I do really appreciate the service I received from Carvin.

Bought invis shield product for my google 4 + from them. Dropped it on my bathroom tile and got a small crack. Brought it in and Anwar fixed it for me making sure he did a really good job. First try had a small air pocket and so he opened another inivis shield for me to make sure it looked perfect. Only charged $10 for the replacement. Highly recommend.

I went here to get my phone fixed. The charging port Wouldn’t work. I asked if it could be replaced or cleaned. Arthur who was absolutely great took my phone and fixed it in 5 minutes. Needed to see if my phone with a broken screen could be erased. Conner worked on it for almost 30 minutes, could not get it done but was very personable and professional. And best of all, no charge! If you have a cell phone or laptop issue go see them! You wont be disappointed!

My daughters new iPhone was only a week old and would not charge when plugged into the charger. So I stopped by CPR to see if it could be repaired. They had us in and out of the store in less than 15mins!Apparently something was stuck in the USB port, preventing the charger from making a clean contact. The staff at CPR was very helpful and courteous! They explained the issue, told us how much they were going to charge me to repair the phone ($35), and got whatever was in the port out. And now the phone is charging like it should. The staff was awesome!My only negative feeling about the experience was they charged $35 to do a 5 minute repair. Of course I had the option to take it home and attempt to clear the port out myself, or to take it somewhere else. And I chose to let the professionals at CPR do the repair. But I still feel like $35 was a little on the expensive side for such a small repair. Thats the only reason for my review being 4 stars instead of 5 stars.However, I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

Hello. I previous purchased a replacement battery from the CPR store in Bessemer, AL. My battery totally died, (battery was about a year+ old), and my phone died. It would not hold a charge. When I took it in the the BESSEMER location, the experience was NOT such a good one; however, when I asked for the District Manager, I spoke with him by phone, but he was physically located in the HOOVER STORE ON 2/3/2021. HIS NAME IS CARVIN! He is professional, courteous, knowledgable, and I see why he holds the position that he does. HE “TURNED” MY BAD, UNPRODUCTIVE EXPERIENCE INTO A GREAT ONE WITH GREAT RESULTS! Long story made short. I had an LG tv and the factory remote wasn’t working with the TV. I ordered a second remote and the same thing was happening. I heard about CPR and called to ask if they fixed TVs. Carvin responded and said they could.The problem with the tv was unusual because after swapping out the main board used in the tv, the problem still occurred. However Carvin did not stop until he fixed it. Somehow he figured out the problem.His diligence and focus really stood out to me. CPR really has great 5 star service, and Carvin exemplifies all CPR stands for. They can fix just about any electronic device, with the proper focus and time to complete the job. You will not be disappointed!

Poor customer service, took phone in for repairs before 1:00 PM with Back glass cracked, Employee took my information and we agreed it would be ready at 4:30. He called the alternate number and left message that front glass also needed replaced. I returned the call shortly after 2 and gave approval to proceed and confirmed it would still be ready at 4:30. I arrived at 5:00 and it was not ready and he asked my name and which phone I had brought in for repairs. He came back out at 5:15 and asked if i could leave it and I stated it had been there since 1:00 and said I would wait. During this time numerous customers brought phones in and had them repaired, a little before 6 I asked for the person that took my phone in and repeated our conversation and confirmed that what was agreed on and that my phone had been put on the back burner, as the supervisor was told I had not given approval until I arrived at 5:00. I proceed to wait and at 6:30 he comes out and stated he broke the back glass while putting the front glass on and did not have another one or I could take a different color red or gold. Needing my phone I agreed on a red back. I did not received my phone back until 7:00 with no consideration that I had to take a different color back due to being put back all day. Worse customer service ever.
