I went to this store looking for a mask to put on my hair. I called before coming up there and told the lady what I was needing. She knew I am not a hair professional (because of me telling her on phone) but she said they had it so I drove up there and when I went in to get it she told me I wasnt allowed in store bc I am not a pro. Well I told her I called she said oh well you should have known. The store is nice for pros but this lady was very rude

When I walked in I wasn’t greeted by the workers they were not friendly to me. They persisted to have an attitude when I was there the whole time which was very rude and unprofessional. I will be taking my business somewhere else.. If I could put zero stars I would.

Ive been a hair stylist for over 20 years. I love my job and my clients however just as any job sometimes things are frustrating. I go to Cosmo Pro in Hoover Alabama probably twice a week. Michelle the store manager, is full of knowledge, knows each product and goes out of her way to provide you with excellent customer service. On Michelles day off, she went to another location to get a color that you guys did not have in stock at the Hoover location. I was absolutely floored when I went to the Hoover location and realized it was her day off. Michelles Magnetic Personality accompanied by her customer service and her knowledge of products is above and beyond excellence! I have shopped with Cosmo Pro for years, and at this time the staff at the Hoover location is excellent.
