Insurance sent me to this place and I was not sure if I would get good service since it was my only option through insurance. It was a good experience. Dennis was very communicative and helpful. He went above and beyond helping with some other issues with the car. There was a delay but it was during covid so I think that was reasonable.

My car was literally held hostage for over 2 weeks for a battery replacement. It was being paid for by my insurance company, however I was told by sales advisor Mark Sullivan, that since they have not received the payment and I wasnt going to pay for it out of my own pocket that it was not his problem because it not my car. Keep in mind they were previously paid by the same insurance company on the same claim earlier this year. They also charged for 4 hours of labor to put in a battery. That to me is a little excessive seeing how a battery does not seem that hard to replace. When I finally was able pick my car up, I guess the payment arrived, my car was covered in straw. When I mentioned i guess it was parked under a tree, Mark said i guess so and handed me the keys as if he did not see anything wrong with this picture. Not even being concerate of the fact that I had already addressed and posed concerns of my bad experience with them. At the very least they could have done was wash the car. I have talked to numerous people who say the same thing that their experience with Hendricks was absolutely horrible and now I am in the same club. Dont become a member if you can save yourself the hassle and the fraudulent charges!!

I had a fantastic experience with the Hendrick Collision team. Todd handled everything in a thorough and very professional manner. Everything was well communicated, from start to finish, and completed in a timely manner with a high quality of work. The office staff was friendly and accommodating as well. Overall I had a very pleasant time dealing with the Hendrick team, and would happily recommend them in the future.

Came in to the body shop for an estimate. I had just left the Chevrolet dealer downtown where they had refused to do the estimate because it was raining. They said they had no canopy and pictures wont take well in the rain. Guy was incredibly rude. I explained to him I had called last week and was told what hours they did estimates and no one mentioned that they wouldnt do the estimate on the rain. I had also taken off work to have this done. He said, Oh well and basically could not care less. I dont expect anyone to work in the rain but that is something I would have expected someone to tell me when I called and asked about coming in for the estimate. I also would expect a body shop to have an indoor bay to work on vehicles and possibly give estimates. I immediately looked for another body shop and found Hendricks Chevrolet. Called them and they said come on in. I was there in less than 15 minutes and they completed the estimate for me. Everyone was friendly, respectful and helpful. I was there less than 30 minutes. They work directly with Alfa and can file your claim for you. Very organized and worked very quickly. Go to a business where your business is appreciated.

I get my truck serviced here regularly. The staff is professional and treat their customers like family. They have a great deal on oil changes when I was there and signed up for their oil change program which will ultimately save me over $100 in the long run. They fixed a couple recalls and I was in and out of there in about an hour and a half. Waiting room has comfy chairs, cable, and coffee.

My husband and I walked the lot for 30+ minutes. We passed multiple sales guys. One of whom asked if we needed help. When we said we did he said he would call someone to help us... No one ever showed up. Guess they didnt want to sell a Tahoe that day.

This is one of the best collision centers in the Birmingham Alabama area. My car was rear-ended with $4700.00 in damages. Hendrick quickly put my vehicle back in factory condition. I highly recommend them.

Go somewhere else! Had some work done after hitting a deer. First they told my insurance company a date they would be done with my truck, it wasnt done for over a week later and they wouldnt extend my rental. Second they called and told me it was done, I picked it up it wasnt done. They had not replaced the wheel well liner on one side or the grille, they didnt even try and repair it as it was still loose at the bottom. My insurance had already paid for it. I took it back and they did fix it after calling them out on it. Never gave any explanation of why they told me it was done, or why they told my insurance it was done and made me lose my rental vehicle. Very sketchy business practices. Again go somewhere else!

Mixed feelings. It really depends on who youre dealing with. Very few people that will be patient and have an understanding heart of customer frustrations. I dont write reviews, but I do love Randy and David helping me. Theyre so patient and never tried to push me off on other people. Ive dealt with Hendrick for almost 6 months and its been a roller coaster of a journey. But through it all theyve kept me in rentals and loaners. So I very much appreciate it. I just pray I have no more issues and that people would take more pride in their work. No one wants to go home with mechanical issues.

Got out walked to look at vehicles on the lot for a while, no one came out to check on us. I *****Finally received a response from the review 2 months later....not thinking they are very concerned about their reviews. I would only edit my rating if there were a no star

The office is VERY chaotic. The ladies at the front desk are life savers to that entire place. The consultants seem very stressed and frustrated. Saw lots of eye rolling in being there now too much and too long.The delivery of my vehicle after 4 weeks for bumper, fender, paint was as follows:1. Waited 2 hours on close out paperwork after hours when called to pick up my vehicle. Noted due to consultant being new.2. Vehicle had a half consumed Pepsi someone was drinking in the cup holder. Protective paper mat in floor shredded and in pieces.3. After leaving pickup, noticed no left turn signal. Bulb blown.4. Vehicle dirty. White powdery film on everything, door crevices, and on running board. Seats dirty with white powdery dust and particles.5. Paint coming off less than 48 hours and now back in shop for re-do.Again, place seems out of hand and over stressed. Management presence not sensed at all. Someone should reach out to me on each of these learning opportunities and coaching opportunities for this office’s poor delivery. Vehicle no longer looks new just from having been in their care. Vehicle is only a few months old and only 1900 miles. You should see the white film all over it!Extremely frustrated.

I went to this dealership to look at a Nissan Frontier. The salesman was very nice and helpful. We went outside and as I looked over the truck, I noticed it had hail damage. The salesman told me they could repair the damage in a day. It would be a very easy repair for them. We went back inside and I was told again the hail damage would be fixed since I was very interested in the truck. We agreed on a price that was fair which included the repairs. It was signed off on by the sales manager. I left to go take out a loan. To my surprise about an hour later I received a call from the sales manager telling me they had made a mistake and they would not repair the hail damage. He had to gall to ask me if I still wanted to buy the truck for the same price I was quoted earlier. They did not stand behind the deal we agreed on which makes me believe they would not stand behind their products. As one would expect I did not buy the truck. Just a bad experience which is why I HATE going to dealerships to buy a car.
