Very great people that work there they matched me perfect really great paint for building at Airport Road in Concord and it matched perfectly very good at what they do.

Great experience with locating what I needed, clarifying some concerns, and phone follow up questions. Will definitely continue to go here for future paint needs.

First time at the Hooksett store and it wont be the last!Ran into the store about 10 min before closing and apologized for doing so but the employee was awesome..told me to take my time then he came over and asked about my project--which was to pick out a special tone of green for my country kitchen. He pulled cards and gave me suggestions and showed me the kind of paint that would be best to hide imperfections of which there are quite a few. Told him Id be in the next day with my selections...I didnt get there till a couple of days later and there were 2 different employees. One of them was disinfecting the entire area (thank you!) and the other waited on me, got the paints mixed and I was off to complete my latest project!!Thank you S-W for employing such great people..so much nicer then going into Home Depot/Lowes where the employees really dont have the experience/skills to be able to assist customers.

The Hooksett location really goes above and beyond for customer service. I called looking for a specialty item for safety, pivit ladder tool, and the store did not have any on hand but was expecting some in next week. The store manager asked if she could check around at other stores for me and let me know where I could get one that day. I ended up picking up one at one of the Manchester locations. When I had called the Concord store they simply told me they did not have one and to have a nice day.Thank you for all you do for customers in Hooksett.

DON’T buy from this company or store! I purchased paint from this store a couple of years ago. I had 1 1/2 cans left over that I stored in my cellar. When I went to do some touch up they were solid. One can was never opened! I called and the guy says. Can’t do anything for you. I said I have cans of paint from Home Depot for a lot less than I paid for this paint and it’s still good. Can’t do anything for you.I find this outrageous! This is supposed to be quality paint, yet they will not do anything for their customer.

Customer service is amazing. Staff is kind and knowledgeable. I drive 15 minutes from Concord to go to this store because of the service. Cory the assistant manager is fantastic and very helpful.

We are in the middle of a pandemic. Yesterday not one employee was wearing a mask. It made us very uncomfortable and left quickly. If the givenor tells us to wear a mask, we need to do that. 230,000 dead is a calamity.
