Sadly, I didnt read the reviews first. But I see this is a COMMON PROBLEM with them. I too, paid for 2-Day sipping. I purchased my order on June 1st. They processed and shipped END OF DAY June 3rd. I wont get my order until June 7th. I wrote Customer service, and they just email you back and forth saying a bunch of NOTHING. Saying Today is one business day and Monday is the Second business day. They play with peoples money, time, and business. They do NOT strive for great customer service, not even an ounce. Dont even get on Google writing me about you do strive for it and USPS policies. This is bad business practices. Processing my order showed you I purchased two-day shipping, and you wait to process it until the weekend for 5days of shipping. It seems like they are just stealing peoples money on shipping and saying its all USPSs fault. Theyre probably not even paying for the 2-day priority shipping since this is a common theme for them. Very shady business, just like the other reviews said. This was my first time purchasing bulk glass bottles from them and the last.

Outstanding customer service. They have promptly answered all my emails. One of the dropper tops I ordered was too long for my bottle, and they created a video showing me how to adjust it to make it work. Im so impressed. I feel like they have bent over backwards to make me a happy customer.

This place is horrible I paid for two day shipping and six days later still no package. I called customer service and they informed me that they couldn’t do anything for me. No refund for my shipping cost or anything. Say clear of this shady business!!!

Good prices on lid stickers & education cards - I like that they give you a bulk discount for buying 10 or more. The shopping cart is cumbersome to use - too many steps to click back & forth when continuing to shop. Other than that - nice products!

Didn’t mind my initial experience. I ordered in bulk, and I received my product fairly quick, no breaks so no issues I thought. I ordered over 200 bottles, which was to last me the year, and after getting them, I will not order from here again for 2 major reasons, the first was the rollers didn’t work very well... the second being they shipped product in 3 different packages, roller bottle in one, caps in another, and the roller top in another. Wouldn’t have been an issue except in order to check my quantities I would have had to count each item 1 at a time. Bc I didn’t have that kind of time and I trusted the company by the time I’ve use half of the product I realize they shorted me over 60 roller tops. They won’t fix the shortage bc it has been too long of a time. I count this 100% their fault, and as a customer am in no way satisfied.

Staff is excellent, they go above and beyond to help and are very knowledgeable of their products and have given me great advice on which containers to use for my specific home remedies. They have a nice variety of jewelry, storage for EO, spray bottles, phone cases, oil droppers, foam containers, EO books, labels for containers, nasal spray bottles, water bottles, carrier oils and just so much more at great prices.
