For the most part I really like this store. However, although I understand the precautions during COVID, there HAS to be a better way than making people stand 15 feet away from their fabric while they cut it. I like to take my time at the table and decide how much I want. Especially when it is on sale or clearance and the price isnt obvious and I need to ask.

Horrible experience. Ordered online. Heard back a week later that my order was ready for pickup. After reading all the curbside pickup instructions I went there, parked and called. The woman was extremely rude and yelled at me several times as I tried to understand what information she wanted. She eventually came out and I opened my front, passenger window. She again screamed at me because she wanted my back window open. Then from 10+ feet away she threw my order into my vehicle and turned and walked away. I could not believe how awful she was. I told EVERYONE I know about this and told them not to go here. Ridiculous.

Great Joanns location, this one has some of the best staff and theyre always nice and fun to talk to when at the cutting table or soemthing.

Not very friendly here as I asked as a simple question about a coupon, they responded with a no. That’s ok. I was ok with that. The attitude and looks after weren’t comforting to shop there again. To keep up with my crafting I travel and shop to lot of JOANNS location and manager that on Shift on 10/19/2020 at 3:30 was cold and negative. Bad energy in that store. I see how they treated customers more friendly then me because I shopped and went in line twice. I saw their switch with the attitudes from being friendly to others and unfriendly to me both times during check out. I could of spent more money here today, but there negative presence Turned me away. I will try not to shop at this Location.

Great selection. Came here to purchase Marine vinyl to repair the seat on my jetski. They had plenty of colors to choose from and I was able to find it easily. The price in store was more than it was listed online so I asked the cashier if she could honor the online price, which she did happily. I had a nice little conversation with her and moved on. Great spot to get whatever fabric you may need.

Well the store is more than full with beautiful merchandise of every thing you can think of. Unfortunately I find them to very expensive. I was there for yarn that was on sale. So that was a big surprise. I just wanted to buy one bunch of dry flowers. So i picked what I wanted and found that the price was $4.99... I was trying to save an extra stop at the Dollar Store where the same stem of flowers would have been $1.00...not worth it. I went to the Dollar Store today! I find that every time I shop there the few people working there seem to be 😡 unhappy! Not outright rude but verging on unhappy would rather be somewhere else attitude. They are very understaffed!

It had all we needed and some great sales

Really seems understaffed every time we go in. Often there is 1 person on the floor and no support seems to come regardless of how busy it is. The store also seems to be in a constant state of destruction, things are never in place and seem scattered randomly. I suppose I am happy they at least have most stuff... somewhere.

So helpful, I went to Hobby lobby after calling and asking for material that they said they had. Which upon arrival they had zero would be nice if their associates knew what they where talking about. Called Joanns fabric and immediately they said yes they had item I was looking for and actually named of 7 colors they had. When I arrived I was greeted with intelligent associates that were courteous and helpful. Thanks so much to the wonderful staff.

Always good going there and being helped by individuals who know sewing. Plus the discounts are always good.

Great help, friendly staff. Only had to wait a minute for fabric cuts, which is impressive for a store that only has 2-3 people on shift. Even helped me find another local store that had something they were low on.

Took us over 30 minutes standing in line at the check out. 13 people behind us waiting. Couple at the counter was returning something. Not once did she call a co-worker/supervisor to help her figure it out nor help with checkouts. Completely oblivious to the rest of us waiting. She kept saying that she was fine and didnt need any help. Small talk with customers she was helping didnt brighten our moods any either.

I only saw 2 people working, 1 was cashing out customers in the front of the store, and one was cutting fabric for customers; needless to say both had very long lines. I wanted to ask when they would be getting sewing machines in, but decided it wasnt worth waiting for.

Love this store, and all the ladies that work here! When I have a question about something new to me, there is at least one clerk knowledgeable in that area, and more than willing to help. Julie, the manager, is top notch. I appreciate most that I always see her working, sharing in all that needs to be done.

Very limited selection of goods, cashier wouldnt accept our coupons even if they were valid, and some items were discounted at the register by $1 just to prevent us from using their advertised 60% off coupons, even if there was absolutely no mention of such discounts in or near the racks. Never going there again, will stick to Hobby Lobby, Michaels or even Amazon.

There are so few fabric stores around, so I am glad that Joanne Fabrics is still here in Hooksett, NH. My main objective when I go is to get material for a project; whether craft, formal attire or costumes. The material can seem pricey, but I can always find wonderful variety in the types of fabric I am looking for. There is also a variety of other craft and decorating items there as well. I usually end up browsing the whole store before I leave.

My daughter and I came in with a wedding gown that needed a bit of letting out and find out after careful examination there are 5 different layers of 5 different material! Although they were short-staffed that day, worked with one of the girls to match each layer, purchase 1/2 yard each and back to the seamstress. I dont know how we would have accomplished this without their expert help. Thank you Joanns!

It is a good spot to buy crafts items but it is a store that best suited for sewing need. The inventory for art supplies and some knitting supplies is rather limited and small in comparison to other vendors like Michaels but Michaels prices tend be higher so I recommend waiting for sale and be g on the mailing list for both so you get coupons and sale alerts via post delivery and/or email. Still a good place to shop.

Went to pick up an online order, had to go find an associate to cash out 3 customers in line. Get a service bell or something! Other than that, the associate was nice and helpful.

They only had two workers one for the register and one to cut fabric. We waited in line to check out for 30 minutes. You would think that it being the Christmas season they would have more workers. People were putting their products back on the shelves and walking out because it took them so long to get people through the line to the register. The worker did not know what she was doing and refused help from the other worker. It was insanely crazy people were not happy.

I used to love coming here. The prices are marked up and there wasnt much on clearance or sale. I came in for simple transfer paper that should only cost a dollar for a good size sheet and they wanted over $7. Ill be shopping else where.

A well stocked store with just about everything you could need for crafting especially sewing and quilting. They have paint supplies, scrapbooking, jewelry making, upholstering, even limited decorating items, as well as patterns and fabric. Their prices can be high, but there are always coupons and rolling specials.You can buy fabric online, but there is no substitute for feeling the weight and testing the drape in person. And you really need to physically see the fabrics together for matching.

Epic fabric selection. Seriously vast. Horrifically overpriced, around double of normal retailers. Most specialty items almost triple the price. ONLY BUY SALE ITEMS. Terrible location. Too many old people working there, slow service.

Great sales and coupons. Good supply of merchandise. When I was there the store seemed a little under staffed. Had to call for the fabric cutter and then had to call for register. In spite of seeming a bit flustered trying to attend to everyone, the staff was very pleasant and friendly.
