Worst customer service ever went back to return an A/c that wasn’t even working they said that no purchase was made with my card on their return policy it says you can return it without receipt just with card.2 managers came I believe one of them name was steph and she goes maybe it’s a system error but I can’t do anything showing no empathy also the whole time the other manager was mumbling basically making it seem like I was lying.Thank god After driving home I was able to find the receipt in my other car and went back there and got my money back.Honestly very very poor customer service fromThe management team, the sale associates were more helpful and nicer than them!

Its how your company takes care of the public that is impressive. With wearing face masks and making sure that the shopper is, plus wiping down the shopping carts and cleaning the register / check out areas after each customer. Ive always favored Target for shopping at and now since this pandemic started I have gain even more respect for the store, their employees and their policies.

Incredibly poor customer service. When asked to resolve issues, responses are met with i hear you (and shrug of shoulders) by a manager rather than the issue be accounted for and appropriately resolved.

I like Target value however I purchased a Snikers bar for the ride home. When we got out on the highway and opened the candy, it was disgusting. The sell by date was 07/2019! Seriously? ALmost two years beyond sell date? Come on Target. You are better than that

I was shopping at this location yesterday evening.Some creepy, old, fat & ugly woman was following me around filming me with her cell phone, & commenting about my attempts to evade her illegal privacy invasion actions. Because I cant prove she has any direct contact, or consent from Target, this place gets a two star review, & Im tempted to make it a one star review. Privacy matters!

I find what I’m looking for every single time, unlike Walmart.Today I purchased $300 headphones and I had like four associates helping me get the best price for them, short haired blonde was so kind.Will always go to target over Walmart, always.

Overall, I still like the store, but the lack of cashiers and the push to use self checkout is poor customer service. Another customer had to ask an employee to open another register. There were many employees on the floor, but only ONE register open.

I ripped my work pants and needed another pair, however I was informed that the fitting rooms are closed, for no reason at all,since covid doesnt stay on surfaces, I recently lost a lot of weight and have no idea what size I am and YOU HAVE A ZERO RETURN POLICY so I was expected to buy pants in several sizes and NOT RETIRN THEM!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? YOJRE SO MONEY HUNGRY YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT ITS LIKE TO NOT WORK AND BE TOLD TO BUY 3PAIRS OF PANTS TO WEAR ONE??? Best Target in the area!Great selection with fully stocked shelves. Always clean.The entire staff is friendly, kind, helpful and attentive. They are always smiling, and are easy to find throughout the store. They really make me feel like a valued customer and that they appreciate my business.This is the only Target that I go to now, in the area. If you love Target... this is the location for you.

Clean store, friendly checkout, you are not constantly forced to use self checkout, always enough team members on deck and one casually hanging back to make sure there are enough registers for the volume. helpful associates...i love this target.

I always loved Target, but now I have my doubts. I order a rain jacket for a trip that I am taking. On the day I suppose to pick it up I received an email that it would be late . That day came and went and no response. Yesterday.... four days past the new arrival date, I get another email , but this time it says that my shipment is cancelled. They continued by saying that i was not charged and that it was their fault not of mine. Well great now I waited to receive this item and now have to hurry to find another one before I leave for my trip. I’m just surprised that they did not offer a substitute. Never again will I shop on line with them. terrible customer service

Great place. My favorite Target to go to around Southern NH. Everything is always clean and staff is friendly. Very easy to figure out layout. Also has a CVS pharmacy inside which is nice as well.

We received gift cards for Target so we made a list of things we hoped to purchase. Little did we know that they dont sell half the items. We had no problem spending the $85 in gift cards, but they did not go to what we originally intended.

The store is always clean and well stocked but the customer service here is below par. The people in front of and behind me are always greeted but I am very rarely spoken to in this store. No one offers me help when I’m looking for items, despite the numerous employees I walk by. And the front end staff, especially those by the self check out, are often talking and gossiping about their own lives when I walk by.

A severely pathetic company! First I have had far too many times at this location poor customer service with a bad attitude to go along with that but second is the fact you state that you have an item that I purchased online and its put on hold to only tell me hours later that nope its no longer available but another location does have it but to only have the same outcome occur where you tell me on my way there two hours later that the item that you had and were to put on hold now no longer exist there. Severe pathetic customer service and I do recommend to not bother with this company and to go elsewhere!

I love target and love when you can get gift cards from buying things. I love the prices. I only shop at target now. I used to never buy store name products but I have to say target brand items are great. I wish they would open one in manchester NH but the drive to Bedford isn’t that bad. I really wish they wouldn’t of removed their food section and put in Starbucks. Not all of us can afford or want Starbucks. Their food court before was just fine

Shopped at the Hooksett, NH store as it was close to my daughters dorm. Staff was super helpful helping me to find what I needed! I was surprised to be told at the register that the Hooksett, NH store does not give a bag discount for reusable bags.

Hooksett, NH Target is probably the worst Target Ive been to. Clothes lay on the ground around the fitting rooms, clearance sections have merchandise laying on the floor or thrown on top of each other, some shelves are empty, some overstocked with both new and old merchandise. I personally went around and picked up a lot of stuff just to bring it to the ladies on the register. The entrance looks good and workers are always friendly, but the amount of dirty and ripped clothes that nobody puts back and then customers buy its just insane. I bought 2 jeans and 2 sweaters here, everything had dirty spots and foundation marks, jeans were slightly ripped on the side, and I payed 50$ for every piece! Unacceptable.

I am a frequent shopper at Target in both Bedford and Hooksett, and I have to say that the thing that stands out to me the most is how messy these stores can be. I do not mind scooting past a couple of carts here and there while they are in the middle of stocking - but there have been multiple times where I psychically cannot get what I need off of a shelf because an employee has left a large stocking pallet in front of what I need, unattended. I typically shop early in the morning when the store firsts opens and even then, the departments are a mess. There is usually shoes covering the ground, little to nothing in stock for baby boys, and absolutely no room to squeeze the red cart in between aisles.I LOVE Target.. but I find myself going to walmart more and more because it is less of a mess!

Standard run of the mill Target. Grocery selection is OK. Not that much in the way of fresh produce. I have it 4 🌟 simply because they have Caramel Starbucks Frapuchino 4 packs, which are my wifes favorite.

Went in to possibly buy a sound bar system, and had a few questions about them. Went up to an employee to ask for help, but he seemed more occupied talking with girls than helping customers. He said he will send someone to assist me, 10-15 minutes later still no one. Thank you for reminding me why I wont shop at target.

I shopped at the Hooksett, NH Target on 12/3/18. I have spent thousands of dollars at Targets in various NH cities over the years, and I typically really enjoy shopping at Target. However, on the 3rd of December my visit to Target was very unpleasant--in fact, I couldnt wait to get out of the store. When I first walked through the doors, I noticed some very odd music playing. The music was very loud, and the lyrics were extremely inappropriate; I would have left the store without purchasing anything if Id had children with me. At this time of year I would have expected to hear some traditional Christmas music, not the inappropriate tunes I heard. Whoever chose the songs to play had very poor judgement, and I would bet that every single one of my friends would say the same thing.

I come here almost every week to get things I need such as groceries and house essentials and I have always had good service but today that changed. First thing I noticed was that the target radio played really annoying and non enjoyable songs and made my experience less enjoyable. Also I noticed since the store has renovated it has not bean as enjoyable of an shopping experience and things are not as easy to find. I came here for the Lego Minecraft event to get one of the lego minifigures. The person running station 1 greeted us at the front and gave us our sticker sheet. She said at the end we will get a prize. We went through the store and competed the scavenger hunt and went to the final table. they gave us this minecraft code that only works if you have an xbox and gold membership (this was not meant to be a prize for completing the scavenger hunt.) . This code was useless to me because I do not have a xbox or a gold membership for x box because it is really expensive. The guys at the last station told us to go to the front of the store to get our prize. when we arrived we showed them that we completed the event and they said we will be an minute we have to find the prizes. we waited for 10 minutes and still no prize. We went back to the back to see if they had the prize and no prize. we waited for about 15 to 20 minutes and they said thet there was no prize and that only 270 stores got the legos. This event was extremely unorganized and it was false advertising.
