My phone got stolen and I worked with Geo to get a replacement! He made a stressful moment much easier! He worked hard to get me the best deal and made sure I was happy with my purchases when I left the store. If I ever need phone support I will be visiting this store and the very nice employees 😄

Seth was extremely understanding of our familys situation and did everything in his power to give us a plan that was perfect for us. He wrote things down on paper to make it easier for us to see exactly what he was doing to improve our plan and made sure that any costs were explained before we signed off on anything. Only HUY TRAN from AT&T Ala Moana store was able to fix my problem. Ive been dealing with my signal problem issue for almost a month now. I contacted customer support, chat with the live agent, technical support, even their manager department was not able to resolve my problem.. This guy is GENIUS! HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!! He is an asset of AT&T. Highly recommended! Go and look for him. He will take care of you.. Super happy, satisfied customer👍👍👍

Incredible supportive service from the agent. He is a trainer as well. What a fantastic role model for new staff! I was reluctant to go into the store after having a bad experience at the Lihue store. All my negative emotions were washed away after the experience at Ala Moana. I just had a wonderful experience at the Ala Moana AT&T store. To make a long story short, my cell phone was stolen and you can imagine the angst I felt. I walked in the store and Geo was right there to talk me through my options. I needed some time to think it over and told him I would come back. I was so glad to see Geo working there the next day! He was the biggest help in getting me all set with a new phone and everything that I needed. I have never met such a kind and caring employee but most importantly- he was genuine! It’s not often that you find an employee who is invested in you and takes the time to understand you and your situation. I honestly would rate him 10 stars if there was such an option. I usually hate dealing with phone purchases/exchanges, but Eric Lui and the entire staff at the AT&T store made the process so easy! I showed up without an appointment and met with Eric within a few minutes. He was incredibly friendly, clear, and thorough, providing me with suggestions and options for lowering my bill.He really looked out for my best interests and was so helpful! He offered to do everything for me as well - putting on my screen protector, setting up my new phone, etc. I never felt rushed or like I was being taken advantage of and would highly recommend Eric and this branch!

This was our second visit to this store to purchase an upgrade. The first was met with apathy and rudeness. I then went to the online AT&T and had great service. I was assured my order was complete and to return the the previous store. Met with the same rudeness and apathy, to say the device not in stock. How sad.

I came to the store just return my old phone to get a discount and a lady staff offered me a Firstnet bundle which i got SCAMMED!. I asked her several times that is it gonna be cheaper for my family plan, she keep saying yes just to get your 5 Star review for her. Not even a month, got my 2 bills from my family plan and from the Firstnet. Returned to the store and complained, Talk to the girl she completely changed, she keep saying its a miscomunication and i talked to her manager she keep denying that i understood her wrong. Basically she just offered me a bundle to pay more and she knows about it. Firsnet bundle is a SCAM.

Me and my other half came into the store dead set on switching my line to T Mobile instead since that was what he had. We wanted to save more money for the both of us on one plan and for him to get the newest iPhone. Thankfully, Jeanette understood us and educated us on AT&T’s deals so we could get everything we wanted before we made the final decision. Everything was laid out straight and clearly just how we wanted it and she was really friendly. Above everything, I’m glad she respected what we wanted and was willing to help whether I chose to leave AT&T or stay, nothing felt pushed and she worked with us for half of the day making sure everything was right. The outcome of her awesome service was my other half switching to AT&T with me and his Dad soon as well which I find so funny because we were dead set on T Mobile!
