Had them repair a crease in my door. First job was not a quality repair. There were bubbles in the paint and body filler was not blended well. Had them redo the job, and the second repair was great and what I was expecting the first time. They did not take care of the inside though. I have tan leather and trim and my steering wheel, seat, and door handle had black soot from dirty hands and clothes. They cleaned it on the spot when I told them…but I feel the person who made the grime marks should have cleaned it right away and not leave it. Black grime on tan is very obvious. Not sure if I would go to this shop again. They are nice and kept me informed. Didn’t hassle me and apologized.

The first time I went to pick my vehicle up the paint had an orange peel texture. The second time I went to pick it up there was a chip in the clear coat. Once I got my truck home I noticed it was even painted right. The paint isnt smooth in some of the areas. Im going to have to take my truck vehicle back again.

I worked with Ashley and she was absolutely professional. I came in for the estimate and we figure out a time and date. When I dropped off my car for the repairs they helped schedule me a rental. The repairs were suppose to take an estimated week, but I got my Tesla back literally within 72 hours of dropping it off! Thank you!

Unibody Autotech Collision Centers was AAA+! The organization & their employees were extremely efficient from the point of scheduling the estimate appointment to completion of the work. (My vehicle was completed a day earlier than scheduled!) Information was readily available and they kept me up to date throughout the entire process. Staff was friendly and welcoming, office and service areas were clean, with sanitary precautions in place. Hopefully, I will not need collision repairs in the future, but IF I do I would definitely be a repeat customer at this business!

In my opinion, customer service is lacking with a lot of companies today which makes for some not very pleasant experiences. However, this has been by far one of the best experiences I have had with customer service. I initially chose this company based on reviews and they did not disappoint. The whole process from scheduling appointment to picking up my truck was seamless. To my surprise, I even received daily updates on the status to include my truck being ready a day early. One of the main reasons this experience went so well was because of Taryn. When I came by to get an estimate, she was very knowledgeable about the repair process and how things would work with my insurance company to include rental vehicle. Our car was in a hit and run, police found the guy no license and no insurance so our insurance recommended Unibody. We took the car in for estimate and they suggested we keep the car cause it was drivable until they ordered all the parts. About a month later we got the parts in and took the car in the shop. They said one week but after reviewing the damage underneath the side panels and rear bumper they need more time and quote went from a little over 6k to 7k+. Went to pick up the car notice accident side was not aligned properly and inside trim was lose. They took it to the back and readjusted everything and said they had to order another part for the trims but it covered under the insurance claim. So now we have to go back when those parts come in so they can fix it.

Had a fender bender that needed repair and went with UNIBODY Autotech. They were very professional from beginning to end. I had scratches from a hit and run incident so I took my vehicle in for an auto body repair. Unibody was one of the few shops that was suggested by my insurance company. The Inspector was very thorough explaining what needed to be done and the time frame of completion. Personnel at Unibody are friendly and easy to work with. Unibody was able to complete the job a day sooner and did an amazing job fixing my bumper. Its like the damages was never there! They also washed my car. My car looked better than when I dropped it off. Highly recommended!

Repaired my quarter panel on my z, the color match was blended in really nicely. There was paint dust all over my rim tho and on the inside panel by my trunk but nothing a vacuum and another wash cant handle, I hope. Staff were friendly and turn around time was quick.

Unibody made the process of getting my car repaired after a break-in as painless as possible. Not only did I feel like they valued my business, I also felt like they were my advocate for getting the car repaired with as little disruption as possible. The car was repaired exceptionally well and completed early. It was a pleasure working with all of the helpful and friendly people at Unibody.

I just got a quote from the shop that was 10 times more than quotes from other shops. When I asked them to explain their quote they told me that they are not in control of the services that they provide and the manufacturer dictates what they are allowed to do for the repairs. They said they have to take off unrelated parts from my car that we’re not damaged in order to blend paint for other part of the cars that are damaged. It was a really silly conversation I hope to avoid the hassle by adding this review.I got the job done for less than half price in 48 hours from another shop.

The service was good, friendly, I appreciate my car being completed 1 & 1/2 days before scheduled date!But, someone turned ON and left my a/c on the ON position & blasted my radio volume! Which I didn’t appreciate!Because of COVID-19 workers should NOT have touched my A/C and Radio! The repair to my car was to the Front bumper area! NOT the inside of my car!!!Also the complimentary car wash was appreciated but my car wasn’t washed good! Windows were still dirty & body of car wasn’t washed good! If your going to do a complimentary car wash at least do a great job!!!

Went in with a claim from liberty mutual. Already had the estimate. Women was rude. Said I needed to pay her first before she could set up repair. I told her I wasn’t paid yet that LM would pay direct. She asked me questions about other damage I asked why are you asking she said to get the story I said I don’t remember a month ago the story is on the estimate. She said I was a lier. All I wanted was for them to fix what was on the estimate. Terrible experience. Her manager should fire her bc it was a done deal all I wanted what was on the estimate that’s why I came in. She didn’t need to play inspector gadget

Unibody Autotech staff in Mapunapuna are very well knowledgeable and honest. Taryn was very helpful and she pretty much gave me the right information I need about the damages and solutions with my vehicle. I received the updates with process and tracking with the repairs very timely. I received more updates and she walked us through the entirety of the process when we picked up our car. Also, provided us with more details on how to preserve our vehicle lifespan whether it’s for paint, tires, suspensions, and rims. Probably the best autoshop Ive ever been to and Ive been to several. The staff is very friendly and professional. They made dropping the car off and getting into a rental super easy. They were on schedule with the estimated time of repair and actually got it done a day earlier. I would definitely recommend using this shop for any repairs.

Completely satisfied with their work which was done faster than estimated. Looking at the repaired area on the car in our garage if I didnt know it was damaged before, you cannot tell the difference in the finish. Staff were all very professional, polite, courteous and efficient. Using their online estimate tool gives you a good preview of what the repairs will cost, of course you need to take the car in to get the final estimate but they make it easy to schedule the appointment and get it done promptly. Very good communication at all times keeping me updated on the progress. When I visit shops I look around to see what other cars theyre working on and beside the usual luxury brands they were working on a Bentley, so if they can be trusted with a car like that, they can definitely work on my cars. Now I have a good shop to handle any future dings!

Instead of replacing my bumper and support bracket, they repaired it, then proceeded to epoxy my bumper to the bracket because theyre either lazy or incompetent. The epoxy broke free and now after cleaning it up and removing it, the bumper wont snap into its clips. Now they claim the bumper is back ordered and its been over two months.The receptionist is excellent though, the administrative part went very smooth.January 2017 - Theyve finally replaced the bumper and bracket, yet the bumper is hanging off of one side of the car and wont clip into place. The tape job was also poorly done, so the paint lines are not straight. This place is really awful and cant get it right. The only thing that isnt terribly off is the paint color, which was matched rather well.
