This place is amazing. Called with an urgent need to have two front tires replaced at the end of the day. They said to come right in and they could take care of us. We arrived at 5:30 and they were super helpful and friendly. They had started in less than five minutes of arrival and wrapped up super quick. Will not hesitate to recommend and will definitely be repeat customers!

Sketchy. I paid for 4 new tires.The next day my tire was completely flat.They said someone kicked my stem.You know if you got new tires that would be really hard to do especially with parking in a garage.I paid another $25 for a stem repair. They were friendly so I let them get over on me.

The shop is clean, the guys work hard and quickly and keep up with the load of work. Customers leave happy. Came here bcuz I heard it was the cheapest place to get tires 🙄 well I was unlucky I guess. Called on the phone & asked how much new tires was. Came in & the tire price jumped up 🙄 ANNNNNND the Tires we got was 5 inches smaller than our back tires 🙄 NEVER AGAIN!

Good guys and fast service. Only thing was I confirmed the cost for the tires & service I needed the day before over the phone and was told to ask for Mike. But when the job was done, which was good, it came out to $80 more. Even confirmed the services included in the quoted amount. I would give a better rating for good service but that price difference at the end of the job is a big deal especially after confirming a quote. Times is tough right now to be hit with prices out of budget

My husband and I love going to them. They are fast, and fairly cheaper then most places. They have done our tires, breaks, and patched up (aka: fill in) a tire of ours. One suggestion always call in to see how busy they are and to get an idea of how much its going to be (whatever service you may be seeking for) that way you can get money before you go in. (They only accept cash)

Quick, friendly. I need to remove a nail and patch. Went to lex bridie and I had to make an appointment even though I didnt see cars outside. I didnt have time for that so I went to Mikes. I drove up, and started as soon as I hot there. About 5 minutes tire was back on car. 🤙to guys at mikes

So I have to say that I just went here to pick up a tire and I normally go to Costco but they could not get it for two weeks these guys had a great set of used tires for me install them perfectly and 30 minutes later I was down the road on a set of good tires for half the price!!

First they gave me a tire that kept on leaking back so I had to drive from Kaneohe to Kalihi again to get that changed. Then I met a guy named Chad. He offered to paint and install my hood and bumper at a good price. He kept stalling. Tells me bring it this day bring it that day. I’ll help you . Every time that day comes he changes his mind and makes up a new date. It’s like he forgets. And this has been going on for over a month. I then call him completely understanding he is busy and works, but he seems to not understand that you cannot keep telling your customers you can service them and then keep backing out of it. At the end of the call he tells me “go find another body shop man” and hangs up on me.

Mikes is a rip off! I asked for a used tire and before they found one they removed my old tire and charged me $17 for removal. They would have charged me $17 more to put the old one back on.What a rip off!Dont go there!

Mikes Tire Shop was AWESOME !!As soon as I pulled in the driveway 2 men came out to greet me and see what I needed. Within a few minutes they had my tire off and were replacing the broken valve stem. No B.S. It took longer for us to call around looking for a tire then it did to change the tire. And this wasnt because they werent busy because they had customers there. They do a great job of not letting the size of the workspace or location be a negative. Great, friendly and helpful customer service .

Horrible service! Mike is as rude as his wife, they come as a pair. They are arrogant people, they dont care about the community. Dealing with these people are less than professional. I proudly paid a few bucks extra to get warranty products. His stuff appears to be illegal

The good reviews are obviously family members or friends. If you are from off island, DO NOT use Mikes. $75 cash per tire and they would not even balance them. Our van rides rougher than it did before. Typical attitude, although I have lived here for several years, they still will rip you off if you are not what they consider local.Dont be fooled by all the Jesus posters out by the door....the shop is covered with posters of almost completely naked women. Wonder what God they truly serve?

Needed a tire fast and this place was on my way so stoped to get it replaced. Guy on the phone was mumbling when I asked if they had my tire size. Got there and they tell me cash only and that theyll put tire while I go get the money. Paid 85. Just to start driving on the road and steering wheel starts wobbling. After further inspection its not a new tire. Tire is cracking on sidewalls. What a waste of money

BUYER BEWARE. Seems like a nice guy, but he has his hussle gig down. He works quickly to push you toward a purchase then will proceed to tack on additional charges to include tire disposal, valve stems, credit card fees etc. I asked if I could look at the tire before he put it on--he said sure but then quickly put the tire on the rim while I was sitting outside. Said he just did it because it was fast. Tire was in poor condition. By that point I just wanted to be done. He then proceeded to charge me $25 more than what he quoted over the phone and said I owe him $10 more for tire disposal. I laughed. The whole thing seemed almost like a joke. To make matters worse, the tire makes a ton of noise and will likely only last for a couple of months.

This place is garbage. Over the phone Mike will tell you he has a used tire in stock, then when you get there he will tell you that he doesnt. He will try to push you towards a new tire. A new tire he has that is already 6 years old. Tire shelf life is 6 years!! They dont have a balance machine, so do they expect to balance a tire? Stay away.

Aye this guys are good! Had my tire tht I needed & free installation. My tire was junk and it blew...not very many have tht type of tire...but these guys did. Now I’m on my way back to work... Many Thnx!!!

Bought 4 all terrain tires and within 3 months 2 valve stems blew. Costco helped me nicely with tires and they have warranties. Mikes tire shop is the shortest lived tires Ive ever bought.

Complete rip-off! Please do yourself a favor and stay completely away from this tire shop. They said they had a used tire at my specific size. Upon showing up he explained how that used tire is not good and that he had a new tire at $85. I ended up paying a total of $130 and no more than 6 months later its warped. While all the other tires still good since my car was manufactured and had this car for 2 years. Very dishonest and very unprofessional
