Jose from Parts was great! I have an Isuzu NPR 15 and Im all the way across the country. Im forced to buy Isuzu parts from a local dealer and they scr****w you on prices and work.Buying parts online is a must. Jose personally made sure I got everything I needed for my Turbo replacement and was very communicative during the whole process. Definitely will be buying from them again. Whenever possible and necessary.

Service Department Sucks!Called in for the first time to get my truck serviced, Young lady picked up the phone from the service department and said that their shop was to busy for my truck, I had her double verify just in case she verified with the service manager said to her that there was no way they could take me. Just needed a simple oil change. They had poor customer service and that was my first impression. Will not be bringing my trucks here to service. Hopefully, I have better luck with the Miami location, Ive never been turned down there.

This is the most untrustworthy dealership I have ever encountered. I have personal knowledge of their repair schemes. They actually have the nerve to damage vehicles intentionally to force customers to pay larger repairs bills. These are the incidents that you hear about and try to avoid. They actually do these things! Those horror storys actually exist! This is that place everyone prays they dont come in to contact with! Stay away from this place, you dont want to find out this review is true the hard way...not worth the monetary risk!

Every time that weve had an emergency for a truck repair TruckMax from Homestead has been there to save the day for a quick turnover at a very reasonable charge. They always seem to adopt to our needs. We have found that the regular maintenance (change oil rotate tires, etc) charge is well under what others charge in price for commercial vehicles.Two month ago we bought our 8th company truck. Our salesman Javier Herreras is a man of his word . when buying a truck I call him and tell him what Im looking for and withou missing a beat Ill get a call back to come in and look at exactly what I ask for. I can honestly tell you that he always gives me the best price hands down. There is no haggle about the price or let me talk to the manager or additional charges when you are signing the sale. Javier Herrera has become our go to guy even when we bring the trucks in for service.Last but not least about 6 month a go I received a visit at my office from a gentleman by the name of Chris Doherty. To my surprise he is Truckmax of Homestead. He just happen to be visiting a client when he saw our warehouse and wanted to stop by to let me know that if I ever had a problem that I could call him direct.
