This is the worst run business in Miami. One cashier, you call and you get a recording, a human being cant assist you. The store hours are terrible from 12-6 p.m., especially when the uniforms are on back order and we are almost in the middle of September! Five people running the entire store! I have been sent to two different lines. Apparently the pick up line is outside, and I guess that you are supposed to guess that with the wonderful sign they have placed above the window, that can be for many things. Arrived at 12 p.m. and have been sent to two lines into minutes. Not sure how this store has been in business since 1989.

I placed my online order yesterday. The website said that the client would be receiving a order confirmation email shortly. I waited for hours...no order confirmation email. I wrote to the help desk inquiring about my order confirmation message. I just wanted to be reassured that the company received my online order. 24 hours later, I received a message telling me that the due to the high volume of orders/sales, the company cannot see/find my order and to wait for TWO-FIVE DAYS!!! What company tells the client that they cannot see the order/acknowledge an online order 24 hours later and to wait up to FIVE DAYS!!! How reliable and/or safe is this website? Where is my order? If I would have known this before, I would have gone to another store to buy uniforms.

Line is huge no social distancing they don’t care only to make money. Rude people and no customer service. A lady had free vouches for logos and the lady that seems to be the owner chew her out! Rude, rude, rude! They treat you like if you are in a third world country or Cuba. Someone should open a uniform store and give customer service with dignity and respect. Is because the parents your business is flourishing. Be thankful and grateful.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE LOGISTIC!!These people take advantage that were forced to buy from them because they have exclusiveness to my sons school!Went to buy uniforms on a Saturday to only find 2 people attending customers and 2 at the cash register! Took us 3+ hours in line to be taken care of, ZERO social distancing and they dont enforce face mask use!I REALLY miss the quality and customer service I used to get at All Uniform Wear...I dont understand why the school had to change to Ibiley! :(

I wonder if there is a consumer department where we could report this company they are obviously monopolizing the market and not providing any service whatsoever. School starts on Monday I dont have the shirts which were ordered on July 30, 2021. I cant communicate with anyone at the store, the voicemail is full, the schedule is ridiculous, hopefully one day they will be closed down and people can buy school uniforms from reliable stores.

If I had the ability to purchase my child’s uniform anywhere else I would. I bought all stuff way ahead of time at the pop up store, the items they didn’t have on hand were supposed to be shipped. We called, they said they’d ship. They never did. I’m now still trying to figure out where the other half of my PAID order is. What a joke.

Horrible service in store and over website. Stood in line for 3 hours, only to be told they didnt have anything but 1 pair of shorts and 1 shirt and that I needed to place my order online. School starts on Monday and still no uniforms. Sent several emails for status still waiting for a response. You call their number and cant get any one to answer, voice mail is full. Please get it together!!!

Waited for over an hour. They did not have shirts in stock with logo. When I got to the register, the lady told me they are only selling patches for my daughter’s school. $20 a shirt for a less than average quality polo and an iron on patch? No I don’t think so. I bought better quality polos on Amazon for less money, and will be taking my polos to actually get embroidered somewhere else. Ridiculous.

I don’t understand how these stores are understaffed or even STILL IN BUSINESS! Only 2 cashiers working and 4 assisting customers and they each take about 30 minutes with each customer. Some of those don’t even know about the product you’re looking for, the excuse was that “they’re new” well don’t put someone new to work during back to school rush? It’s really aggravating waiting 2 hours in south florida heat just to find out the store doesn’t have your size or what you’re looking for. It’s an absolute embarrassment you would think with the years these stores have been around they would have bigger establishments with more staff. There’s no covid control inside at all it’s like sardines in a can. If it weren’t for the school logos I would never step into this place.

Very bad quality uniforms especially the galaxy bottoms they sell every single piece of lint sticks to them and it’s impossible to remove, I’ve tried numerous lint brushes. Honestly I’ve never owned a piece of clothing that lint sticks to it the way these shirts and pants do. School started in august and already the clothes looks old and frayed they won’t do returns if it has a logo but it should be an exception if the merchandise they are selling is bad quality or defective.

The worst service ever experienced. I waited in line for literally three hours, super crowded outside and inside the store but I had no choice then to wait as I needed to purchase my daughter’s uniform. After three hours in line got to the front desk to find out there was 0 uniforms for the Pinecrest Glades School, no one had a courtesy to communicate to people waited in line that uniforms from this school was sold out. Only two associates working and the young lady on the phone with her boyfriend making plans for tonite while I was waiting for her to at least submit my order. There is no manager on site to guide their employees nor to manage the overcrowded, social distancing especially with the spike of COVID. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Hope someone can read this comment and take actions to deliver a better client experience. ES UNA FALTA DE RESPETO PARA LA COMUNIDAD!!!

I ordered two shirts for my daughter size 6/7. They sent one size 16/18🙄 do they not check their orders before they ship? I don’t live local so now I have to call customer service to see what their exchange process is and how long it will take to arrive. It’s cold where we live and she needs long sleeves.

I made an appointment which was completely useless. I am currently on crutches and had to wait 1 hour in line with everyone else that was walk-in just to reach an attendant. The store was full but not as full as it normally would be and they had 6 ft markers posted on the floor, but AC seemed to be on the fritz per usual and store seemed unorganized. Store was under staffed and staff was running around with no clear post. After the 1 hour of waiting in line, then had to wait in another line that only had 1 cashier to pay. I was in the store way longer than I would have expected with an appointment. I would have been better off ordering online and exchanging size at the store, which is what I would have done, but thinking since I have an appointment this should be similar to when I go to the doctor...negative.Better management needed! Suggestion: Have an attendant for every uniform aisle, Put check out system directly where the attendants are with the uniforms and let only a handful of people in with appointments every 20 minutes or so.Give walk -ins a number (ticket) and let them in the store with every couple of appointments that are let in.

Terrible customer service. They never have enough uniforms in the sizes needed. Whats worse, even if you place an order online you are still not guaranteed to even get the uniforms you need for the children. Also I found the stitching of the shirts and buttons poorly done on the uniforms I was able to buy there. I wish my kids school would go to a different vendor, but unfortunately its like a monopoly business here in Miami. Ugh!Update: as of August 29 (24 days since my order was placed) I still have not received the uniforms. I got a message from their customer service on my open inquiry on this issue and they said: Your order is currently in the embroidery department. Once it is finished embroidering, it will be shipped out to you.Its back to school season, youd think they would at least have extra uniforms ready in stock.

They use the most absurd, old-fashioned and stressful sales system, the salespeople are too slow and buying a school uniform becomes frustrating, unfortunately, the schools force us to live this traumatic experience since they do not have other stores that can provide them. things we need, they should improve the system and allow each person to directly access what they need, that way it would be more convenient for everyone.

No all sizes, uncomfortable place. When you ask for something the employees act like if you are not paying for that. Offering less quality products and higher prices. I purchased a lot of uniform pieces for my son and one of them was not correct for school request even when I provided school info. I went back to store 3 days after and they said: not refunds, only exchange ...I was not advised about it at the time of my purchase ...those item were not final sale, they were not on sale. The item I tried to return was a pant without any logo, so I never understood why that return was not accepted. Really disappointed. If you are reading this you can compare all reviews I have left for other business and see the difference. Ill never recommend this place.

The Worst uniform store in all of Miami. The people that work there are not properly trained. They give you false information about anything you ask. They never have the sizes that you need for your child. When you call the store they treat horribly as if it was your fault that they are completely inept and stupid and don’t know how to run a business! Honesty if they’re any parents that are thinking of going to this location...DO NOT! It’s a complete embarrassment of a store and should be closed down! I just called the owner of my daughters charter school and he informed me that he will handle my situation personally with the store. The manager is a complete idiot, not to mention all the disrespectful staff of young teenage kids that she has working for her! Its pretty bad when the most helpful employee is the security guard at the front door! They should fire everyone at the store and let him run it! The only reason to visit this location would be to learn what not to do if you’re learning about proper customer service!

Poorly made for the price ,my thoughts 💭 are very similar to the other 1 star reviews.Its very unfortunate this is the only location for my child’s mandatory school uniform location to be ordered from .I always tend to order online which was a good experience,but i had to stock up so I went in person and that was the worst thing to do ever with that specific spot,I don’t recommend.

I love the occasional online deals because the prices are so high! Going into the store is a nightmare. From finding parking because the spaces are for compact vehicles to having to deal with the crowd inside the store. They have to be breaking the fire code ordinances during back to school time because its chaos inside. It took me a little over an hour to make an exchange. The security guard at the entrance was a big help in guiding parents to where they needed to be. The sizes are extremely different when going from a 4 to 6 in girls pants. Patches/logos from the school were not already placed on the pants and I was told it would take 2 weeks before it would be ready. Why they dont back order and have inventory ready during summer perplexed me. We only come here because the school requires us to purchase our uniforms here. Otherwise Id stay away.

A nightmare but understandable because it was the day before school starts. What I dont agree with is that the cashier put in the wrong phone # and so did the whole purchase under the wrong name. When I brought it up they said it was fine and didnt want to cancel the whole order and do it again. I shouldnt have to leave the store with a receipt that has another persons name because she made a mistake.

I LOVE that the premium uniforms from here last all year! Very durable! HOWEVER, every year I go to this uniform store during the first half of July and EVERY YEAR they do not have either the shirts or the pants I need for my kids. I will forever fail to comprehend HOW and WHY a uniform store would not be fully stocked the month before school starts! I mean, its 2 months that you should be fully stocked EVERY YEAR! Now I have to order my sons uniforms online and their website does not offer the same promotions they do in the store PLUS you have to pay shipping if it is less than $150, even though I already spent $100 for my daughter at the store this month. Not happy with the company, the stock, or the website; but the uniforms are great.

In all honesty, I came here expecting a disaster. Needless to say I was very surprised at how organized everything was. They had all the basics in stock (no belts, sadly). They even had the patches, and they affixed them for free. There was no wait, and checking out was also quick and painless. I will definitely be coming here again!

I have had a terrible experience with Ibiley. I ordered uniforms in July and when I called to check on my order status they advised me that they made a mistake and hadnt seen my order until I called today! On top of their mistake they couldnt even help me by making my order a priority since it was them that dropped the ball! They advised me that my order would be handled as a new order because they just saw it today! Totally unacceptable and unprofessional! No customer service at all!!! I will definitely be speaking to the school administration to find a new uniform store!

Worst customer service and worst quality. Really bad experience 3rd year in a row. This is the only option we have to get our uniforms for our school and we are stuck to bad quality, low inventory, bad customer service, expensive uniforms and dirty store. They never have enough inventory even if you go before summer/rush time you have to make multiple trips to get your uniforms. The quality is bad. Zippers and bottoms break and fall, pants and tops shrink. Customer service if bad too, they dont even make an effort to improve.

Came to look for scrubs at 1pm on a weekday. A loud and lengthy bell announced me when I entered the store but no one came out to help me. I could hear the person in the back room and even called hello in order to them to ask if they had scrubs. No answer from the stock person and no scrubs, even though website claims they had medical garb its only school uniforms. Wouldnt have been able to pay even if they had scrubs.

I called the main number requesting to be connected to the Kendall location making sure they had the product in their inventory. I was assured they had 400 of them. So I drove to the store the very same morning only to find out that the Kendall location did not have the item but were only available at the Tamiami location. The employee even stated that the operators taking calls are not from the store and did not answer questions based on the number (for requested location) you pressed.So now 2 days later, the Tamiami location has a sign on their door stating they are closed today for inventory!?! The right way for a business to do this is to inventory before or after hours. Its the only place that sells what I need for my sons uniform. :( Thank you for wasting my time, Ibiley!

This Ibiley store located right by Fiu, is the worst to buy uniforms and for the most part the quality of the uniforms are horrible. Is sad attending a charter school or even a public school and having to purchase the quality of uniform that you paying for at the end. Another thing when you call Ibiley you are talking to a customer service representative that is not even in that location you selected to be connect to, so the information you might be getting over the phone might not be as accurate as when you are physically there.It would be nice to actually speak to someone from the store you would like to speak to because it will save you a trip. Furthermore the shirts, shorts, and pants they run pretty small but every child fits in these uniforms differently. Some might be to small or other might be to big, so be careful when you are buying the uniforms unless you have purchase Ibiley uniforms before.Lastly my advice is not to wait until the last minute to buy your child uniforms. Around this month and July the lines are not as crazy. Also in case you need to order any uniforms you can get it on time with out risking on getting it close to school starting. School starts this year August 20th.

The worst possible service in history!!!!After calling first to insure that they had what I needed and they confirmed I spend an hour and a halph in line....... just for the Clark to smirk at me and say sorry we dont carry that here you have to go to another location; then tell me that I did not call them. Ecaue no one at the stores answers the phone. When I showed him my cell phone with the time I called and his website with the number he just turned and walked away........asking to speak with a manager was an act of God... of course there were other complaining as well........ once I left I called their corporate headquarters and after 50 mins on the phone I got no where.When I called customer service I did not want a discount all I wanted was to walk into the other store and have what I needed ready so I dont have to make another line for an hour. They would not accommodate that at all.The over all attuide was if you dont want it dont buy from us..... of course they are a Monopoly.
