Don’t come here went there late night to just buy one thing when I got home had multiple charges on my card. There service is horrible and they are thieves.

I go this this Shell Station Every week to fill my car up. I mostly come in the afternoon. But on March 18, 2021 Thursday night at 10:27 PM, worst mistake ever. The cashier that night put my fuel on the wrong put & I walked back to the window to let her know the pump( the doors not opened after 10 PM) I was on wasn’t pumping any fuel but she wad not at the window it took her about 20 to 25 mins to come to the window by that time someone had pumped my fuel & she had the nerve to tell me their is nothing she can do. I told her she need to call her manager because it was her fault for putting the fuel on. She told me to come the next day to talk with the manager. So I went the next day in the morning long story short nothing was done so I basically list my $48 because someone else got my fuel. Worst customer service ever.

I would like to give you guys a very poor review because of your staff attitude. ESPECIALLY while we a nation is going through hard times.Tonight I recieved the worse treatment at this store. Everyone is required to wear a mask inside of businesses. So the lady behind the register allowed the guy to come in anyway. In Spanish she only asked him to cover his face. And he replied back I hope youre not scared of the Corona . When it was my turn in line, she took her phone call while I was asking for gas.Thats where I was disrespected. She told the the caller in Spanish I have a black woman here, give me a moment. I then I asked her again in Spanish for the gas, as l let her know I knew she disrespected Me. These times we are suppose to love our neighbors and not disrespect them.

Love this place. Its always accessible and I use it a lot. Only bad thing is that you have to go to inside the market to get the receipts for the gas.

5 stars for a gas station?Yup!Their $2.00 car wash (the basic one is about $2.00) is like a $15.00 car wash, and makes it THE place to fuel up and get the bugs off of my car.

Excellent station, usually with great prices. The car wash is extra special as you dont see too manny these days. Fill up, then grab a cafe con leche while you wait for your turn at the car wash. Theres usually a wait.

Fuel perks great! Attendant friendly and as a frequent customer knows how I usually pay and is very attentive.

The price of the gas when using the fuel perks card is great, and it is close to home.

The customer service at this location is poor, I had an issue with the car wash machine in which It did not work and the lady who was the clerk couldn’t refund me the money. She pretended to call someone and she just said I had to purchase another car wash which was completely ridiculous to me.... Poor service!!

Always makes my morning when I can stop by here and get some breakfast cafe con Leche and pastries from lola and lets not forget the must needed mid day colada break lol thanks :)

Clean Store, friendly Staff, but getting in and out of lot, as in road access, is difficult to challenging.

I used to fill the tank of my car in this gas station for the prices so good that I had but since a few months they are putting the upper prisoners to the others no matter the brand, what matters most is the price and how they are not worth driving until alal so that it is the same or much higher than others if it is the same gasoline anyway
