After sharing my financial situation, and taking a 32 miles Lyft, the car I was interested in, was no longer available. Apparently it didn’t pass inspection. On a Sunday and no information about such inspection one hour earlier? With a little honesty from the clerk, my taxi would have been saved.

It was good. Everyone was nice. Shuttle service was helpful. Wasn’t sure where to go after the shuttle brought me back so I had to ask. If I have any constructive criticism it would be to tell the service coordinator to just inform us where to go when the car is done being serviced but I am not complaining just offering advice. I had a great experience

I would definitely not recommend them for service. The last time I went, I waited for over 5 hours for an oil change and battery replacement. The service consult left at 5, didnt let anyone know I was waiting, and I found my keys on his desk 45 MINUTES LATER. I spoke with the service manager regarding this. He said a $100 gift certificate would be sent to my address and it never came.

I spoke to the general manager about the blatant disconcern that the service staff had on my visit to get a new set of tires and he assured that it would never happen again. So I decide to take my car for simple service and once again 8 hours later no phone call no service I had to show up to actually be recognized that my car was still there untouched out of all the walk around staff one employee apologized and admitted the tech dropped the ball but the damage was definitely already done!!! The first time I blame myself for not being proactive and calling every 2hrs to check the status but this time its definitely a fail on the GM

Worse service ever the general manger is not professional and he is unaware of his staffs actions but he backs them up. Make sure you read all final contracts and have them explain everything they are big sharks for your money!! Once you sign the deal they pretty much wash there hands with you.

Services is super slow, you bring the car for repairs and they take 7 to 15 days just to look at it mean while your car is sitting at the parking lot. I took my car for ac to be check and all they did was recharge the sistem and took them 16 days for something that only take 30 minutes at any other shop. Definitely before i take my car back to them i will take it to anybody else

They did fix my vehicle properly. But prices are a bit high, $160/hr for labor and double for parts. Also getting ahold if the service department or your advisor is extremely difficult. So yes they will fix your vehicle but its pricey and kind if a painful process.

I was at the service center yesterday to get an oil change. I was told it would be 69.99 for the change and theyd wash my car. After changing my oil my car sat outside for 15 minutes and no one brought me paper work so I could pay and leave. A woman came in after me, had her car serviced and was able to pay and leave before me. The employee that I spoke to was nice but I dont appreciate being ignored after my car was finished, they never washed my car, and I refuse to believe taxes on a $70 oil change came out to be $88.

Overall its a good place. I went to change my car oil and got an expectation time which was exceeded by about 40 minutes, I dont really mind but I wouldve appreciated a more accurate estimate!

The dealership is clean, peaceful, and full of positive energy. The manager is absolutely fabulous and attentive to his clients and team. I felt like I could trust them.

Took 2 and 1/2 hours to do an oil change with an appointment. Staff was busy talking to each other and refused to acknowledge me at all, never asked if I needed any, just looked at me and turned back to each other and continued to talk. They also left a truck running with the tailpipe inside the open door so all you could smell inside was exhaust (genius lol). Will definitely not buy a car here nor get it serviced here again.
