Now I have never shopped at “party city” so it was pretty challenging going in there not knowing what to expect or do I needed balloons for my girlfriend birthday so I didn’t know what to do , I asked an associate named “nathaly” who was SUPER HELPFUL and guided me through everything DEALS , balloons , and EVEN ideas for the party 🎈by far the BEST CUSTOMER service EVER I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED it for first time customers 🎈🎉🥳🎊

Came in last minute looking for a number bouquet arrangement. It was a few minutes before closing but I knew exactly what I wanted. They had an offer for the bouquet but they didn’t mention it until I noticed it. A well trained sales person would know to help out the customer and offer a better deal but I’m guessing since that involved inflating more balloons they really didn’t want to mention it. On top of it all they did a really lousy job of tying the balloons with the string and a couple came loose and flew away.Check to make sure your balloons are tied before waking out.

I am super disappointed with the way they tied my balloons. I was going to a very special birthday party with the balloons, as soon as I took the balloons out of the car one of them untied itself. So basically I wasted 22 dollars and time I won’t get back. Next time please teach your employees to tie better!!!

I came here the other day looking for paper straws for my daughters school project. The straws were incorrectly priced. I thought it was going to be a problem, but the young man honored the price. He was also very polite.

Best party city in South Florida, their customer service, their friendliness, the speed of the service have no comparison with any other party city in Miami and Homestead. In fact, it is the first party city with great customer service. Thank you Vanessa and DJonh (you guys rock!!).

Someone said I should not rate them for the week of Halloween. Well, that is the most important time of the year for them. They should be held accountable for the ability to handle, manage and succeed at the end of October. They are not being rated for long lines or mess. Service at the end of October has dropped bellow walmart on black Friday. That is saying a lot. Most of the employees had little clue how to help and would dump the question on another person. The lead that helped had knowledge but the people he sent to help further had blank faces. You would request an costume but when you got to the window to pick it up they had already given it away. They try to control things like lines but dont say anything to anyone when they skip the line. The only line they manage well was the line to the register. Next year Amazon will get my money. This place has no real business selling costumes. Also to add, when we got the costume there was a note saying it was missing item. Not saying what item just that it is missing an item. Not cool.

I cant stand this place. So much plastic garbage that is overpriced. They should stop selling helium balloons. Theyre so wasteful of the limited supply of helium we have and bad for the environment.

Absolutely the worst costumer service ever! I visited the store a day before for my daughters birthday, and the ladies there were very helpful. A lot of their supplies were out, so one lady checked on top of the shelves to see if there was anything left. There were plenty of things up there but not what I was looking for. I returned to the store the next day to pick up what I saw was there, and to grab a few things from the top of the shelves that they had left. Mind you they were not busy at all it was literally 5 people in the store. Im going up-and-down the aisles no one asked to assist me. But even that wasnt really a bother to me, I figured they were talking care of other people so I would find things on my own. When I finally saw a store rep available I asked her a question and it seemed like it was a bother. I asked her if she was able to look in the inventory to find more mermaid Party supplies or décor. She asked what exactly are you looking for, I told her I was looking for a back drop for pictures and any other supplies that are not out on the shelves because the shelves for the mermaid section were practically empty. She takes about 5 minutes while Im waiting in the aisles, then asked Either her coworker or a manager Im not sure. But he was a man and he was taking care of the balloon section. She asked if she was able to look on the top shelve for additional mermaid decor or if that was the remaining supplies. Now mind you I came to this location the day before and I went online to see if the supplies were available and both said they had supplies. Anyhow the man quickly answers her know whatever is out is whats out. So finally the young lady ends up ringing me up, and I ask her is it because he does not want to check or for you to check because Im so confused as to why you cannot look up there for additional supplies. I explained to her that I was there yesterday and there were plenty of things up there, and that I looked online and they said it was available. She completely ignored answering my questions and just continued ringing me up while asking for my information like they usually do there, such as phone number and if my name was correct. Absolutely no customer service skills, and having customers in the store overwhelms them. I would hate to see what it looks like during Halloween and how rude they could be. This is Party City, its supposed to be exciting and fun with great customer service like most of them. Terrible just terrible. On top of the fact that the store looks very messy, very unorganized. Being messy and unorganized would usually not even bother me just as long as I had help finding stuff that I needed. Im usually not one to rate a business but sometimes people need to know how terrible some places are. I will continue using the Party City near my home and not near my job!

There was a lot missing and it wasnt too organized, maybe its just because its almost Halloween, but that should not be an excuse to not be presentable at all times. I didnt even find the patriotic flag I was looking for.

Overpriced online I guess is the best just need time these stores are out of control with their prices

If you plan to inflate balloons, be sure to stay there and watch. 10-15 minutes actually means 1.5 hours if you step away for those 10 minutes. We had a gem of a guy helping us who snuck in 2 other people during our order when we stepped away to pass the time. When we came back visibly frustrated, his tact was to return with sarcasm and tell you you should smile even if youre not a morning person. He also popped one of our balloons which we paid extra for and replaced it with a standard balloon with no offer of a discount or an extra balloon. I just wanted to get out of there. Youre better off getting a helium tank and filling the balloons at home.

Wont go in here ever again. So I go in looking for a costume ask woman for book, you have to ask cashier ,line of 5 people, I ask he said he doesnt have it I say the costume book he says oh yeah I have it. Looked for costumes. Found one asked they dont have it. Called cutler bay store and woman was Very rude, computer said they have one I say then she snaps back well we aint got no medium. My son wanted something so he stood in line, paid and didnt get his change, I stood there and watched the dude not give the kid his change and yell next, I asked for my sins .73 cents , he said well he just walked away (hes a kid, say hey kid your change!). We proceeded to call the one by Tamiami and they had me on the phone waiting and then a different woman comes on the phone and asks to help I tell her , 3 minutes later she says we have none but the computer says they have 3. Very bad expirience for me today and

I arrived at opening time and waited for a couple of minutes but it was still closed. I came another time but the items I was looking for werent there. I went to the larger party city at cutler.

Terrible customer service. Called to ask if they have lederhosen costumes for oktoberfest. The lady that answered had no idea what laser-hose was. Okay no big deal... So I explained to her it was the German folk costume with suspenders and shorts. Oh! Yeah I know what that is! she said. So I ask again if she has those costumes? Well I dont know if we have those. You would have to go look at the costumes wall. No. Thats the reason Im calling. To try to see if you have them before I make a special trip out there. Lazy worker. Ill look elsewhere.

This company is the worst! Specially this store, the Customer Service is poor , starting with the managers. They treat customers like we get pay to be there. MISERABLES! And the exchange policy is ridiculous. This is the reason why i always go to Walmart. I went to do an exchange and they didnt find the number that my ex husband used to purchase the custom. I left and gave them my $30 custom as a present for wasting my time. I called before driving to the store and they said it was ok to exchange without receipt or without the phone number and i explained i didnt know what number he used to purchase the custom. If you get to Work at The Home Depot one day and treat a customer the way you did you wont last a day!! i gave you an extra $30 to your store inventory. Miserable Customer service. All I needed was a biger size.

I had but experience today 10/30/17 afternoon with the manager he was very rude with me front every body and very nasty with the cashiers . I explain to him the cust the I buy for my husband is to big so I want a large size and they told me is sold out , so he don’t want give me a store credit I told him when I buy that I told the cashier what happen if that don’t fix to my husband and she told me exchange or store credit and I said ok perfect and now that manager told me something diff , and also he was disrespectful because he told me if I don’t know read 😫 I said yes i know but I was clear before I buy this . I never come back to this store ..

Most of the things you find here can be purchased on Amazon for cheaper! There is always a long line when I go and the dollar tree has cheaper foil balloons. Also, lately they have a had short supply of helium, but that is everywhere I guess.

Absolutely terrible experience!!!!, unorganized, the majority of the staff seemed bothered and unhappy. The store smelled of urine!! And was dirty with merchandise strewn all over the place. I finally walked out after waiting 1 hour for a costume I was given had missing items 4 times.
