These guys are helpful and honest. Sat with me to figure out issues for an hour, and when they didnt have parts, looked up who did and gave directions. This is what good people running a good business looks like.

Worst Experience I have ever had in My life, we purchased a new Bosch water heater from them and it did not work right from the first day it was installed. We called them and they told us have the electrician look at it again. We did and the electrician said it is the Water Heater. They refused to take it back until after 3 days of cold water. But they will not give us a refund or give us a new one. They made us call Bosch and create an RMA to get a used one while they hold the broken one. So now not only do we not have no hot water, we have no water period. They now also refuse to answer or return my calls. Stay far away from this company.

Absolutely terrible peaple....do not go there ...you will waste your time and your money..i own a plumbing company....and bought 5 faucets that were defective and they did not return them and sent me to the manufacturer....
