Ive had nothing but good experiences here. Even when my consignment vehicle had damage it was fixed quickly and fairly.

Way too busy to feel comfortable. COVID19 mandates were in effect when I visited, and the rules were 100% enforced.That’s to be expected, I guess. 😏

Easy transfer from payment to pickup vehicle. Only complaint was the fork lift driver had inclined the vehicle to far forward onto its front grill and had broke the front bumper with grill. Be wary on how they transfer your vehicle from the storage to your pickup location.

Customer Service was outstanding! However, due to Covid restrictions, they only allowed three people inside at one time! 😤 Safety first!!! 🤗

Loader was great but to get paperwork took to long

That auction needs a new manager or to change all the employees I was waiting for 2 hours it was raining and the employees seemed like they didnt want to work is an abuse with the clients, today I will call to the main office of Copart and I will try no to continue happening,a single employee taking payments, HORRIBLE

Very poor customer service. From the ladies at the front. A lot of lack of courtesy and professionalism giving the proper information.

I got to this location and signed in virtually and waited and waited and waited and finally went inside after being told that I was 4th in line and has waited 40 minutes after everyone was gone I went in and was greeted nicely and helped quickly but how long was I gonna be waiting had I not gone inside?I am not upset but copart can do better!

Guys on the fork lifts do not watch for you. I was almost hit both in my car and walking to the office. They speed through the lot. No care when picking up your purchase with the forklift either. Just rush rush rush. The staff is pleasant though. The only saving grace.

I had an Amazing experience at this facility. The manager was so helpful, any question I had he gladly answered and resolved as soon as he could. Also when loading out the unit, I was presented with the best loader in Copart. All staff super nice and well educated. Great presence of family and unity.

I’ve been to the Homestead yard consistently now for about 6 months and the employees and management here is a different breed of Copart employees. They are a close knit team and they all take great pride and great care of their customers. It just has a totally different feel. The environment is positive and you can tell the manager their loves his people because they all seem happy to be there and we the customers are the ones that get the benefit!! KERP UP THE GREAT WORK HOMESTEAD TEAM!!

This is an interesting place. They are very busy and at first may not seem friendly. They sort of expect the person to know what they are doing. If you explain to them, you have no idea what youre to do, they become more helpful.Helpful tips:Do not wear open toe shoes, they can not allow you on the lot. This information is not on their webpage. Also be sure and ask how to get the gate back open when youre ready to leave.Bring paper and something to write with. The lots are so large everything starts to run together

This yard is simply the best in Florida. I buy cars and motorcycles in all florida yards. This one is on top of the list. Amazing people!

I was told they would come tow my car to purchase from me. They have assigned 4 different drivers and none of them have attempted to even help me tow the car over there. One of them supposedly got into in accident. Its been over a week and we still havent been able to resolve this. I DO NOT reccomend

This is just a place for car buyers and investors, not proper for the general public. Its not the place you should expect customers support, this is more an as-it kind of deal. Good luck.

Copart has become the nastiest place to go to pick up 18-wheelers. The loading area is too small, the trucks barely fit. Today, February 5, I had to leave the trailer on the street to load a car. And to top it all, forklift operators manipulate deliveries 😡. People who were behind me in line received the cars before. It is too difficult to deal with all this and if you claim the answer is the same in all coparts. THE FAULT IS OF THE PANDEMIC. I will never return

The staff is rude, they are not friendly, the immigration offices are more friendly than this place, they think they are police.

I have gone three times to collect RV Trailers and 3 times I have had to call copart for 30 minutes or more to open the door to the yard where the RVs are. Crazy as always with copart. They need reform at the national level and at the general level. Sorry.

Today I was with my mom who is the sweetest person I know and even she herself had to say something to the manager of the place about the person who attended us, I read an opinion about Daniela and if Im not mistaken maybe it is the same person, my Mistake was not asking the name of the manager or her, but if it is she is a person without any type of education that seems to be there and if it is the case she should not be working and completely sure that the manager did not catch her attention And Im more sure that this is not the first time that you should serve people in that bad way, once you gave us the payment receipt, you left us standing there for 10 minutes without saying thank you for your services, nor have we finished , even when entering there is no courtesy of good morning, or anything like that, they should change any person who does not show respect for customers since without them they would be nobody.

Crane service I removed the car where I live giving the key to the driver of the crane, 3/2/2018 5:30 pm, I speak with the manager named Joshua and he tells me that the car did not have a key, and now I have to pay for my key that was extenuated by them same um bad service of this company ........
