Excellent service, Carlos the technician did the job quickly but well done. there is no way to know it is not the original glass of the car. Small details also influence a job, for example the boy was very careful removing the sunpass from the broken glass without damaging it. I want to highlight how friendly and professional Jennifer is, the girl who answered us on the phone, she helped us with the insurance and everything was easy, they also arrived at my house on time. we are definitely happy with the work, and we will call USA Auto Glass if we need similar work in the future

I spoke to James when I called regarding a huge chip in my windshield, he was very courteous and went out of his way to see if they could repair or if we had to replace our damaged windshield. It ended up we had to replace it. They came a couple days after my call, technician Eric & his partner called to verify they were arriving, they got it all done in less than 15 minutes! Amazing job! My rear view mirror kept coming off after 2 of my own attempts to glue it back with glue from the store. After USA auto glass glued it back with their special glue, it is on and not coming off! Fast and professional.

So my side window regulator broke and my window was stuck down and I needed this fixed asap. Honest Responses, Reliable Service, Professional Installers When my Mercedes-Benz windshield was damaged, I went right to GEICO to ask for approved glass repair shops. USA Auto Glass was the shop I selected. It took 10 days to receive the windshield glass for my vehicle. Throughout the process USA Auto Glass was responsive and helpful. Ultimately when it came time to install, Alex contacted me and within 50 minutes replace my windshield to perfection Mercedes-Benz told me they would charge my insurance company for seven and a half hours of Labor. Is there any reason not to do business with USA Auto Glass. Thank you Jennifer, you did a wonderful job.

Called around and left messages Monday morning early. 8:03 got a call from this company talked to Jennifer, she got all my information and said let me call you back. About 40 minutes later Jennifer calls back and found my glass at a great price. Jennifer then informed me that the installer Eric would be at my location that morning. At 10:50 Eric shows up and did the install. They called me after eight and had it installed before noon. Both were very professional it was a pleasure dealing with them.

Being that I am in the Florida keys I had to wait to get my windshield done by a company who travels from the mainland down to us but USA auto glass was very fast and efficient. I needed a long crack at the top of my windshield. I spoke with Jennifer, who helped me schedule the appointment. She was extremely friendly and helpful, considering I had multiple windshield options for my Mini Cooper. Once booked, Carlos performed the windshield replacement. I was unable to be present, so he called beforehand to verify access to the vehicle. After completion, he called to inform me the windshield was replaced and other gave instructions on what do to as far as cleaning.Great job! I was in need of a window replacement on Christmas Eve after vandals broke into my vehicle. After calling around to several places that were unable to fix the window until after Christmas, I called USA auto glass. I called for a quote to replace my passenger side window. I was not expecting this to be an easy task. James was amazing. Gave me three options with the best price and product in mind. I just got my windshield replaced by USA Auto Glass and would highly recommend them for their customer service alone! Jose and Jennifer were both very nice and assisted me with filing the insurance claim and getting a brand new windshield from Jaguar. As soon as my windshield came in Carlos and Geli came out soon after to install and calibrate the windshield. They both provided excellent customer service and were done in just over an hour. If you ever have to get your windshield replaced I would highly recommend USA Auto Glass for their professionalism and customer service.

Quick Service and Great Communication. From start to finish USA Auto glass was excellent. Called on a Sunday and although out of their business ours Jose picked up and told me not to worry that they will help me with my windshield glass repair to Call back Monday morning with all of my information at hand. . USA auto glass really bailed me out. I don’t have full coverage on my car because it’s a bit older and I was really worried it was going to cost an arm and a leg. I had a very good experience from the minute I called to ask for an estimate for a quarter window glass for my ford Transit van. Customer service was excellent and the technician was great I called in the morning really upset because my car was broken into. I spoke with Paige and right from the start she had a great attitude she knew how empathize when someone is not having a good day. She definitely put a smile on my face. Excellent Service Paige assisted us with replacing our Truck Door Window. Enough cant be said about Paige. Very knowledgeable, professional, and most of all polite. USA Auto Glass provided service excellence. They searched and found pre-owned OEM glass at half the dealer cost then installed it on time as scheduled. The service technician was thorough, competent and expert in his work. I rarely write reviews with the exception of 5 Stars when deserved... these folks provided 5-Star service!

This company is the best. I called in the morning and had an appointment by the afternoon. The pricing is amazing and the young lady who answers the phone is the sweetest. I will definitely be calling them again in the future if I need a window or windshield replaced.

Excellent Service! I was very happy with the service I received. I spoke with Jose on the phone, and he gave me a reasonable and fair quote for the back glass replacement on my car. Within two hours a tech, Eric, showed up to my home. He was professional and finished the job quickly. I was pleased there were no hidden fees. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. I would definitely recommend them.

The back glass in my truck shattered thanks to an unsecured load on Saturday of all days. I called just before 11 and the owners response was dont worry, I got you! He scheduled a mobile replacement for 1pm. The first truck showed up 20 minutes early to prep my window while he waited for a second truck to show up with the glass. They were finished and cleaned up by 1:30! Im still in awe of the service I received and I wish I could give 6 stars! This is exactly why you should shop with privately owned businesses! Great job!!!

First and foremost I would like to recognize Larry for going above and beyond replacing my windshield glass, he not only did a great job but he took initiative given the the fact that it was raining he improvised to get the job done effectively and efficiently. Not only was he great but the pricing was very affordable. I would highly recommend this placa to anyone, i hope to not have to replace another glass from my car but if I did. I would deffintly call US Auto Glass Inc for their services.

This has been one of the most helpful services I’ve ever received. I was suppose to have my windshield covered with insurance but they didn’t work with me and wanted me to pay out of pocket. I am a homeless teenager, who just lost their job. Thanks to USA Auto glass I have a brand new windshield for free, this has to be the best graduation gift a girl could ask for. This is a family oriented business. They are amazing, they pay very close attention to detail and theyre not out just to take your money! Wants to give you a great service so you want to come back again and again. And whats funny is they couldnt perform the service due to my part in my car actually working but just being old so it had to get some of the dust knocked off. But they still came out to where I was to give me great service. Receptionist is very nice, the boss man is very nice to. Also the gentleman that came out to look at my vehicle was superb. Gave me lots of info to further educate myself on my car. Definitely recommend!!!

Everyone here was super friendly and helpful, and helped replace our window quickly after our car got broken into. They even went out of their way to help us look up information. Great service and would highly recommend
