Faulty inventory...I purchased a Happy Birthday balloon set in black and 5 out of the 13 balloons had holes in them...I had no choice but to use them for my sons party due to timing. Needless to say very disappointing and exhausting having to explain to my son and the guests why the balloons looked the way they did🤦🏽‍♀️👎🏽

Hobby Lobby is the place to go for what you need. Tried to find the plastic material to make pom poms for cheer leading. But no one had anything. So I improvised and bought some other material and wooden dowels and made some from scratch. Booyah

Great candle selection, I did not like the fact there is know reception, or store wifi.. my visit was to make a purchase after checking out inventory and send pictures to my daughter to decide on best products, so I ended up shopping else where only for that reason

I love the place, Im always shopping there. Some employees love to be there and some dont seem to be that happy. I wish there were both happier and show they love to work there. One older lady doesnt seen that friendly at all. But I still love to shop there I get everything I need there.

The go to craft store. Im a bit of a jack of all trades and they have a HUGE selection of different craft and hobby items. It satisfies the inner painter, artist, party planner, leather and wood Carver, interior designer, clay sculptor, fashion and jewelry designer. No matter your interests they have it all!

Hobby Lobby at the Holyoke Mall has an enormous amount of products to decorate your home. Our visit was to purchase a cabinet and we found the perfect fit. Had the absolute worst customer service experience today by a lady named “Sue”.The photo and the sign said $1.99 for 12 oz wafers.Immediately when she saw the bags she immediately got loud and said “these are NOT 1.99 these are NEVER on sale.”Ok... so instead of explaining and showing us where it states this. She yelled at us and immediately assumed that we didn’t want them since they weren’t 1.99. She would not get a manager until I said loudly please get your manager. The manager finally arrives and tried to explain the situation and she continues to point her finger at me.The whole situation was very unpleasant and not at all handled properly.Sue is NOT a person that should be working as a customer service employee.

I found their selection of Pride decorations to be severely lacking.

Great place to shop but checking out is a hassle since the cashier has to enter each item by hand and has to look up anything that you say is on sale. They should have a scanning system to move things along and for better accuracy
